cationic PAM: 1 percent;
nitrilotriacetic acid: 3 percent.
The construction process only needs to inject the BHJ-A organic multifunctional blocking remover, the BHJ-B inorganic multifunctional blocking remover and the BHJ-C composite multifunctional synergist respectively according to the designed use concentration.
Claims (16)
1. A composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover consists of an organic multifunctional blocking remover, an inorganic multifunctional blocking remover and a composite synergist, wherein the organic multifunctional blocking remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: the concrete components and contents are as follows (the following proportions are weight percentages):
(1) BHJ-A organic multifunctional blocking remover:
c7-10 aromatic hydrocarbon organic solvent: 65 to 80 percent
Polyoxyethylene ether surfactant: 1 to 10 percent
Oil-soluble water-dispersible polyether demulsifier: 1 to 5 percent
T penetrant: 1 to 5 percent
Polyether wetting agents: 1 to 5 percent
Mutual solvent: 5 to 10 percent
(2) BHJ-B inorganic multifunctional blocking remover:
30% industrial hydrochloric acid: 15-45%;
40-50% of fluoroboric acid: 35-65%;
insoluble scale converting agent (sulfate scale complexing dispersant): 1-5%;
cationic polymer-based clay stabilizer: 1-5%;
water-soluble polyether demulsifier: 1-5%;
retarding corrosion inhibitor: 5-10%;
iron ion stabilizer: 1-6%;
polyether wetting agent improver: 1-5%;
(3) BHJ-C composite synergist:
30% industrial hydrochloric acid: 45-70%;
98% industrial acetic acid: 15-45%;
retarding corrosion inhibitor: 5-10%;
polyether wetting improver: 1-5%;
cationic polymer sand stabilizer (oil layer skeleton stabilizer): 1-5%;
iron ion stabilizer (secondary precipitation preventing agent): 1 to 6 percent.
2. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the use ratio of the organic multifunctional blocking remover, the inorganic multifunctional blocking remover and the composite synergist is as follows:
organic multifunctional blocking remover: 50-100% aqueous solution;
inorganic multifunctional blocking remover: 25-35% aqueous solution;
compound synergist: 25-35% aqueous solution.
3. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent of C7-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon is C7 aromatic hydrocarbon, C8 aromatic hydrocarbon, C9 aromatic hydrocarbon and C10 aromatic hydrocarbon.
4. The chemical multifunctional blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said polyoxyethylene ether surfactant is polyoxyethylene (15) nonylphenol ether or polyoxyethylene (10) nonylphenol ether.
5. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble water-dispersible polyether demulsifier is oil-soluble water-dispersible polyether demulsifiers BH-01, BH-04 and BH-09 of the oil extraction engineering service company of the Bohai sea.
6. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said T penetrating agent is polyoxyethylene alkyl alcohol ether-8, polyoxyethylene alkyl alcohol ether-20.
7. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the polyether wetting agent is polyoxyethylene alkyl cresol ether-45, polyoxyethylene alkyl cresol ether-2, polyoxyethylene alcohol ether-10, polyoxyethylene alcohol ether-7, polyoxyethylene alcohol ether-8.
8. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the mutual solvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether.
9. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the difficult-to-dissolve transforming agent is fluoboric acid, hydrofluoric acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, organic polyamine complexing agent.
10. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said cationic polymer clay stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of polyamines and polyquaternaries.
11. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble polyether demulsifier is a Bohai sea demulsifier BH-02, BH-12, BH-169, BX-1 of Bohai sea oil extraction engineering service company.
12. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the iron ion stabilizer is sodium erythorbate, tetrasodium EDTA, and nitrilotriacetic acid.
13. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said polyether wetting improver is selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether-4, polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether-10, polyoxyethylene-1, 1-dialkylpropiolic ether and polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether-7.
14. The compound multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said corrosion aid is polyoxyethylene alkyl alcohol ether-20, polyoxyethylene alkyl alcohol ether-15.
15. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein the retarding corrosion inhibitor is amphoteric imidazoline based retarding corrosion inhibitor, isopropanol and methanol.
16. The composite multifunctional chemical blocking remover according to claim 1, wherein said cationic polymer sand stabilizer is di (polyoxyethylene) alkyl ammonium chloride and cationic polyacrylamide.
