Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种俗称呼啦圈的运动和/或锻炼型圆环结构。
背景技术
呼啦圈是常见的运动型圆环结构,其用于在髋部或身体其他部分作转动或者旋转运动。这种圆环通常通过将一根塑料长管弯曲成圆形并将两端结合在一起而制成。
这种圆环不具有限制其效能的内部阻尼结构。这样,让传统圆环在髋部作旋转运动需要很大努力,因为其作旋转运动需要较高的旋转速度。
这种圆环的另一个缺点是重量太轻。传统圆环也可以采用壁厚的塑料管制成,但这增加了它的制造成本,并且,难于将管件弯曲成一个圆形。
现有技术中,申请人设计的一种充水圆环试图解决上述问题,但是这种在管件中注入液体的方法并不成功。水容易从圆环中渗漏出来,而且其运动效果并不理想。
09/395,359号在审申请中公开了一种运动和/或锻炼型的圆环,其内容将引述在这里作为本申请的参照技术方案。这种取得了商业成功的运动和锻炼型圆环,具有一个内部惯量转换机构。此方案通过部分地在空心圆环管件中注入水来实现。封闭在管件中的水增加了圆环的重量,形成了一个内部运动阻尼机构(特别是对于轴向加速或者减速运动产生阻尼作用),同时,由于水在管件内部流动,圆环能够产生各种新颖运动方式。
与先前的充水圆环不同,在审申请中水或者其他液体可以在圆环周线上自由流动,这样,当圆环低速转动时,液体滞留在圆环的下部,圆环可以实现平稳转动。而要想获得一定运动冲量,就不能阻止圆环中的水流沿圆环周线流动。
在审申请中的充水方式使得圆环作髋部旋转运动时,圆环保持一定的上升趋势,这使得圆环作髋部旋转运动和其他类似运动变得比较容易。而这缘于圆环中的水流降低了作髋部旋转运动时所需要的旋转速度。在环绕髋部回转或者旋转时,圆环中的水在离心力的作用下流动,可以使回转运动变得延缓一些、且不容易产生疲劳。
在审申请中的圆环水密封接头,包括一个位于接头外层主圆环管件中的接头管件,接头管件中有一个可以自由通过水流的大口径通孔。接头管件在内接头的外壁和外层圆环管件的内壁具有可以容纳密封元件的构形,如O型环状密封圈。然而,考虑加工流程方面,这种管件结构的实施方案成本高昂、效率低下。
发明内容
本发明涉及对在审申请中圆环技术方案的改进,特别是涉及到对圆环管件两端之间接头部位的改进。本发明提供一种成本低廉的改进接头,该接头采用机械紧固件和收缩管的机构,其不会阻断水流通过接头而且不会发生渗漏。

具体实施方式
图1显示出了圆环管件10的两端,其标号分别为11和12。上述两端通过分解图的方式予以显示,图示中两端分开以显示出内接头管件20,当圆环管件的两端11和12对接在一起时,内接头管件20被覆盖,其通过如图2所示的圆环管件接头形成一个完整的圆环。圆环管件10在两端延伸形成一个完整的圆形(图中未示出),通常情况下呈圆环状。
圆环管件10呈半刚性,其壁厚为1毫米左右,优选挤塑聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG),即一种饱和聚酯(即热性塑料)制成。在优选方式中,圆环管件的外表面上覆盖有一层利用光线衍射原理形成闪烁颜色的装饰性图案,例如虹彩闪光泡点17。这种装饰图案17也可以用一种塑料薄层18缠绕于圆环管件10上并粘贴到其外表面。这种具有衍射作用的薄层可以通过全息印刷方式制成。虽然也可以采用其它外表面装饰物,但是衍射作用产生的虹彩效果在圆环环绕髋部转动时特别引人注目,所以是最理想的选择方案。
在圆环内部15中部分地填充一种液体30。优选方式中,圆环内部15填充液体的体积与内部总体积之比为1/6到1/2;更优实施方式中,液体的体积与内部总体积之比为1/6到2/5;最优实施方式中,液体的体积与内部总体积之比1/4。上述体积之比小于1/6效果不佳;当上述容积之比超过1/2时则抵消了惯性转换的效果。
液体30优选水,其可以经过防止细菌或真菌生长、防止上冻和/或其他类似处理方式。在优选方式中,可以选择具有香水或类似物的水,这样圆环可以散发香味。作为替代方式,也可以将散发宜人气味的化学物质合成到薄层18或者圆环管件10中。
虽然上述优选方式中液体30为水,但是上述液体也可以选择其它自由流动的物质。其它能自由流动的物质可以通过常规实验验证其是否适合,验证要达到的目标就是这种可自由流动的物质在圆环转动时,可以从圆环与使用者身体接触的部位快速地流动到与其相对的部分,即从上述身体接触部分转过180度的部位。验证的另一个目标是,该自由流动的物质可以迅速通过下述的接头管件。
