Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种电池供电的灯具,尤其是包括相互电连接在一起的光源、电池和开关装置的灯具。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种通常使用的一次性灯具。此灯具为不同尺寸的可充电的和不可充电的手提式灯具。
普通的灯具尤其是包括可更换电池、光源或其它部件的灯具都具有一个普遍的问题,即它们很容易腐蚀并在经过一段时间后就不可靠了。这通常是因湿气渗透所引起的,导致在电池、光源和开关之间的接触发生腐蚀。此腐蚀的后果之一是必须摇动和敲击灯具以使其能工作。
美国专利US-4303970公开了一种在开篇段落中所述类型的灯具,其采用密封外壳而制成不透水。灯具还包含有弹性材料如泡沫橡胶。材料提供了电绝缘和热绝缘,但包含有空气,因此尤其带来了在灯具内部会形成冷凝的危险。这样就无法得到针对电连接中的腐蚀成形的最佳保护。灯具包括有机械开关,其可通过围绕在控制杆上的密封装置从外部操作。这就意味着存在着另外的空气、水和蒸气的渗透的危险和形成腐蚀的危险。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种在开篇段落中所述的灯具,所述灯具可靠、在大多数环境下耐用、不透水、可防腐蚀、坚固、具有较长的贮存期、可防冲击、振动和其它物理应力,而且成本较低。
本发明的一个特别的目的是提供一种这种类型的灯具,其也可以通过操作体而从外部操作,其中此操作体不会损害灯具的质量,例如可靠性、耐用性、水密性、耐腐蚀性、坚固性和贮存期。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种对环境友好的这类灯具,和/或提供一种可包括在回收系统中的这类灯具。
上述目的通过如权利要求所述的灯具来实现。
下面将参考附图来更详细地介绍本发明,其中:
图1是根据本发明的灯具的第一实施例的示意性截面图,
图2是根据本发明的灯具的第二实施例的示意性截面图,和
图3是从上方看去的根据本发明的灯具的第三实施例的示意图。
图1显示了根据本发明的基本上为矩形的灯具的第一实施例的截面图。灯具10包括相互电连接在一起的光源1、电池2和开关装置3。所有的电接点最好焊接或钎焊在一起,从而减小了发生腐蚀的危险。
所示的光源1为白炽灯,但也可以是一个或多个互连的高强度发光二极管,它们和可集成在发光二极管中的限流前置电阻器串联在一起。
所有的电连接均处于无腐蚀的环境中。这可通过在无空气和/湿气的情况下将光源1、电池2和开关装置3模制在一个电绝缘的模制材料件中来实现。
适当的模制材料为聚乙烯。其它的适当模制材料的例子为聚碳酸酯、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯、硅酮和双组分或多组分的塑料材料。
开关装置3是密封的磁开关或“簧片开关”。开关装置3可由包括有可动永久磁铁4的操作体8从外部操作。当在开关装置中形成了足量作用力的磁场,例如当磁铁4位于紧邻于形状装置的位置时,在开关的两个端子之间形成电连接。在此实施例中,操作体通过位于灯具的模制主体的外部上的槽或导向部分而可动地安装在灯具的外部。
此灯具还包括反射镜6和灯玻璃7,它们与光源1、电池2和开关装置3模制成一个整体。
图2显示了根据本发明的基本上为圆柱形的灯具的第二实施例20的截面图。与图1中相同或对应的部件以相同的标号示出。这种情况下的电池2包括串联在一起的两个圆柱形电池。
此实施例20大体上与图1所示的实施例10一致,例外之处是可动磁铁4与设置成可绕灯具旋转的圆形环8相连。环8的内径稍稍大于灯具主体部分的外径,因此可允许以适当程度的摩擦力旋转。当环8旋转到磁铁正好位于磁性开关3之上的位置时,灯具接通。灯具的主体部分设有槽(未示出),其可适当地用于将环夹持在一个固定的轴向位置,同时允许进行旋转运动。
在图2所示实施例的一个变型中,环8设置成可螺旋式地运动,即可进行旋转运动同时沿灯具的轴向方向运动。这可以通过在环上设置一个内部螺旋形槽来实现,这个槽可以与灯具主体的外部上一个固定的突出部分相配合。
图3是从上方看去的根据本发明的微型灯具的第三实施例30的示意图。在此情况下采用扣式电池作为电池2,采用带有整体的前置电阻器的发光二极管作为光源1。通过位于灯具的模制主体的外部上的包括有磁铁(未示出)的可动操作体(未示出)来操作磁性开关3。
与只是通过密封的外壳来实现水密性的现有灯具相比,在本发明的灯具中可显著地减小腐蚀形成的机率,这是因为模制材料填满了所有空腔,因此防止了空气、蒸气或水与电接点发生接触。这个特征并结合密封磁性开关和用于外部操作的可动磁铁的使用可提供具有较长贮存期的非常可靠的灯具。此外,对于外部作用力如冲击和振动的影响来说,所提供的灯具是非常坚固的,这是因为模制材料消除了灯具部件的间隙和运动的自由度。
对于本领域的技术人员来说很清楚,在不脱离由下述权利要求及其等效物所限定的本发明的范围的前提下,可以对本发明进行许多修改和变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种灯具,包括相互电连接在一起的光源(1)、电池(2)和开关装置(3),
其特征在于,所述开关装置为磁性开关(3),其通过电绝缘的模制材料件(5)与所述光源(1)和电池(2)模制成一个整体,并由可动磁铁(4)从外部进行操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,由于所述模制材料件(5)填满了所述灯具部件之间的所有空腔,因此所有电连接均处于无腐蚀的环境中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述可动磁铁与可绕所述灯具旋转的环相连。
4.根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述可动磁铁可动地安装在所述灯具的外部。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所有电连接焊接或钎焊在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括反射镜(6)和灯玻璃(7),它们与所述光源、电池和开关装置模制成一个整体。
