Abstract

一种轻质内、外墙板,其配方组成及重量百分数为:氧化镁40~45%、氯化镁38~42%、轻质碳酸钙0.3~0.8%、快凝水泥1%、秸秆(锯屑)10~12%、泡花碱5~6%。本发明材料易得,工艺简单,墙板质量轻,抗压和抗折强度高,耐冲击,隔热和隔音效果好,加上阻燃剂,能够阻燃防火。

                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质内、外墙板。
                        背景技术
现在的房屋建筑都是水泥框架结构建筑物,其隔离墙而均采用砖块砌成,砖块砌成的墙面体积、重量大,因此人们研制采用各种墙板来替代砖砌墙面,减轻房屋重量,例如各种纤维板做室内隔板,水泥构件板做外墙隔板,这些墙板均存在许多不理想之处,纤维板易燃,隔音效果差,水泥构件板重量大,易开裂。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种内外墙均可使用的无毒、无味、隔音效果好的化学合成内、外墙板。
本发明是这样来实现的,其配方组成及重量百分数为:氧化镁40~45%、氯化镁38~42%、轻质碳酸钙0.3~0.8%、快凝水泥1%、秸杆(锯屑)10~12%、泡花碱5~6%,其制备方法是按配方称取以上6种材料,将其放入搅拌机内搅拌混合,然后将混合好的原料放入制板成型机内压制成板材,用锯修整板材四周,即得成品板材,内、外墙板可以根据实际需要压制成各种型号和规格的产品。
本发明材料易得,工艺简单,墙板质量轻,抗压和抗折强度高,耐冲击,隔热和隔音效果好,加上阻燃剂,能够阻燃防火。
                      具体实施方式
实施例一称取氧化镁42kg、氯化镁40kg、轻质碳酸钙0.5kg、快凝水泥1kg、秸杆11kg、泡花碱5.5kg,将以上材料放入搅拌机内搅拌混合,然后将混合好的原料放入制板成型机内压制成板材,用锯修整板材四周,即得成品板材。
实施例二称取氧化镁40kg、氯化镁38kg、轻质碳酸钙0.3kg、快凝水泥1kg、秸杆10kg、泡花碱5kg,将以上材料放入搅拌机内搅拌混合,然后将混合好的原料放入制板成型机内压制成板材,用锯修整板材四周,即得成品板材。
实施例三称取氧化镁45kg、氯化镁42kg、轻质碳酸钙0.8kg、快凝水泥1kg、秸杆12kg、泡花碱6kg,将以上材料放入搅拌机内搅拌混合,然后将混合好的原料放入制板成型机内压制成板材,用锯修整板材四周,即得成品板材。

Claims (2)

1、一种轻质内、外墙板,其配方组成及重量百分数为:氧化镁40~45%、氯化镁38~42%、轻质碳酸钙0.3~0.8%、快凝水泥1%、秸杆(锯屑)10~12%、泡花碱5~6%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轻质内、外墙板,其制备方法是按配方称取以上6种材料,将其放入搅拌机内搅拌混合,然后将混合好的原料放入制板成型机内压制成板材。
