玻璃真空热管是太阳能热水器中的核心部件,它的作用是传递太阳热能,其传递功能是否优良将直接影响整个热水器的工作和使用效率。现有技术中,由于波纹肋片热管松散性地安装在玻璃真空管内,因此,其传热路径为:阳光照热玻璃管→热能传至管内空气层→热能传至肋片热管。传热路程长,热阻大,传热效率低。
发明内容
该发明的目的就是提供一种新型玻璃真空热管太阳能热水器,它以更科学的设计,强化提高玻璃真空热管传热功能,使传热效率大幅提高达20%以上。
该发明是这样实现的:在热水器中的玻璃真空管内壁上,通体紧贴有一连接热管的园弧形集热肋片。在玻璃真空管内中心处,通体设有一支撑体,沿其纵向均匀设有支撑盘,每个支撑盘由均匀分布的径向支撑筋构成。支撑筋顶端分别抵触于热管外表面、集热肋片内壁和玻璃真空管内壁。
在该发明中,集热肋片受到来自于支撑体均匀且分散式的支撑后,可以紧贴于玻璃真空管内壁上,使二者之间不存留空气层,从而使热能由玻璃真空管直接传入集热肋片及热管,大大降低了热阻,使传热效率明显提高。

实施方案:如附图1、2、3所示,在热水器中的双层全玻璃真空管1内壁上,通体紧贴有一园弧形集热肋片2,热管3则通体紧贴于集热肋片2内壁上。在双层全玻璃真空管1内中心处,通体设有一支撑体4,沿其纵向均匀设有50个支撑盘5,每个支撑盘5由均匀分布的16条径向支撑筋构成,支撑筋顶端分别抵触于热管3外表面、集热肋片2内壁和双层全玻璃真空管1内壁。热管另一端插入热水器水箱6中。
