低成本低温热塑材料
本发明属于有机高分子塑料领域。涉及一种低温热塑材料。
本发明可制作替代石膏绷带的高分子树脂绷带或制做无须制模而直接在身体上复形的医用夹板、矫形及假肢材料、运动和康复护具等。
市面上现在出售的低温热塑材料制品基本是以聚己内脂为主要原料,再添加辅助材料而制得,其中聚己内脂的含量大于90%。如医疗上使用的专利号为98243172.4的高分子树脂绷带和放疗面模等。但由于聚已内脂价格昂贵(8美元/Kg),导致了低温热塑材料制品难以广泛使用。
为降低低温热塑材料制品的价格,本发明提供了一种低成本低温热塑材料。该低温热塑材料可采用普通热塑材料加工成型的方法加工成所需要的形状,如挤出、注射、模压成型等。
本发明由聚己内脂、滑石粉和硅油所组成。
本发明的成分范围是:
聚己内脂                    27--77%(重量)
滑石粉                      20--63%(重量)
硅  油                      3--11%(重量)
各组分的总和为100%
优先选择的成分范围是:
聚己内脂                   40--50%(重量)
滑石粉                     40--50%(重量)
硅油                       4--6%(重量)
各组分的总和为100%
将上述原料在混合机中混匀,造粒。即得到低成本低温热塑材料。
以本发明制得的低温热塑材料制品比现在市售的低温热塑材料制品最多可降低成本55%。

聚己内脂                   27%(重量)
滑石粉                     63%(重量)
硅油                       11%(重量)
将它们在混合机中混匀,造粒即可。

将它们在混合机中混匀,造粒即可。
