Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于柴油机的燃料加热系统,尤其是一种用于燃料过滤器内或者与燃料过滤器一起使用的柴油加热系统。
发明背景
如所公知的,柴油中石蜡的凝固会导致燃料过滤器部件的堵塞。特别是当环境温度相对较低时,在内燃机,特别是柴油机的操作中会出现许多问题。
在冷天,通过在将柴油引入内燃机室之前预热该柴油,可防止由于石蜡凝固所导致的该发动机过滤器部件的堵塞。在热膨胀的先决条件下,燃料的预热扩大了燃料体积,并反过来明显提高了发动机效率。尽管给燃料加热的主要功能是防止发生与内燃机内凝固相关的、特别是与内燃机相关的问题,但其也作为解决相关环境危害的方法,例如用于减少粒子喷射到周围空气中的方法。
这种创造性预热系统的应用试图改进内燃机内柴油的燃烧性能,提高发动机性能,并使排到空气中的燃烧残余最少。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供在将燃料引入内燃机室之前,特别是在燃料经过燃料过滤器(在这种情况下称为“供能柴油过滤器”) 之前预热燃料的系统,其中,燃烧柴油(达到燃点)所需要的热量比未进行预热操作的系统燃烧相同柴油所需要的热量要少。另外,由于压缩热的恒定性,经预热的柴油燃烧得相对较理想,将改进该柴油发动机的性能。

本发明的详细说明
根据本发明的供能柴油系统主要包括两部分,即过滤部件和预热部件。用于预热的热量可从热水散热器(发动机冷却水)和发动机冷却润滑剂中提取,两者都为流体,也可从废气管及发热元件排出的回气管热量中提取。
图1表示从流体中提取热量的供能柴油过滤器的基本构造。这种构造包括一种圆筒形加热管(1),一种过滤管(2)放置在该圆筒形加热管(1)内。在该过滤管壳(2)的外表面与该加热管壳(1)的内表面之间,具有一种加热流体流通室(3)。经由加热流体进入道(4)将由流动的发动机冷却液(散热器,未表示)而来的加热流体引入该加热室(3)。该流体再在该加热室(3)内流通,以预热流入过滤管(2)内的柴油。该加热流体在该加热室(3)内流通的最后,经由排出道(5)排出该加热流体。该过滤管(2)内已经预热的柴油将被输送到内燃机的燃烧室内。
图2表示具有发热元件的一种柴油过滤器。在这种系统中,在该加热管壳(1’)的内围壁与该过滤管(2’)的外围壁之间,设置有许多筒状发热元件(3’),热量由外部供应到那里。为隔离热量以使热量不自该加热管壳(1’)流出,在该加热管壳(1’)的内围壁与该过滤管壳(2’)的外围壁之间的空间内覆盖有隔离体(4’)。
现参照图3,其表示了从发动机废气提取热量的热量提取器的构造。从流过排泄管的废气中提取用于预热发动机燃料的热量,其中,沿着该圆筒形废气管(1”)的纵向部分,卷绕着指定绕组的一种柴油盘管(2”)。此外,该燃料管道绕组的整个表面都覆盖着隔离体(3”),该隔离体(3”)的功能是储集热量以及隔离用于从废气中获取热量的热量提取器,以使该热量提取器不直接与空气相通。从油箱中来的柴油在该燃料管道绕组(2”)的起始处进入入口(4”),最后经由位于该燃料管道绕组(2”)尾部的出口(5”)排出。
图4进一步表示了如图3所公开的流过热量提取器的柴油的示意图。图4表示在将柴油引入燃料过滤器(2”’)之前,来自于油箱(1”’)的柴油;这种柴油液流通路卷绕地经过废气管(4”’),从而通过该废气管(4”’)内所包含热量的传导来预热柴油,且进一步将已预热状态的柴油引入燃烧室(5”’)内(在经过过滤器(2”’)后)。
在预热作用下,发动机内的柴油将燃烧得更理想,这样将提高发动机性能,同时使燃烧过程的残余减至最少。

Claims (1)
1.一种用于在将柴油引入内燃机室之前,特别是在燃料经过过滤器之前预热柴油的系统,所述系统包括两个主要部分,即过滤部件及预热部件,其特征在于,用于预热的热量可自水散热器或者发动机冷却水所带来的以及发动机冷却润滑剂所带来的热量中获取,两者都为流体,同时也可自废气管道内包含的以及发热元件内包含的回气管热量中获取。
