Abstract

本发明提供一种能将断路器嵌在一面板上的面板安装装置,它能降低用于装上和卸下面罩的弹性件所需的成本。该面板安装装置包括一固定在面板(5)上的框架(1)和一安装在框架(1)上的面罩(7),其中一断路器(3)嵌在和保持在该面板(5)上。在面板安装装置中,能够使面罩(7)在装上和卸下过程中运动的弹性件由移动销(9)和压缩螺旋弹簧(11)构成,移动销(9)可滑动地保持于面罩(7),压缩螺旋弹簧(11)对着框架(1)的锁孔(1g)向移动销(9)施力。由于将价格便宜的批量生产的弹簧用作压缩螺旋弹簧(11),而且移动销(9)由低成本的树脂模制而成,所以与使用昂贵的片簧的已有技术相比,本发明的制造成本有了显著的下降。

Description

断路器的面板安装装置
(1)技术领域
本发明涉及一种断路器的面板安装装置,该面板安装装置在面板上嵌入一诸如模制盒式断路器或接地泄漏断路器的断路器。
(2)背景技术
图5和6示出了一传统面板安装装置的结构。图5是一侧视图,它示出了面板安装装置的一部分,图6是一沿图5的线VI-VI截取的剖视图。在图5和6中,标号1表示一由钢板制成的框架,它的两端(在图5的左侧和右侧)朝上弯曲。在图5中的框架1的右端弯曲部1a的右侧和左侧形成一对锁孔1b。另一方面,通过螺旋或嵌入将一船式片簧2安装在图5的框架1的左端弯曲部1c的前表面上。在弯曲部1c的两端形成一对锁孔2a。框架1通过一正方形窗口1d安装在断路器3的前表面上,并通过两对左右侧螺钉4紧固在断路器3上。安装框架1的断路器3从前方插入一具有正方形安装窗口5a的面板5,框架1由两对左右侧螺丝6通过设置在框架1的左右侧(图6的上侧和下侧)的安装部分1e固定在面板5上,使得断路器3嵌入和保持在面板5上。
标号7表示一浅盒状的面罩,它由树脂模制而成,并覆盖框架1和断路器3。面罩7有一正方形窗口7a,它形成在与断路器3相对的表面上,使得操作手柄8伸出面罩7。分别对应于框架弯曲部1a的锁孔1b和片簧2的锁孔2a的一对啮合突起7b和一对啮合突起7c与面罩7两侧的前端和后端设置成一体。为了如图5和6所示将面罩7安装在框架1上,面罩7的啮合突起7c配合在片簧2的锁孔2a中,然后如图5和6朝右拉面罩7,同时弯曲片簧2,使得面罩7的啮合突起7b能够配合在框架1的啮合孔1b中。为了能拆下面罩7,朝右拉面罩7,以使啮合突起7b脱离锁孔1b,同时弯曲片簧2,然后面罩7恢复到原位,使啮合突起7c脱离啮合孔2a。
本发明要解决的问题
在上述的传统面板安装装置中,面罩7的可安装和拆卸的弹性件由昂贵的片簧2组成,并通过螺旋、嵌入等等紧固。因此,传统的面板安装装置具有缺陷,如
圆柱形的移动销9由树脂模制而成,每一个移动销在一半圆形头部9a的基部有一凸缘9b。一E环10配合在一形成于和凸缘9b相对的端部的周向槽(未示出)中。在安装压缩螺旋弹簧11与凸缘9b接触之后,移动销9滑动地插入一对左右轴容纳凸缘7e的轴容纳孔(未示出)中,左右轴容纳凸缘与面罩7的内表面形成一体,同时压缩压缩螺旋弹簧11。E环10防止移动销9脱离轴容纳孔。其它的结构与传统技术的相同。
如图1和2所示,将啮合突起1f配合进入啮合凹部7d,并将移动销9的头部9a配合到框架1的啮合孔1g内,使得面罩7安装在框架1上。压缩螺旋弹簧11的弹力将啮合突起1f和移动销9压向啮合凹部7d和啮合孔1g,使得啮合突起1f和移动销9能够与啮合凹部7d和啮合孔1g保持啮合。为了如图3所示取下面罩7,朝右拉动面罩7,使啮合突起1f脱离啮合凹部7d,同时压缩压缩螺旋弹簧11,然后沿图3的箭头所示的方向拉面罩7,使移动销9脱离啮合孔1g。为了再将面罩7安装到框架1上,将上述程序依次反过来做。
在所示的实施例中,面罩7能够进行安装和拆卸的弹性件由移动销9和压缩螺旋弹簧11构成,移动销9可滑动地保持于面罩7,压缩螺旋弹簧11对着框架1向移动销9施力。压缩螺旋弹簧11具有价格很便宜和不需要固定程序的优点,这是因为可用市场上有售的批量生产的弹簧作为压缩螺旋弹簧11,只需要将它们插入移动销9中就可以了。此外,移动销9具有价格很便宜的优点,这是因为它们是用树脂模制而成的。因此,与传统的用昂贵的专用金属制造的片簧2相比,本发明的零件数减少到原来的十分之几或更少,组装所需的工时也下降了,这是由于不必通过螺旋或嵌入来固定移动销9。这样显著降低了用于安装和取下面罩7的弹性件的成本。
图4是一示出本发明第二实施例的视图,在该图中,移动销9安装在框架1上。第二实施例如图4所示是将移动销9可滑动地保持在框架1上,并将移动销9配合在面罩7的啮合凹部7h中,由此具有与第一实施例相同的效果。第二实施例的其它结构和操作与第一实施例的相同。
本发明效果
如上所述,根据本发明,用于安装和取下面罩的弹性件由价廉的移动销和压缩螺旋弹簧所构成,这样显著地降低了零件的成本和组装断路器的面板安装装置所需的工时。弹性件2的成本高。具体地说,片簧2的制造成本很高,这是因为它是由诸如用于弹簧的磷青铜或不锈钢的特定材料制成,还需要经过热处理。此外,在通过如上所述的螺旋、嵌入等等紧固片簧2时需要大量的工时,这又增加了成本。因此,本发明的目的是降低制造断路器的面板安装装置所需的成本。
(3)发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种断路器的面板安装装置,该面板安装装置设置在断路器的前表面上,并包括:一从前方固定在一面板上的框架,该面板有一将断路器嵌入和保持在该面板上的安装窗口;以及一锁定在框架两端的面罩,该面罩可装上和卸下,并覆盖框架和断路器,使得一操作手柄伸出面罩,该面罩的一端通过弹性件锁定在框架上,该面板安装装置的特征是,弹性件包括可滑动的移动销和可对移动销加力的压缩螺旋弹簧。
移动销和压缩螺旋弹簧可设置在面罩或框架的任何一个上。

Claims (1)

1.一种断路器的面板安装装置,该面板安装装置安装在断路器的前表面上,它包括:一从前面固定在一面板上的框架,该面板有一将断路器嵌在该面板上的安装窗口;以及一锁定在框架两端的面罩,该面罩可装上和卸下,并覆盖框架和断路器,使得一操作手柄伸出面罩,该面罩的一端通过弹性件锁定在框架上,面板安装装置的特征在于,弹性件包括可滑动的移动销和可对移动销施力的压缩螺旋弹簧。
