Abstract

提供一种即使存在多个TS的情况下，也能用1台中继器发送TS分组的SI信息发送装置。为此，该SI信息发送装置包含中继器和滤波器，该中继器把TS－ID和表示该信息是针对自TS还是针对其它TS的信息附加到针对全部TS的SI信息的传送TS分组的奇偶部进行发送，该滤波器在各TS用的MUX前级，以上述信息为基础抽出应在该TS发送的TS分组信息并发送到MUX。根据这样的构成，能用1台中继器处理多个TS的SI信息。

Description

SI信息发送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及数字广播中发送与多个传输流(Transport Stream：以下称TS)有关的SI(Service Information：以下称SI)信息(参照ISO 13818)的SI信息发送装置。
背景技术
数字广播中，当发送与多个TS有关的SI信息时，如图1所示，由SI生成把全部TS用的SI信息作为段进行生成，并且向各TS用的中继器进行转送，在各中继器将应在各TS发送的SI信息进行分组化处理，并且按照各SI信息的发送周期向多路复用化装置(以下称MUX)进行发送，并在各MUX把视频信息和SI信息进行多路复用化处理(参照公开专利公报平成11年252516号)。
当用TS1播送服务1，TS2播送服务2时，由SI生成对各服务的自TS用的数据EIT1(A)，EIT2(A)和其它TS用的数据EIT1(0)，EIT2(0)进行生成，经过TS1用的中继器，由TS1用的MUX把EIT1(A)和EIT2(0)与服务1的AV信息一起发送。而且，经过TS2用的中继器，由TS2用的MUX把EIT2(A)和EIT1(0)与服务2的AV信息一起发送。另外，在规定的带宽内从各中继器发送SI信息。
但是，在上述的SI信息发送装置中，有必要设置TS个数的中继器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种与TS的个数无关，可由1台中继器来构成、并且在各TS的MUX中能以规定的转送速率发送TS分组的SI信息发送装置。
为解决上述问题，本发明的SI信息发送装置，第1，具有SI信息生成装置、TS分组发送装置(中继器)和滤波器。其中，上述TS分组发送装置向与全部TS有关的SI信息的传送TS分组的奇偶部附加TS-ID和表示其信息是针对自TS的信息(以下称Actual信息)还是针对其它TS的信息(以下称Other信息)的属性信息并进行发送，上述滤波器在各TS用的MUX前级，以上述属性信息为基础抽出应在该TS发送的TS分组信息并向MUX发送。上述奇偶部为里德-索络蒙(Reed-Solomon)用的奇偶部，通常是在MUX中附加数据的信息存储部(参照标准规格：ARIBSTD-B31)。由此可知，能用1台TS分组发送装置处理多个TS的SI信息。
上述滤波器抽出TS-ID与自TS-ID一致且上述属性信息为“Actual”的TS分组和TS-ID为其它TS-ID且上述属性信息为“Other”的TS分组。
第2，TS分组发送装置的特征在于，根据与自TS有关的(Actual)信息、与其它TS有关的信息(Other)的信息量(TS分组数)以及各信息的发送周期，计算出基本周期的期间内应发送的各信息量，并且在其基本周期内发送其计算出的量的各信息。作为上述计算的例子，有如下的计算式。
发送信息量＝TS分组数/各信息发送周期×基本周期
而且能得到如下有利效果：在上述基本周期内，能通过由TS分组发送装置(中继器)发送其计算出的各信息量，来均匀地发送Actual信息和Other信息，并且能在各TS的MUX中以规定的转送速率发送TS分组。
第3，具有在针对一个TS的Actual信息或Other信息存在多个的情况下，为使与相同TS有关的信息不连续发送，而平滑与各TS有关的信息量并依次抽出后进行发送的中继器。其中继器能得到如下的有利效果：例如从与各TS有关的信息中，按“其TS的信息量/全TS的信息量”的比例依次抽出后进行发送，即使针对相同的TS的Actual信息或Other信息存在多个的情况下，由于把信息按每个TS进行分散，因此可在各TS的MUX中以规定的转送速率发送TS分组。

