本实用新型涉及一种全玻璃真空集热管,尤其能解决一般全玻璃真空集热管在吸收太阳光面积、降低成本等方面的问题。
目前,公知的全玻璃真空集热管构造是由采用外表面为光滑且镀膜选择性吸收涂层的玻璃内管、玻璃外管、在内外管夹层抽成真空烧结制造而成。但是,现生产的全玻璃真空集热管使用过程中存在问题:玻璃内管采用光滑外表面,吸收太阳光面积有局限性,从而影响全玻璃真空集热管热效率的提高。上述问题给太阳能热水器使用效率产生不良影响,必须设法解决。
本实用新型目的是提供一种新型全玻璃真空集热管,以克服现有吸收太阳光面积的问题。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的:在全玻璃真空集热管玻璃内管外表面环圆周制造成从一端到另一端条形凹凸峰谷形状。
由此可见,本实用新型具有增加吸收太阳光面积、提高热效率、制造简单的特点。

如图所示,本实用新型将玻璃内管外表面环圆周制造成凹凸峰谷形状[3],这种形状是玻璃内管一端到另一端的条形凹凸峰谷形状[5],在玻璃内管外表面镀膜选择性吸收涂层,将玻璃外管[1]和玻璃内管[2]夹层抽成真空状态[4],再烧结而成。