为了将圆环管件10的两端11和12结合在一起,该实施方式使用一个内接头管件20,其选用硬质刚性管为佳。如图2所示的接头中,接头管件20大致位于接头中心位置,这样,圆环管件端部11和12对接于接近接头管件20中点的位置。与在审申请中的管件相比,本发明实施方式中不需要在接头管件20和圆环管件10各个端部11和12外表面之间使用O型圆圈,这样就减少了额外部件的数目及其定位问题,或者避免了制造具有内部O型圆圈的复杂接头管件的问题。相反,本实施例中的接头管件20可以在挤塑管件上截取比如说5厘米到10厘米长的短截。安装时,简单地将接头管件穿插到圆环管件的两个端部11和12中,并且可以选用多种安装方式,如利用一至二个金属卡板13的机械安装方式,在此例中,金属卡板包绕对接部位为佳。
然而,机械式紧固方式并不是必须的,如摩擦对接、如下所述利用热缩套管,均不需要其它部件或者装置,就能将圆环管件的两端连接在一起。
本发明的一个重要特征是管件中的水30可以自由通过接头管件20,所以接头管件20中置有一个大口径通孔25。通孔25使管件中水可以沿管件的周线流动并通过接头,而不会在圆环中拥塞而破坏其动力特性。本发明的一个实施例中,圆环管件的内径是1.5厘米,接头管件20中通孔25的直径是1.1厘米,在圆环管件的通孔直径小于1.5厘米时,通孔25的横截面积一般不小于圆环管件10内圆横截面积的一半,这样才能够有足够量的水通过通孔25,在圆环管件的通孔直径小于1.5厘米时这一点就显得更加重要。当然,当圆环管件的直径增大时,对通孔横截面积的要求就不那么重要了。
根据下述本发明的一种改进形式,也可以减少接头管件20的壁厚来满足通孔直径的要求。为进一步增强液体在内接头管件中的流动性以使其可以更加自由地通过接头管件,内接头管件20的两端可以采用一种渐细的结构,而不需要采用如图1和图2所示沿径向延伸的结构。
当接头如图2所示安装完成之后,将一个加热前直径比圆环管件10的外径大的热缩管28滑移到圆环管件10端部11和12之间的对接接头之上。由热缩聚烯烃或者聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料等制成热缩管28,如图1所示,在穿插接头管件20之前套接到圆环管件10的一端。当热缩管28安装到如图2所示的位置时,对热缩管加热使其收缩以紧紧套接在对接接头外表面上。这样就能提供一种结构简单、成本低廉的水密封机构,同时,该机构将圆环管件20的端部结合在一起。
虽然在图示实施例中热缩管28的长度为5厘米,但是应当理解其长度可以变化。如果需要的话,在热缩管28经过热缩紧固在圆环管件10的对接端部11和12后,还可以在其上设置一个标签60。另外,如果有必要,也可以用一个条形包带50将热缩管28予以包裹,条形包带50可以位于标签60下面或者替代标签60的位置。
不仅可以利用优选方式一个或者几个卡板通过机械方式将圆环管件10和接头管件20紧固连接,还可以采用胶粘、焊接或其它紧固方法,这些方法可以包含一个液体密封装置。当然,如上所述,机械连接、胶粘、焊接以及类似方式都不是必须的。
圆环管件横截面可以是圆形以外的形状,例如正方形、长方形、椭圆形等,这些形状的变化都不脱离本发明的保护范围。此外,圆环和圆环管件的直径也可以发生变化。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于髋部旋转运动的圆环,其包括:
在两端之间延伸成为一个圆形的圆环管件,其端部对接于圆环管件接头位置;
置于圆环管件内部的流动物质;
位于外管内部并跨越接头的内接头管件,该接头管件包括一个流动物质可以沿周线自由流动通过接头的通孔;
用于防止流动物质从接头管件和圆环管件之间并通过圆环管件接头渗漏的密封装置,其特征在于:
所述圆环管件的端部被部分地作为密封装置的热缩管所覆盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆环,其特征在于所述流动物质是一种填充体积占圆环内部体积1/6到1/2之间的液体。
3.如权利要求1所述的圆环,其特征在于液体填充体积占圆环管件内部体积大致在1/6到2/5之间。
4.如权利要求2所述的圆环,其特征在于液体填充体积占圆环管件内部体积接近1/4。
5.如权利要求1至4任何一项所述的圆环,其特征在于圆环表面覆盖有一层装饰性薄层,所述装饰性薄层利用衍射原理印制以呈现虹彩色的外观。