图1是表示现有例中SI信息发送装置构成的框图。

图3是所述实施方式中用于均匀地发送Actual信息和Other信息的说明图。
图4是所述实施方式中用于即使针对相同的TS的信息存在多个的情况下，也按每个TS把信息分散并均匀地发送的说明图。
实施方式
下面就有关本发明的SI信息发送装置的一实施方式，参照附图进行详细说明。另外，本发明并不局限于这些实施方式，只要在不脱离其要点的范围中，可以用各种各样的形式来实施。
图2是表示本发明实施方式中SI信息作成装置构成的框图。图2中，101是生成全部TS的SI信息的SI生成装置。102是把SI信息进行TS分组化处理并且中继传送的作为TS分组发送装置的中继器。103是把从中继器发送的TS分组向各TS用的MUX进行分配的TS分配器。104是从由TS分配器103送来的TS分组中抽出应用自TS发送的TS分组，然后将其转送到MUX的A/O滤波器。105是把SI信息和AV信息多路复用化后进行发送的MUX。
图3是用于均匀地发送Actual信息和Other信息的说明图。
图4是用于即使在针对相同的TS的Actual信息或Other信息存在多个的情况下，也按每个TS把信息分散并均匀地进行发送的说明图。
另外，从MUX之前的网络并不局限于数字卫星广播，数字CATV以及数字地面波等的内容。
下面说明如以上构成的本实施方式的SI信息发送装置的动作。首先，SI生成装置101生成全部TS用的SI信息(图2示明了属于TS1的服务1的Actual信息EIT1(A)、Other信息EIT1(O)和属于TS2的服务2的Actual信息EIT2(A)、Other信息EIT2(0))的段，并向中继器102进行注册。中继器102在注册后的SI信息中把TS-ID和表示其信息否是针对自TS的信息附加到传送TS分组的奇偶部(里德-索络蒙用的奇偶部，通常是由MUX所附加的信息。参照标准规格：ARIB STD-B31)并进行分组化。其分组化信息从中继器102向TS分配器103进行转送。接受了分组化信息的TS分配器103把流进行复制后向各TS的A/O滤波器分配。
A/O滤波器104选择Actual信息中传送TS分组的奇偶部的TS-ID为该TS的TS分组以及Other信息中TS-ID为该TS以外的TS分组并且向MUX105进行转送。MUX105对与AV有关的TS分组和与从A/O滤波器104送来的SI信息有关的TS分组进行多路复用化后发送。
另外，MUX105中包含A/O滤波器104的构成也是可能的。
中继器在发送各TS分组时，如图3所示，根据Actual信息以及Other信息各自的数据量(TS分组数)和各信息的周期，计算为通过各个周期均等地送出这些信息而需要的基本周期(比各信息周期短的周期)的期间中应发送的数据量(例如，计算TS分组数/各信息发送周期×基本周期)，并且在其每个基本周期中分别送出Actual信息以及Other信息。另外，在信息量少的情况下，由于通过各个周期要均等地送出这些信息，所以也存在某基本周期没有应送的数据的情况。
例如，当Actual信息的TS分组数为200，Actual信息的周期为5秒，Other信息的TS分组数为100，Other信息的周期为10秒，基本周期为0.1秒时，在1基本周期送出4分组(200/5*0.1)的Actual信息和1分组(100/10*0.1)的Other信息。
还有，中继器在发送各TS分组时，如图4所示，当针对一个TS的Actual信息或Other信息存在多个的情况下，为使与相同的TS有关的信息不连续发送，而平滑与各TS有关的信息(例如，把与各TS有关的信息按“其TS的信息量/全TS的信息量”的比例)依次抽出后进行发送。
另外，在本构成中，可以在所设定的SI的传送速率下，由A/O滤波器把充分平滑后的SI的TS分组输入到各TS的MUX，但根据需要，也可以在A/O滤波器和MUX之间设置即使从微观上看TS分组的传送速率更为平滑的、平滑化缓冲器。
如上所述，本实施方式可以用1台中继器发送多个TS的SI信息，并且对于各TS的MUX可以规定的传送速率进行发送。
虽然本发明根据图示的理想的实施方式进行了说明，但是对本领域的技术人员来说，显然在不脱离本发明思想的前提下，可以很容易地将实施方式进行各种变换或改变。所以本发明也包括如此的变换例。

Claims (6)

1.一种数字广播系统中发送与多个传输流(TS)有关的SI信息的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于：具有
生成全部TS的SI信息的SI生成装置；
生成与全部TS有关的SI信息的传送TS分组的同时，在该TS分组的奇偶部中附加识别TS的TS-ID和表示其信息是针对自TS(Actual)还是针对其它TS(Other)的属性信息并进行发送的TS分组发送装置；
设置在各TS用多路复用化装置的前级，在各TS流以上述属性信息为基础抽出应发送的TS分组进而向多路复用化装置发送的滤波器。
2.权利要求1所述的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于，
上述滤波器抽出TS-ID与自TS一致且上述属性信息为“Actual”的TS分组和TS-ID为其它TS-ID且上述属性信息为“Other”的TS分组。
3.权利要求1所述的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于，
TS分组发送装置根据与自TS有关的SI信息、与其它TS有关的SI信息的信息量(TS分组数)和各信息的发送周期，来计算为在各个周期均等地送出这些信息所需要的应在基本周期期间内发送的各信息量，并且在其基本周期内发送其计算出的量的各信息。
4.权利要求3所述的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于，
TS分组发送装置每当计算应在基本周期期间内发送的信息量时，进行下式的计算。
发送信息量＝TS分组数/各信息发送周期×基本周期
5.权利要求3所述的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于，
TS分组发送装置具有当一个TS的针对自TS的信息或针对其它TS的信息存在多个的情况下，为使与相同TS有关的信息不连续发送，而把与各TS有关的信息量进行平滑化处理并依次抽出后进行发送的中继器。
6.权利要求5所述的SI信息发送装置，其特征在于，
TS分组发送装置为了把与各TS有关的信息量进行平滑化处理并依次抽出，而以下述比例：
其TS的信息量/全TS的信息量
把上述与TS有关的信息依次抽出后进行发送。
