Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑组合方法，特别是指一种钢筋混凝土或钢结构框架平台与装配式住宅所组成的空中别墅的建筑组合方法，它是用钢或混凝土结构构建一个多层可承重平台，在同一个平台上可以建造多幢轻质装配式别墅；在每层平台上可设置前后花园景观、太阳房、观景台等设施；且别墅的结构体系与平台结构体系实施有效的连接，使得别墅的水平稳定性及抗震性能完全依赖于平台结构体系来实现。本发明的优点在于：可根据用户要求放置在平台上，别墅建筑之间有足够的空间，组成空中花园，实现了空中别墅的建筑结构形式，它既能满足高档住宅的市场需要，又能提高土地利用率，从而降低高档别墅的综合价格。

一种空中别墅的建筑组合方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑组合结构，特别是指一种钢筋混凝土或钢结构框架平台与装配式住宅所组成的空中别墅建筑组合方法。
背景技术
近几年以来，冠以House、Townhouse英文名字的房地产项目火爆中国房地产市场，可见，舒适、宽敞、自带车库、拥有前后花园的别墅，永远是人类居住条件追求的最高标准，但这与中国人口众多、人均土地占有率极低的现实是一坚锐的矛盾。因此，长期以来，我国政府限制别墅建筑的大量发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空中别墅建筑组合结构及其方法，它是以框架结构为主承重结构，根据市场要求设计成为多层空中平台，并采用轻质板材组装的别墅建筑。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：它是用钢或混凝土结构构建一个多层可承重平台，在同一个平台上可以建造多幢轻质装配式别墅；每层平台上可设置前后花园景观、太阳房、观景台等设施；且别墅的结构体系与平台结构体系实施有效的连接，使得别墅的水平稳定性及抗震性能完全依赖于平台结构体系来实现。
其中，所述的装配式别墅，是由轻质板材组装的轻型建筑。
所述的可承重平台，它可根据居住环境的要求，而制作成各种平面形状及尺寸；不同层高的平台可有不同的形状及面积，利用层与层之间形状及面积的变化可以将多层的平台设计成各种复杂形状。例如：宝塔型、山丘型、山峰型、大树型、百花其放型等，平台上的别墅与平台也可以根据需要布置，但应与平台所形成的造型相吻合。
所述的可承重平台，可以设计成为具有家用汽车的承载能力；且家用汽车可以通过专用电梯升至相应楼层；并在其别墅内可设置车库。
根据整体建筑的设计风格要求，每层可承重平台，应设计与平台特征相匹配的装饰及安全保护用设施。例如：安全护栏、植物装饰护栏等。其中，山型建筑可以配以更多的树木、花草等。
与普通别墅不同的是，此种别墅应设计成与平台框架结构有效的连接。根据别墅与承重平台框架结构的相对位置关系，而实施别墅与承重平台上层楼板的固定连接；以及别墅与柱体的固定连接。例如：钢骨架的轻型装配式建筑，应将钢骨架与平台框架牢固的连接。
本发明的优点在于：可根据用户要求将别墅放置在平台上，别墅建筑之间有足够的空间，组成空中花园，实现了空中别墅的建筑结构形式，它既能满足高档住宅的市场需要，又能提高土地利用率，从而降低高档别墅的综合价格。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图及实施例，对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本发明山丘型别墅建筑组合结构，它主要由多层可承重平台1、若干个轻型装配式别墅2构成，并在别墅与上层楼板之间设有固定装置3；在别墅与柱体之间设有固定装置4；在每栋别墅周围可设有推拉式密封屏风5；或各种装饰物6，比如，树木、花草植物。并在每层别墅的平台1上还需设置安全防护装置7。
可根据需求，在轻型装配式别墅2内，设有车库、前后花园景观、太阳房、观景台等设施。
此外，在山丘型别墅建筑组合结构中，还可设置专用电梯8，以使家用汽车通过专用电梯8升至相应楼层。

Claims (10)

1、一种空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：它是用钢或混凝土结构构建一个多层可承重平台，在同一个平台上可以建造多幢轻质装配式别墅；在每层平台上可设置前后花园景观、太阳房、观景台等设施；且别墅的结构体系与平台结构体系实施有效的连接，使得别墅的水平稳定性及抗震性能完全依赖于平台结构体系来实现。
2、根据权利要求1中空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：所述的装配式别墅，是由轻质板材组装的轻型建筑。
3、根据权利要求1中空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：所述的可承重平台，它可根据居住环境的要求，而制作成各种平面形状及尺寸；不同层高的平台可有不同的形状及面积，利用层与层之间形状及面积的变化可以将多层的平台设计成各种复杂形状：宝塔型、山丘型、山峰型、大树型、百花其放型等，平台上的别墅与平台也可以根据需要布置，但应与平台所形成的造型相吻合。
4、根据权利要求1中空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：所述的可承重平台，可以设计成为具有家用汽车的承载能力；且家用汽车可以通过专用电梯升至相应楼层；并在其别墅内可设置车库。
5、根据权利要求1中空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：根据整体建筑的设计风格要求，每层可承重平台，应设计与平台特征相匹配的装饰及安全保护用设施，如：宝塔型安全护栏，山型植物装饰护栏等。
6、根据权利要求1中空中别墅的建筑组合方法，其特征在于：根据别墅与承重平台框架结构的相对位置关系，而实施别墅与承重平台上层楼板的固定连接；以及别墅与柱体的固定连接。
7、一种空中别墅建筑组合结构，其特征在于：它主要由多层可承重平台、若干个轻型装配式别墅构成，并在别墅与上层楼板之间设有固定装置；或在别墅与柱体之间设有固定装置；并在每层别墅的平台上还需设置安全防护装置。
8、根据权利要求7中所述的空中别墅建筑组合结构，其特征在于：在每层平台上，可设置前后花园景观、太阳房、观景台等设施。
9、根据权利要求7中所述的空中别墅建筑组合结构，其特征在于：在该别墅结构中还可设置专用电梯；并在轻型装配式别墅内设有车库。
10、根据权利要求7中所述的空中别墅建筑组合结构，其特征在于：在每栋别墅周围可设有推拉式密封屏风；或各种装饰物。
