电致发光电脑喷打油墨采用了先代纳米制作技术,将颗粒粗糙的电致发光粉加工成微米或纳米级乳化状液体料,然后经过特殊处理封装至电脑喷墨打印盒内。该发明可通过电脑设计、在电脑喷墨打印机上制作各种图案的平面发光超薄霓虹灯片。加上电路后可按程序发光。该发明制作的超薄发光片、发光亮丽、柔和、清晰、功耗低、可挠曲、可广泛的应用于各行各业。

电致发光电脑喷墨打印油墨
电致发光电脑喷墨打印油墨选用硫化锌类电致发光材料经过有机物的液体混合调配,用高压泵加压至1000kgf/cm2左右,以高速分流形成两股射流进入由金刚石晶片组成的特殊通道中,相向对撞后流出被处理被充分超微化和充分乳化的电致发光乳状液体。
该发明采用了化学反应法和冲撞法制作技术,将颗粒粗大的硫化锌类电致发光粉料经过以上处理成纳米级或微米级乳化状液体料,然后经过特殊处理,封装到电脑喷墨打印机墨盒内即成电致发光喷打油墨。
该发明可将原来真空制作和丝网制作的电致发光方法革命性的向前推进一步。将电致发光油墨同电脑制作技术相结合,可在透明导电薄膜上喷打制作平面发光霓虹灯,再加上电子控制电路即可按程序使图案顺序发光。

1、电致发光喷打油墨选用硫化锌类电致发光材料。
2、根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于该发明选用了纳米制作技术。
3、根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于该发明只适合在透明导电塑料胶片上使用。
