Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及带有衬里的管道的连接,尤其是用于高压用途的带有衬里管道的连接。
背景技术
用于输送某些高压流体,比如矿泥的钢质管道会经受高速腐蚀和磨损。对于这些用途来说,采矿公司通常会逐一登记凸缘接头,用于进行定期维护或者旋转各个独立的管道段,以获得均匀的冲蚀(abrasion)和磨损。利用一种合适的紧配合塑料衬里来对钢质管道进行内衬,可以明显减轻冲蚀和磨损,由此延长管道的工作寿命。但是,用于连接带有衬里的管道段的装置需要在塑料衬里内容纳流体,可以被频繁地拆卸和/或被设计成其不会导致在管道中产生任何内部阻塞。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于将带有塑料衬里的金属管道段连接起来的方法,用以形成用于运载高压流体或者泥浆的带有塑料衬里的金属管道,该方法包括:
利用一种塑料衬里对一根在一端部处具有金属凸缘的金属管道段进行内衬,使得一些衬里延伸到该管道段的所述凸缘端部之外;
将一个圆环状塑料构件电熔连接在延伸到所述金属管道段的凸缘端部之外的那部分衬里的外侧上;
如果所述衬里延伸到所述圆环状塑料构件之外,那么将该衬里裁切成基本上与所述圆环状塑料构件相平齐;
在另外一根在一端部处具有金属凸缘的金属管道段上执行前述步骤;
将两根带有衬里的管道段上的塑料构件定位成基本上相互邻近,并且基本上相互轴向对齐;
环绕两个圆环状塑料构件固定一个密封环(a containment ring),用以约束所述塑料构件在使用时的任何向外运动;并且
将所述圆环状金属凸缘相互固定起来,使得所述圆环状塑料构件被压缩在这两个金属凸缘之间。
所述圆环状塑料构件被充分压缩,以防止发生泄漏。所述圆环状金属凸缘最好由一系列螺母和螺栓相互固定起来,所述螺栓贯穿环绕所述金属凸缘周向排布的合适穿孔,但是任何用于将金属凸缘相互固定起来的方法均是符合要求的。
即使当所述管道段用于输送高压流体或者泥浆时,利用这种方法将两个带有衬里的管道段连接在一起,也能够明显减小从连接起来的管道段中发生泄漏的风险。如果需要,可使已连接的管道段相互松开。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种用于将两根带有塑料衬里的金属管道段连接起来的连接器,用以在没有泄漏或者仅有可忽略泄漏的条件下将能够输送高压流体的管道连接起来,该连接器包括:
两个圆环状塑料构件,每一个均被设置成电熔连接到一部分塑料衬里的外侧表面上,所述这部分塑料衬里从一根金属管道段上一个带有凸缘的端部延伸出来;
密封环,该密封环被设置成在两个圆环状塑料构件被设置成基本上相互邻近并且基本上相互轴向对齐时,环绕这两个圆环状塑料构件得以固定,如果需要,该操作在所述衬里被裁切成基本上与所述圆环状塑料构件相平齐之后进行,所述密封环用于约束所述塑料构件在使用时的任何向外运动;以及
用于将所述圆环状金属凸缘相互固定起来的装置,以便所述圆环状塑料构件被压缩在这两个金属凸缘之间。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种利用本发明第一方面的方法所制得的管道。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示,一个金属管道段11在一个端部处具有一个圆环状金属凸缘13,在本示例中,金属管道段11由钢制成。管道段11可以利用任何合适的方式带有一个凸缘13,比如通过将凸缘焊接到管道上,或者通过提供一个已经装配有凸缘的管道。正如图1a所示凸缘13的端部视图中示出的那样,螺栓孔14环绕金属凸缘13周向排布。接着,利用一种塑料衬里15对钢质管道段11进行内衬,如图1b中所示那样,使得塑料衬里15的一部分延伸到金属管道段11的端部12之外。随后,延伸到金属管道段11的端部12之外的那部分塑料衬里15,在其邻近凸缘13的外露表面上安装有一个圆环状塑料构件16。在本示例中,圆环状塑料构件16由聚乙烯制成。圆环状塑料构件16中具有电熔线圈16A,用以熔融构件16和塑料衬里15中的周围塑料,来将塑料构件16连接到塑料衬里15上。如果衬里15延伸到圆环状塑料构件16之外,那么突出的衬里15被裁切掉,用以如图1c中所示出的那样,基本上与圆环状塑料构件16相平齐。
