技术领域
本发明涉及一种板式热交换器,尤其是涉及一种钎焊的板式热交换器。
背景技术
这种热交换器例如用来再加热或蒸发(汽化)氧或富氧流体,尤其是在空气分离设备中使用。富氧流体定义为:当流体处于至少等于20巴(bar)的压力下时,具有O2分子数占分子总数大于20%,而在更低的流体压力下大于50%,尤其是大于60%的流体。
这种热交换器可以用于蒸馏气体,空气或碳氢化合物(烃),更具体地说还在复式常压蒸馏塔(蒸馏柱)中使用。
一个蒸发器-冷凝器的主体由一组很多垂直的矩形板组成,所有的板都相同。插在这些板之间的,一方面是周边的熔接棒,而另一方面是波纹形的隔离片或散热片,亦即具有垂直主定向(取向)的热交换波纹和具有一水平主定向的分配波纹。
本发明打算应用的另一些交换器是例如泵设备的主热交换器或任何其它的板式热交换器,所述热交换在压力之下蒸发氧。
一般,波纹形隔离片是用通常厚度在0.15和0.60mm之间的薄板,经过弯曲、切割或在压机中冲压或是用其它合适的工具得到的。
氧蒸发器是这样一个场所,在那里一些比氧重的燃料如碳氢化合物,尤其是大气中少量存在的C2H2易于浓缩。在这类蒸发器中可能偶而会发生液体氧中的燃烧。现已发现,这些燃烧可能具有产生至少局部爆炸的效果。在这类事故中,现已发现,薄的散热片,尤其是铝制的散热片很容易因燃烧而损坏,而隔离板不易损坏。发现隔离板因此能防止火蔓延。
这些问题也可以在交换线路的蒸发回路中自己显现出来。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是生产能抗可能的着火现象的板式热交换器,尤其是打算供处理富氧流体用的板式热交换器,在所述交换器中,制造成本没有明显增加,而在压降和热交换方面的性能也没有明显减低。
为此,按照本发明所述的热交换器包括:多个叠置的具有基本均匀厚度的隔离板,在它们之间限定至少一个第一通道;和至少一个安置在这至少一个第一通道中的散热片,所述散热片的最小厚度大于限定所述通道的每个隔离板的厚度的0.8倍。
按照本发明的另一些特征,这些特征单独地或以任何技术上合理的组合采用:
-所述散热片的最小厚度与限定所述通道的每个隔离板的厚度之比值大于1,优选的最大于1.5,更优选的是大于2;及
-每个所述隔离板的厚度是在0.6mm和2mm之间;
-所述板是扁平的并且是矩形的。
散热片可以通过挤压法或用厚平板经机加工法生产。
借助于本发明,板式热交换器具有明显更好的机械强度,同时把限制其在流体压力下使用的界限大大向后推。
该交换器还可以包括一个在至少一个第二通道中的散热片,此散热片的最小厚度小于所述限定第二通道的每个隔离板厚度的0.8倍。
本发明还针对一种复式常压蒸馏塔的蒸发器-冷凝器,所述蒸发器-冷凝器包括一个如上所述的热交换器,所述第一通道是用于氧蒸发的通道。

具体实施方式
图1示出两个平行的隔离板11,这两个隔离板11具有大致均匀的、相同的厚度e,并且是同样的板,在它们之间限定一个流体通道33。安置在33通道中的是一种具有常规方波总体形状的散热片或波纹带35。这种散热片35限定波纹的主总方向Y-Y,各波纹在垂直于方向Y-Y的方向X-X上相互持续(连续)。
方向X-X和Y-Y限定隔离板11的若干板面,为便于说明起见,假定所述各板面是水平的,如图1所示。各隔离板11本身沿着垂直轴Z-Z间隔开。
波纹形散热片35包括许多大致成矩形的波纹支腿37,每个支腿37都包含在一个垂直于方向X-X的垂直平面中。各波纹支腿37沿着它们上边缘通过大致矩形的扁平和水平的波纹顶部(波顶)39和沿着它们的下边缘通过也是大致矩形的扁平和水平的波纹底部(波谷)41交替地连接。
波纹顶部39和波纹底部41限定用于通过钎焊连接到热交换器的扁平的隔离板或片11上的区域(面积)。
正如将要理解的,该板式热交换器包括多个这样的隔离板11,这些隔离板11从一块板叠放到下一块板上(相互叠置),并且有一般大致恒定的厚度e。这些板在它们之间限定一系列通道33,每个通道33中安置一个散热片35。

作为一种优选的情况,将规定厚度e′为这样一个值,以使散热片35的最小厚度e′与隔离板11厚度e的比值大于1,更优选的是大于1.5,还更优选的是大于2。
在图1所给出的例子中,散热片基本上通过弯曲一种厚平板来生产,在所涉及的技术领域中,如果一种板的厚度大于约1mm,尤其是在1和2mm之间,则可以把它定义为厚板。
在图2所示的示例性实施例中,散热片45的最小厚度e′具有一个满足上述参照图1所设定的条件的值,但与上相反的是,散热片45不具有恒定的厚度,并具有在波纹的顶部39和底部41每一侧上形成的水平伸出部分47。这些伸出部分47使得能增加散热片45和隔离板11之间的接触面积,并因此增加了用于钎焊的面积,并使得能改善散热片45的机械完整性。
这种散热片45基本上是通过挤压或是用厚平板经机加工生产。
在附图所示的两个示例性实施例中,可以预料交换器部分地含有其最小厚度满足所述条件的散热片,和部分地含有其厚度小于隔离板11厚度e的0.8倍的散热片,后一种散热片例如由薄板用常规的弯曲方法生产。结果,这类交换器可以在流体具有显著不同压力的情况下工作,厚散热片对应于高压下的流体,而由薄板制成的散热片对应较低压力下的流体。

Claims (10)
