Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于热和冷装置的玻璃化部件,其作为视片用于所述装置。这种视片或玻璃化部件的涂层的热和机械性能应该得到了改善。为了不丧失光学特性,在本发明中的视片(1)或玻璃化部件的朝向装置内部的一侧上施加一软层(2),而在朝向使用者的外侧施加一硬层(3)。

技术领域
本发明涉及加热和冷却装置的涂层玻璃化部件。
背景技术
烤箱和微波装置通常具有一个视窗,通过该视窗可以看到装置内部,还可以判断其内的物品的烹调状况。视窗通常由一带有内片和前片的多片组件构成,对于烤箱,还具有一个中片。家用冰箱的盖子上通常也带有一个视片,通常的冷却和冷冻柜也具有玻璃化的柜门。所谓家用瓶式冷却器也具有一个透明的玻璃化部件。
这种视片及门或盖玻璃化部件在下面称之为玻璃化部件,按照现有技术,这种可视片具有用于改善热性能的涂层。
玻璃化部件通常带有所谓硬层,例如通过喷射高温热解施加的SnO2层。这种硬层
—强度非常高
—耐高温
并因此能够在极端的环境中使用。
还有一种公知的玻璃化部件,其具有一软层,该软层通常通过溅射或浸渍施加,并具有下列优点:
—绝热性好(大约15欧姆/单位面积)
—较高的透光性,达到90%,而硬层例如为78%,
—虹彩较少
—颜色重现较好,即,颜色中性较好,
然而,这种软层的强度和耐热性较低。
一种公知的设计是,无论硬层还是软层都只在玻璃化部件的一侧施加。这种设计与两侧涂层相比热反射较低(大约为25欧姆/单位面积)。
在现有技术中,通常是在玻璃化部件的两侧施加硬的或软的层。这虽然在一侧导致较好的热反射,然而在另一侧上的性能却较差。两侧施加硬层的玻璃化部件出现虹彩效应,并且很浑浊,或者说,透明度通常很低,大致为78%。而且在玻璃化部件的立式生产中还会出现钳式压力。
两侧施加软层的玻璃化部件虽然光学性能良好,而且具有非常好的反射性,但在长期使用玻璃化部件后,软层会被磨损。
发明内容
本发明的基本任务是提供一种上述的带涂层的用于加热和冷却装置的玻璃化部件,所述涂层具有良好的热反射,并能使所述装置的一侧的能量平衡得到改善,而在另一侧并不降低其光学性能,并能满足所有其它的应用和要求。
这一任务是这样完成的,在使用者不接近的一侧上施加一软层,而在朝向使用者的外侧施加一硬层。
按照本发明,将玻璃化部件的使用者一侧施加的硬层与使用者不接近一侧,即,朝向装置内部的一侧施加的软层结合起来,这样,在克服了缺点的同时,将硬层和软层的优点结合起来,也就是说,按照本发明的带涂层的玻璃化部件具有下述优点:
—热反射性能非常好
—透光性好
—浊度小
—虹彩小
—颜色重现指数高。
对于商业上应用的冷却装置来说,良好的颜色重现性特别有意义,因为这样可以不失真地重现作了标记的物品的识别颜色。
按照本发明的一个实施形式,所述软层优选由一金属或金属氧化物层构成,该层优选为一ITO(氧化铟锌)层。
一个这样的层赋予视片或玻璃化部件以一种特别良好的绝热以及良好的光学特性。
利用溅射或者一种PVD(物理蒸汽沉积)法可以有效地施加软层。
按照本发明的另一实施形式,朝向使用者的外部的硬层由一SnO2层构成,这样可以使视片或玻璃化部件具有很好的强度和耐热性,所述SnO2层优选通过溅射施加,但也可以通过一种CVD(化学蒸汽沉积)上艺施加。
下面结合一个在附图中示出的按照本发明的用于视窗的层片的实施例,详细地描述本发明。

具体实施方式
在用于一个加热和冷却装置的视窗或玻璃化部件的一玻璃片上,在使用者不接近的一侧带有一软层2。该层优选为一软金属层或氧化金属层,通过溅射或PVD法施加到玻璃片1上。该软层的材料特别是:ITO(InO:Sn);ZnO:Al;Si+保护层;Al+保护层;Au。
在朝向使用者一侧为一硬层3,例如由掺杂的SnO2或带有可比较特性的材料通过溅射形成。
朝向装置内部的软层2由于提高了反射效果而具有很高的绝热性,并赋予视片2或者玻璃化部件以较好的光学特性,即,透光性好、浑浊度低、虹彩低、颜色重现性好。施加到朝向使用者因而长期损耗的一侧上的硬层3保证了高强度和耐热性。
图3示出一冰柜柜门的多层玻璃化部件的结构的一截面。在朝向冰柜内部的玻璃片1上带有结合图1和2示出的层,而前片4上没有涂层。两玻璃片1和4由一隔离架5保持一预定距离,以形成一绝热片。
Claims (6)
1.用于加热和冷却装置的涂层的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:在视片(1)或玻璃化部件的不被使用者触及的一侧上施加一软层(2),而在朝向使用者的外侧上施加一硬层(3)。
2.如权利要求1的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:软层(2)由一金属或金属氧化层构成。
3.如权利要求2的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:所述金属或金属氧化层的材料由Ag、Al、Au等中的一种金属构成。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:所述软层(2)通过溅射或一种PVD工艺施加。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:硬层(3)由掺杂的SnO2层构成。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项的玻璃化部件,其特征在于:硬层(3)通过溅射或一种CVD工艺施加。