图2示出了两根带有塑料衬里的管道段10A和10B的端部12,所述管道段10A和10B被设置成它们的端部相互邻近并且轴向对齐。一个金属环17环绕两个圆环状塑料构件16得以固定。该金属环可以是一个单个元件,或者是多个元件,比如开口环。在本示例中,金属环通过下述步骤被装配起来,即首先使得该金属环环绕一根独立管道10A上的塑料构件16进行滑动,并且随后通过将装配在第二管道10B上的塑料构件16滑动到已经被装配在第一管道10A周围的金属环17的下方,使得该塑料构件16邻近第一管道10A上的塑料构件。
图3更为详细地示出了第一管道段10A与第二管道段10B之间接头的横剖视图。两个凸缘13由一根贯穿螺栓孔14的螺栓18固定起来。螺栓18在其一端带有头部19,并且当穿过合适的轴向对齐螺栓孔14时,在另一端有一个螺接于其上的螺母20,用以将两个凸缘13固定在一起。类似的螺栓和螺母被固定在合适数目的成对轴向对齐的螺栓孔上,所述螺栓孔环绕相邻管道10A和10B周向排布。
螺母20被紧固在螺栓19上,用以更为紧密地将金属凸缘13拉扯到一起,这样还会充分地压缩塑料构件16,来提供一个合适的密封。密封环17的宽度被设定为能够使得塑料构件16被压缩至最佳状态。通过对塑料构件进行压缩,提供了足够强度的密封,用于将运载高压气体、液体或者泥浆的管道段连接起来,没有或者仅有可忽略的泄漏。所需的压缩程度将取决于待输送流体的压力。通过松脱开螺母与螺栓,这种接头可以方便地被拆开或者松开,以便能够定期维护或者对管道段进行旋转。
前述示例是用于例证目的,不能被认为是对本发明保护范围的限制。例如,相邻的轴向对齐金属凸缘13无需利用螺母和螺栓相互固定起来,而是可以利用任何合适的固定方式相互固定起来。此外,圆环状塑料构件16无需由聚乙烯制成。任何合适的可压缩材料均满足要求。

Claims (11)

1、一种用于将带有塑料衬里的金属管道段连接起来的方法,用以形成用于运载高压流体和泥浆的带有塑料衬里的金属管道,该方法包括:
利用一种塑料衬里对一根在一端部处具有金属凸缘的金属管道段进行内衬,使得一些衬里延伸到该管道段的所述凸缘端部之外;
将一个圆环状塑料构件电熔连接在延伸到所述金属管道段的凸缘端部之外的那部分塑料衬里的外侧上;
如果所述衬里延伸到所述圆环状塑料构件之外,那么将该衬里裁切成基本上与所述圆环状塑料构件相平齐;
在另外一根在一端部处具有金属凸缘的管道段上执行前述步骤;
将两根带有内衬的管道段上的塑料构件定位成基本上相互邻近并且基本上相互轴向对齐;
环绕两个圆环状塑料构件固定一个密封环,用以约束所述塑料构件在使用时的任何向外运动;并且
将所述圆环状金属凸缘相互固定起来,使得所述圆环状塑料构件被压缩在这两个金属凸缘之间。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的方法,其中,使所述圆环状塑料构件在所述金属凸缘之间受到压缩,直至这两个金属凸缘与所述密封环发生接触,并且设定所述密封环的宽度,使得当两个金属凸缘与该密封环发生接触时,将所述塑料构件压缩一最佳量。
3、根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其中,所述密封环是开口环。
4、根据权利要求1或2中所述的方法,其中,将所述密封环设置为一个单个元件。
5、一种基本上如前面参照附图所描述的方法。
6、一种用于将两根带有塑料衬里的金属管道段连接起来的连接器,用以在没有或者仅有可忽略泄漏的条件下将能够运送高压流体的管道连接起来,该连接器包括:
两个圆环状塑料构件,每一个均被设置成电熔连接到一部分塑料衬里的外侧表面上,所述这部分塑料衬里从一根金属管道段上一个带有凸缘的端部延伸出来;
密封环,该密封环被设置成在两个圆环状塑料构件被设置成基本上相互邻近并且基本上相互轴向对齐时,环绕这两个圆环状塑料构件得以固定,如果需要,该操作在所述衬里被裁切成基本上与所述圆环状塑料构件相平齐之后进行,所述密封环用于约束所述塑料构件在使用时的任何向外运动;以及
