本实用新型涉及一种真空管,是一种主要用于太阳能转化成热能的真空集热管或保温管,适用于各种太阳能集热装置以及保温管等上的应用。
目前,还没有这种形式的真空管,市场上的玻璃真空管都是一端开口内管涂膜的双层真空管,在应用时真空管的开口端插接于热水器的储水箱上,利用自然循环对水体加热,但是这种真空管有许多局限性,不能对接,也不能互相导通,给实际应用带来许多不便,为了改变这种状况,有必要发明一种具有广泛应用的真空管。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种真空管,它主要能方便太阳能转化成热能以及做保温管,而且具有广泛的适用性。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式完成的:在内管外有外管,内管与外管组成夹层真空管,内管上一般要求有吸热涂层,也可以要求有反射层,以增加保温效果,内管和外管组成的夹层管是一个内管两端导通的通管,而不再是仅有一端开口的真空管。
由于采用了上述方式,这种真空管在安装时能相互连接和可以互相导通,从而扩大了真空管的应用方式和范围。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是本实用新型的一种原理结构图。
在图1中,在内管(2)的外面有外管(1),内管(2)与外管(1)组成一个夹层中空的真空管,内管(2)与外管(1)夹层被抽成了一定程度的真空,由于内管(2)上有吸热涂层,也可以有反射层,在光能转化成热能后或传导热能中,真空夹层能有效地阻止热能的散失。另外,在制做抽吸真空时,尽量保证真空管外观的平整。
