Abstract
本发明涉及一种输液用留置导管装置。该装置具有一条导管、一个与该导管的近端连接的盖套和具有装在其内止血阀的连接器。该连接器固定在盖套上。用于对人体输液的空心针可滑动地装在该导管内。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输液用留置导管装置,用于透析、输液、输血等治疗过程,尤其是涉及在输液的各阶段可以有效地阻止血液流出的留置导管装置,比如,将本装置置于病人体上,另一端与输液管相连,并且本装置可以确保从病人体上拔针后的安全。
背景技术
在日本特开平3-70502号公报中已公告了一种留置导管装置的现有技术。这种留置装置具有可与导液管装拆的止血器。该止血器具有许多相互可分开的密封垫,其中每一个都有圆柱型的底面。当把导管的针头拔出时,那许多密封垫可防止血液流出。
当把上述现有技术的留置导管装置的导管与例如一个辅助装置的输液系统的连接器相连时,下列步骤是必须的:首先,松开导管;其次,把止血器从导管上拆下来;最后,用连接器把导管连上。这个操作过程存在一个问题就是,汇集在导管中的血有流出来的趋势,因此需要增加用纱布或医用棉吸收流出的血的附加操作。
发明内容
本发明就解决了上述问题。
根据本发明的第一方面,留置装置具有一条导管,一个固定在该导管尾端的盖子,和带装在其中的止血阀的连接器。该连接器固定在这个盖子上。
根据本发明的第二方面,留置装置具有一条导管,具有第一端和第二端的夹钳管,该夹钳管的第一端固定在导管的尾端,而连接器固定在第二端。
优选的是,留置导管装置还装有一个可拆卸地固定在连接器上的接头,该接头具有第二止血阀。
更优选的是,留置装置还具有可滑动地装在导管内的空心针,一个针头盖固定在空心针头的近端,而一个可伸缩管具有保护罩。该可伸缩管装在该针头盖中以便其可伸长。该针头盖成形为可与连接器连接的形状。当该可伸缩管完全拉开时,该保护罩盖住该空心针的末端。

具体实施方式
下面,参照图1-4对本发明的第实施例进行说明。
留置导管装置1与传统的留置导管装置类似,具有导管3。该导管3做成类似管形并具有较大直径的接近端部分3A,较小直径的末端部分3B,和连接接近端部分3A和末端部分3B的中间锥度部分。该末端部分3B做得相对较长,并在其末端具有许多垂直于导管3的轴线方向的通孔。该导管3插入具有一对盖翼5的盖套7的配合孔7A中,而其接近端部分3A在其末端部分3B配合孔7A中伸出的状态下和盖套7紧紧固定在一起。
该盖套7具有一个连接部分7B,该连接部分7B做成管形并用于与导管3的接近端部分3A连接。该连接部分7B具有一个锁紧部分7C,该锁紧部分3C做成环绕其近端部分半圆型。该连接部分7B可滑动地插入到连接器9的尾端,具有管形的连接器9的尾端具有做成半圆形的配合部分9A,以便与锁紧部分7C配合从而防止其旋转。连接器9内装一个止血阀10,并在其外周缘上还有螺纹部分9B。
止血阀10是用任何有弹性的材料制成,比如硅橡胶或天然橡胶。该止血阀10做成盘形或圆柱底形,并在其中心具有一个阀孔(未图示),以允许内置针13和输血管连接器(未图示)插入或拔出。该阀孔要求在通常状态下是关闭的,当内置针或输血管插入时才打开。
在其内周具有阴螺纹部分11A的止血器11,可拆卸地与连接器9的螺纹部分9A螺纹连接。该止血器11还内装另一个止血阀(未图示),该止血阀由许多密封垫(未图示)构成,本质上与相关现有技术具有相同的结构。
使用之前,内置针13的尖端部分13A从该导管3的末端部分3B伸出,而内置针13的近端部分固定在具有圆柱形的手柄15A处,并将其装在针盖套15的中心轴线上。可伸缩管的第一节管17能可移动地插入该针盖套15中,而可伸缩管的第二节管21能可移动地插入第一节管17中,该第二节管21在其末端部具有一个做成类似长管状的保护罩19,用于覆盖该内置针13的尖端部分。
由第一节管17和第二节管21组成的可伸缩管,在使用之前如图2B所示,是内置于针盖套15中;在使用时如图2A所示,从针盖套15中伸出并延伸,以便保护罩19覆盖住内置针13的尖端部分13A,从而确保了插拔内置针13时的安全。
