Abstract

一种印刷式超薄导光板,包括高透光率的塑胶板(1)。在该塑胶板的上、下表面中的至少一个表面上呈阵列状设置有多个形成折、反射单元的印刷油墨层(12)。在上述每一个印刷油墨层(12)上对应覆盖有一光固型含纳米材料的印刷油墨层(13)。

印刷式超薄导光板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种背光系统用的导光板,尤其是指一种油墨印刷式超薄导光板。
背景技术
当今,随着诸如手机、家用电器等电子/通讯产品的技术日新月异,导光板广泛应用于各种电子/通讯产品的液晶显示屏(LiquidCrystal Display LCD)内部,由液晶显示屏内部背光系统(如冷阴极管或发光二极管)产生光源,通过该导光板导引产生出射光。
一般而言,背光板制程包括印刷式和非印刷式两种,非印刷式是采用模具直接成型或压制成型导光纹路,此技术与本申请无关,即在此不加以详述。相对于印刷式背光板技术而言,可参阅中国专利ZL03240962.1所公开的一种油墨印刷型导光板,其中该专利中有公开了在导光板的上、下表面中的至少一个表面,印刷油墨而形成折、反射单元,各个折、反射单元,在整体上呈阵列状;进而通过该印刷油墨对光吸收后再经折、反射方式进行向外扩散,由于该扩散呈杂乱无章的散光方式,无法保证发光均匀性,且现有印刷油墨型导光板的透光性也未得到而相应提升,故,为了适合未来导光板的发展,业界如何提升导光板的透光性以及保证发光均匀显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术所存在之缺失,主要目的在于提供一种发光均匀的印刷式超薄导光板。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种高透光性的印刷式超薄导光板。
为实现上述之目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种印刷式超薄导光板,包括高透光率的塑胶板,在该塑胶板的上、下表面中的至少一表面上呈阵列状设置有多个形成折、反射单元的印刷油墨层,上述每一个印刷油墨层上对应覆盖有一光固型含纳米材料的印刷油墨层。
上述各印刷油墨层由塑胶板接近入射光源那侧沿远离入射光源方向呈渐密状排列。
上述各印刷油墨层在塑胶板表面上正投影呈正方形或长方形或圆弧形或多边形。
在接近入射光源的塑胶板侧端至少开设有一具多边形增强光性的缺口。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点如下:
1、在现有的各折、反射单元的印刷油墨层上进而再覆盖另一起发光均匀作用的光固型含纳米材料之印刷油墨层,使导光板达到发光均匀之功效,避免发光到处散射之现象发生。
2、由两层印刷油墨组合可方便进行彩色调制,其中一层单纯为无色,另一层则为彩色。
3、利用在接近入射光源的塑胶板侧端开设的缺口内壁可有效地扩大进光截面面积,进而实现高透光性之目的。
4、广泛应用于诸如手机、家用电器等电子/通讯产品的液晶显示屏领域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
请参阅图1、图2所示,一种印刷式超薄导光板,包括高透光率的透明塑胶板1,其中:
在该塑胶板1的上表面11上呈阵列状设置有多个形成折、反射单元的无色印刷油墨层12,其选用纳米材料且带有微颗粒形成散光的油墨通过丝印或移印方式加予实现;各印刷油墨层12由塑胶板1接近入射光源2侧沿远离入射光源方向呈渐密状排列;上述每一个印刷油墨层12上对应覆盖有另一光固型含纳米材料的有色印刷油墨层13,由该有色印刷油墨层13起均光作用,其同样也可以通过丝印或移印方式加予实现。且各有色印刷油墨层13在塑胶板1表面上正投影呈正方形或长方形或圆弧形或多边形(本实施例为圆弧形)。
当然,为进一步增强其透光性,也可以在在接近入射光源2的塑胶板1侧端至少开设有一具多边形的缺口,以增加进光的截面积。
本发明设计重点是在现有的各折、反射单元的印刷油墨层上进而再覆盖另一光固型含纳米材料的印刷油墨层,达到导光板发光均匀之功效,避免发光到处散射之现象发生。
以上所述,仅是本发明一种印刷式超薄导光板的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种印刷式超薄导光板,包括高透光率的塑胶板,在该塑胶板的上、下表面中的至少一表面上呈阵列状设置有多个形成折、反射单元的无色印刷油墨层,其特征在于:上述每一个无色印刷油墨层上对应覆盖有一光固型含纳米材料的有色印刷油墨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述印刷式超薄导光板,其特征在于:上述各无色印刷油墨层由塑胶板接近入射光源那侧沿远离入射光源方向呈渐密状排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述印刷式超薄导光板,其特征在于:在接近入射光源的塑胶板侧端至少开设有一具多边形的缺口。
4.根据权利要求1所述印刷式超薄导光板,其特征在于:上述各有色印刷油墨层在塑胶板表面上正投影呈正方形或长方形或圆弧形。
