技术领域:本发明涉及涂改液,特别涉及一种无毒涂改液。
背景技术:目前市场上的修正产品包括修正液、修正笔和修正带等都含有不同浓度的卤代烃(三氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)和苯系物(甲苯)等毒性物质,不但气味难闻且刺激呼吸道,还可造成眼鼻和咽喉发炎,引起头痛、恶心等症状,长期使用,可造成慢性毒性蓄积,对人体造成伤害,特别对青少年的危害更大。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种配制方便,无任何特殊异味、且能还原纸的本色的无毒涂改液。本发明是这样实现的:它由甲瓶、乙瓶组成,甲瓶由浓度为0.3%——0.5%的高锰酸钾溶液10——30克加浓度为10%——20%的稀硫酸1——5克配制而成,乙瓶由浓度为5%——15%的亚硫酸钠10——30克溶于水加浓度为10%——20%的稀硫酸1-——5克配制而成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有配制方法简便,价格便宜,使用方便,且无任何特殊异味,不会对人体产生任何毒害,而且本涂改液消除字迹后可还原纸的本色。
本发明的具体实施方式:用浓度为0.4%的高锰酸钾溶液20克加浓度为15.5%的稀硫酸3克混合摇匀,呈紫红色,即得甲瓶涂改液;用浓度为10%的亚硫酸钠20克溶于水,加浓度为15.5%的稀硫酸3克混合摇匀,即得乙瓶涂改液。使用时先用甲瓶的涂改液将字迹中的色素氧化消除,则本身被还原成正四价的二氧化锰显棕色,再用乙瓶的涂改液将二氧化锰还原成正二价的锰呈无色(同时多余的高锰酸钾也被还原成锰离子呈无色),因为,高锰酸钾有氧化性,而亚硫酸钠有还原性。据以上原理,使用无毒涂改液可消除字迹并使纸还原成本色。

1、一种无毒涂改液,它由甲瓶、乙瓶组成,其特征在于:甲瓶由浓度为0.3%——0.5%的高锰酸钾溶液10——30克加浓度为10%——20%的稀硫酸1——5克配制而成,乙瓶由浓度为5%——15%的亚硫酸钠10——30克溶于水加浓度为10%——20%的稀硫酸1——5克配制而成。
