Comparative example 2
This comparative example 2 comprises the following components: 10wt.% of organic cleaning agent and 1wt.% of corrosion inhibitor, and the balance of common fresh water.
The organic cleaning agent used in this comparative example was exactly the same as in example 1; the corrosion inhibitor used in this comparative example was exactly the same as in example 1.
The preparation method of the plugging removal liquid provided by the comparative example 2 is as follows:
at room temperature, 10g of corrosion inhibitor is added into 890g of fresh water and stirred uniformly, and then 100g of acid is slowly added and stirred uniformly to prepare the plugging removing liquid.
The plugging removal liquid prepared in the comparative example 2 is used for removing plugging, and the steps are as follows:
adding 2g of oilfield blockage into 50g of blockage removing liquid, standing in a water bath at 60 ℃ for 4 hours, filtering the mixed liquid after reaction, drying the filter paper in a drying oven at 90 ℃ for 4 hours, taking out and weighing the mass. The final calculated erosion rate was 12%.

Comparative example 3
This comparative example 3 comprises the following components: 18wt.% of acid, 10wt.% of organic cleaning agent and the balance of common fresh water.
The organic cleaning agent used in this comparative example was exactly the same as in example 1; the comparative example used exactly the same acid as in example 1.
The preparation method of the plugging removal liquid provided by the comparative example 3 is as follows:
adding 100g of organic cleaning agent into 720g of fresh water at room temperature, stirring uniformly, then slowly adding 180g of acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the plugging removing liquid.
The blockage removing liquid prepared in the comparative example 3 is adopted for blockage removal, and the steps are as follows:
adding 2g of oilfield blockage into 50g of blockage removing liquid, placing the blockage removing liquid in a water bath at 60 ℃ for standing for 4 hours, filtering the mixed liquid after reaction, placing filter paper in a drying oven at 90 ℃ for drying for 4 hours, taking out the filter paper, and weighing the mass. The final calculated erosion rate was 87%.
The plugging removal liquid prepared in the comparative example 3 is used for corrosion rate test, the test method is carried out according to a static method in SY/T5405-1996 Corrosion inhibitor Performance test method for acidification and evaluation index in the China Petroleum industry Standard, the test temperature is 60 ℃, and the reaction time is 4 hours. The final measured corrosion rate was 34.80 g/(m) 2 .h)。
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 has the following components: 12wt.% hydrochloric acid, 3wt.% hydrofluoric acid, 1wt.% corrosion inhibitor, and the balance of common fresh water.
The corrosion inhibitor used in this comparative example was identical to the corrosion inhibitor used in example 1; the hydrofluoric acid used was industrial grade 40% hydrofluoric acid; the hydrochloric acid used was technical grade 31% hydrochloric acid.
The preparation method of the plugging removal liquid provided by the comparative example 4 is as follows:
at room temperature, 10g of corrosion inhibitor is added into 528g of fresh water and stirred uniformly, and then 387g of 31% hydrochloric acid and 75g of 40% hydrofluoric acid are slowly added and stirred uniformly to prepare the unblocking liquid.
The plugging removal liquid prepared by the comparative example 4 is used for removing plugging, and the steps are as follows:
adding 2g of oilfield blockage into 50g of blockage removing liquid, standing in a water bath at 60 ℃ for 4 hours, filtering the mixed liquid after reaction, drying the filter paper in a drying oven at 90 ℃ for 4 hours, taking out and weighing the mass. The final calculated erosion rate was 18%.
The plugging removal liquid prepared in the comparative example 4 is adopted to carry out corrosion rate test, the test method is carried out according to a static method in SY/T5405-1996 corrosion inhibitor performance test method for acidification and evaluation index in the China Petroleum industry standard, the test temperature is 60 ℃, and the reaction time is 4 hours. The final measured corrosion rate was 1.25 g/(m) 2 .h)。
Unblocking performance test of unblocking liquid
(1) And (3) testing the rock debris corrosion rate: accurately weighing 2g of rock debris into a plastic reaction bottle, adding 40mL of blockage removing liquid, reacting for 4 hours, weighing, and calculating the corrosion rate, wherein the corrosion rate result is shown in Table 1. The plugging removal liquid used was the plugging removal liquid prepared in example 1 of the present application and 15wt.% hydrochloric acid and earth acid (3 wt.% hydrofluoric acid +12wt.% hydrochloric acid).

