Abstract

一种轧机油膜轴承锥套,属于轧钢机械技术领域,其特征是将现有技术轧机油膜轴承锥套两端部的内径扩大,制成有锥度的喇叭形状。优点是使轴承锥套往轧机辊颈结合部位装配时比较容易,降低了装配时产生的峰值压力,使接触应力趋于均匀,减少了锥套与辊颈之间的摩损,可有效地提高轴承锥套的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明属于轧钢机械技术领域,具体涉及一种轧机油膜轴承锥套。
背景技术:
目前,轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈连接是采用过盈配合,即是通过轧辊辊颈端部的进油孔将高压油注入已予套在轧辊辊颈端部的轴承锥套的中部,使轴承锥套产生账形,内孔变大,再将内孔变大的轴承锥套推向轧辊辊颈连接部位处,然后卸压使轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈紧密地连接在一起。但是这一装配方法存在的缺点是在将轴承锥套高压账形的过程中,由于轴承锥套的内孔有一定的锥度,轴承锥套沿轴向壁厚不同,使得液压账形主要集中在轴承锥套的中间区域,而轴承锥套的两端部账形量不足,产生很大的峰值压力,在装配推进的过程中,容易出现锥套与辊颈相接触,并产生磨损,这样,就会严重地影响轴承锥套的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种新的技术方案,可有效地克服上述缺点。
本发明是这样实现的:将现有技术轧机油膜轴承锥套两端内径扩大,制成有锥度的喇叭形状。本发明优点及积极效果是:(1)、由于将轴承锥套制成为两端是喇叭形状,使得装配推进更加容易。(2)、轴承锥套两端制成喇叭形状,使得装配推进时,峰值压力降低,使接触应力趋于均匀,接触磨损减少,可有效地提高轴承锥套的使用寿命。