17A是个有弹性的锁销,做在第一节管17的近端的外周面上,用于与如图3所示在针盖套15的末端部分的内周缘上做成槽的锁紧部分15B锁紧。因此,内置针13的尖端部分13A被保护罩19覆盖的状态如上所述得到维持。
同理,有弹性的锁销21A做在第二节管21的近端的外周面上,用于与做在第一节管17的末端部分的内周缘上的锁紧部分(未图示)锁紧。
这样,由第一节管和第二节管17、21组成的可伸缩管一旦拉开,要再将其收回到针盖套中去是困难的。
更具体地说,就是内置针13的尖端部分13A被保护罩覆盖的状态得以维持并保证了安全。
该导管3插入盖套7的配合孔7A中,以便导管3的近端部分3A紧紧地固定在配合孔7A中。进而,止血阀10装在连接器9内,而连接器9装在盖套7的连接部分7B中以被固定。最后,止血器材1的阴螺纹部分11A与连接器9的螺纹部分9B螺纹连接。
针部件23具有内置针13、可伸缩管和针盖套15。当可伸缩管如图2B所示内置于针盖套15中而针部件23插入止血器11,以便针盖套15紧邻止血器11时,内置针13的尖端部分13A就如图4所示很容易从导管3的末端部分中伸出。图4所示的状态为留置导管装置25未使用前状态。
当该留置导管装置25如上述组合在一起时,保护罩19的末端位于导管3的近端部分3A处,而第二节管21的末端较紧地固定在止血器11的近端11形成的配合孔11B中。
当把内置针13扎入病人静脉后,针盖套15就被拔出来,以便内置针13从导管3中拔出。同时,可伸缩管17、21也从针盖套15中伸出,当内置针13完全从导管中拔出后,保护罩19就整个覆盖着内置针13的尖端部分地13A,从而确保了安全。
在拔出内置针13的过程中,即使是在倾斜的方向上,内置针13也能由止血阀10和另一个止血器11的止血阀导向正确而平稳地拔出,这是因为止血阀以同轴和可分离的方式布置的缘故。
进而,在由于内置针13是在倾斜方向拔出而血容易通过止血阀10泄漏的情况下,则止血器11进一步阻止了该泄漏。当内置针13被拔出后,止血阀19被是弹性地封闭,以阻止泄漏。
当内置针13被拔出后,将止血器11由连接器9上拆下来。当辅助装置(未图示)的连接器通过止血阀10插入并固定在导管3、或固定在连接器9上时,止血阀会保证气密度。因此,辅助装置的连接器也能很容易地和导管3相连。
从以上说明可知,根据本实施例,辅助装置的连接器可很容易地与导管3相连而无需捆扎导管3和其它处理。进而,内置针13可以很安全地从导管3中拔出,并且内置针13的尖端部分13A被保护罩19自动覆盖,而无需用可伸缩管17、21处理。
本发明的第二实施例示于图5。在第二实施例中,代替连接器9的管子29用任何软的材料,例如硅橡胶制成,并与和导管3的近端部分3A或盖套7相连。内装有止血阀10的连接器9′,类似于第一实施例的连接器9与管子29相连。
第二实施例的留置导管装置具有与第一实施例相同的效果,而且还通过夹住该管子29进一步具有能防止漏血的效果。因此失血被进一步防止。

尽管本发明参照本发明的一定实施例已如上述,但本发明并不受上述实施例的限制。熟悉本专业的技术人员理所当然地可对上述实施例进行修改和变更,但都在本发明的保护范围内。例如,任何形状或外观上的变化都是如此。
Claims (4)
1.一种留置导管装置,其特征在于:包括:
一条导管;
一个固定在该导管的近端的盖套;以及
一个带有内置止血阀的连接器,该连接器固定在盖套上。
2.一种留置导管装置,其特征在于:包括:
一条导管;
一条具备有第一端和第二端的管子,该第一端固定于该导管的近端;以及
一个带有内置止血阀的连接器,该连接器固定在第二端上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的留置导管装置,其特征在于:进一步包含一个可拆卸地装在连接器上、具有第二止血阀的接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的留置导管装置,其特征在于:进一步包含:一个可滑动地装在导管内的空心针;
一个固定在空心针的近端的针盖套,该针盖套的形状结构使其与连接器相连;
一个包含保护罩的可伸缩管,该可伸缩管装在针盖套内;并且当可伸缩管完全伸出时,该保护罩覆盖了该空心针的末端。