(2) Solid suspension corrosion test: the particle size distribution of suspended solids in the sewage before and after the treatment of the plugging removal liquid and the earth acid in example 1 was respectively tested by using a laser particle sizer Mastersizer 3000, and the test results are shown in table 2. The plugging removal liquid used was the plugging removal liquid prepared in example 1 of the present application and hydrochloric acid (3 wt.% hydrofluoric acid +12wt.% hydrochloric acid).

(3) Testing stability and corrosion rate: the corrosion inhibition performance of the plugging removal solution in example 1 is evaluated according to a corrosion inhibitor performance test method and evaluation indexes for acidification of an industrial standard SY/T5405-1996, wherein the test temperature is 60 ℃, and the reaction time is 4 hours. The test tests the corrosion rate of the plugging removal liquid when the plugging removal liquid is kept stand for 1 hour, 12 hours and 60 hours.
The evaluation results are shown in Table 3.

The plugging removing liquid applied to the oilfield sewage reinjection well and the preparation method thereof are widely applied to the oilfield sewage reinjection well plugging removing, have strong corrosion capacity on inorganic scale, clay minerals, bacterial metabolites and solid suspended matters, have continuous cleaning capacity on heavy components in crude oil, can effectively remove the blockage of the oilfield sewage reinjection well caused by one or more factors, and simultaneously have low corrosion rate on equipment and a pipe column, good compatibility, stability and safety, simple preparation method and low cost.
Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the descriptions are only for the convenience of understanding the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (14)
1. The application of the blockage removing liquid is characterized in that the blockage removing liquid is used for removing blockage of a sewage reinjection well, and the volume ratio of the blockage removing liquid to reinjected sewage is (0.5-1.0) to (0.5-2.5);
the blockage removing liquid consists of the following components: 10 to 30% acid, 5 to 15% organic cleaning agent, 1 to 3% corrosion inhibitor, and the balance water;
the acid is an aqueous acid solution; the acid is composed of a hydrochloric acid solution, a hydrofluoric acid solution, a fluoboric acid solution, a nitric acid solution and a hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid solution;
the weight ratio of the hydrochloric acid solution, the hydrofluoric acid solution, the fluoroboric acid solution, the nitric acid solution and the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid solution is (5-16): 1-5): 0-5: (1-5): 5-10);
the organic cleaning agent consists of solvent oil, polyethylene glycol, low-carbon alcohol ether and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the weight ratio of the solvent oil, the polyethylene glycol, the low-carbon alcohol ether and the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is (3-10): (8-15): (5-10): (1-3);
the low-carbon alcohol ether is selected from any one or more than two of dimethyl ether, diethyl ether, methyl ethyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether.
2. Use according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous acid solution has a concentration of 10 to 30wt.%.

Use according to claim 1, wherein the hydrochloric acid solution is a hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 5 to 16wt.%, the hydrofluoric acid solution is a hydrofluoric acid solution with a concentration of 1 to 5wt.%, the fluoroboric acid solution is a fluoroboric acid solution with a concentration of 0 to 5wt.%, the nitric acid solution is a nitric acid solution with a concentration of 1 to 5wt.%, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid solution is a hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid solution with a concentration of 5 to 10 wt.%.
4. The use according to claim 1, wherein the organic cleaning agent is a mixed liquor comprising water, and the amount of the water is 65wt.% to 85wt.% of the organic cleaning agent.
5. The use according to claim 1, wherein the solvent oil is selected from any one or more of S-100, S-150 and S-200.
6. The use according to claim 1, wherein the polyethylene glycol is selected from any one or more of polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 600 and polyethylene glycol 800.
7. The use according to claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed liquor comprising water in an amount of 50 to 75wt.% of the corrosion inhibitor;
the corrosion inhibitor comprises any one or more than two of imidazoline derivatives, propiolic alcohol and polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ethers.
8. The use according to claim 7, wherein the corrosion inhibitor consists of the imidazoline derivative, the propargyl alcohol, and the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether.
9. The use of claim 8, wherein the weight ratio of the imidazoline derivative, the propargyl alcohol, and the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether is (15 to 25): (8 to 15): (5 to 10).
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the imidazoline derivative is any one or more of oleoyl hydroxyethyl imidazoline, alkyl imidazoline, phosphate imidazoline, and thiourea methyl imidazoline.
11. The use according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether is selected from any one or two or more of OP-10, OP-13 and OP-15.
12. Use of the unplugging fluid of any of claims 1-9, wherein the wastewater is oilfield polymer-containing wastewater.
13. The use of the deblocking fluid of any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the volume ratio of the deblocking fluid to oilfield polymer-containing wastewater is (1 to 2): (1 to 3).
14. The use of the deblocking fluid of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the deblocking fluid is formulated at a 1.
