Abstract

一种利用地下卤水配制河蟹育苗用的海水,属养殖的蟹类繁殖领域。它是利用地下卤水,适量添加MgSO4、KCl、CaCO3、KBr、NaHCO3的化学原料和一定量的海洋微生物,配制成与河蟹自然繁殖条件完全一致的海水,解决了过去长江中游河蟹幼苗需要远距离运输,成本高,成活率低,以及采用淡水与盐水配制的人工海水不能满足河蟹繁殖幼苗条件的问题。该组方配制的海水繁殖河蟹幼苗成活率高,幼苗适合于各类湖泊的水质放养,且配制过程简单,成本低。

利用地下卤水配制河蟹育苗用的海水
技术领域:
一种人工配制的用于河蟹育苗的海水,特别涉及一种利用地下卤水配制河蟹育苗用的海水,属养殖的蟹类繁殖领域。
背景技术:
河蟹幼苗的繁殖,一般情况下都是种蟹在长江与大海的交汇处,通过长江的淡水与海水自然稀释和交汇,而形成种蟹的半咸水自然繁殖环境,其自然繁殖的生态条件为:1、盐度:20-30‰,盐度主要成分为Na+:6-7.8‰、Mg2+:0.7-0.91‰、Ca2+:0.2-0.32‰、K+:0.2-0.29‰、CI-:11-14.8‰、SO4 2-:1.4-1.92‰、H2CO3:0.06-0.11‰,2、PH:7.8-8.8,3、水温:16-25℃。繁殖出的幼蟹生长到一定程度后逆长江而上,在长江和沿长江的湖泊内长大成河蟹。但这种自然育种的方式一是成活率低,二是由于长江河道闸坝、围堤等水利工程设施的障碍,堵塞了河蟹回游通道,使得幼苗到达长江中上游的数量很少。为了解决这一问题,长江中游养殖河蟹,只得从长江入海口和沿海人工育苗场将幼苗人工运输到中游湖泊进行养殖。由于河蟹幼苗的生活习性所致,运输过程一般不能超过20小时,还受到自然气候的制约,因此,幼苗的存活率极低,运输过程都是采用空运加陆运的结合方式,又使幼苗的价格特别高,还要耗费大量的人力、物力。为了解决上述问题,人们试图用淡水加盐的方法来模拟海水繁殖幼蟹,但此种方法繁殖的存活率很低,成本很高,达不到所需目的。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种利用地下卤水,适量添加一定的化学原料和海洋微生物,配制成与河蟹自然繁殖条件完全一致的生态环境,繁殖的幼苗存活率高,适合于长江中游各种湖泊养殖的河蟹育苗用的海水。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的:
该利用地下卤水配制河蟹育苗用的海水由地下卤水、MgSO4、KCI、CaCO3、KBr、NaHCO3、海洋硅藻及淡水构成,其特征在于:上述原料及重量配比为:
含初始盐度283.872‰-314.384‰的地下卤水    46‰-48‰
MgSO4                       2.8‰-3.2‰
KCI                          0.38‰-0.4‰
CaCO3                       0.07‰-0.12‰
KBr                          0.04‰-0.05‰
NaHCO3                      0.08‰-0.11‰
海洋硅藻                     100‰
淡水                                      余量
海洋硅藻为液体状态,硅藻浓度为5000万个-8000万个/ml,比重为1g/ml。
按上述原料及重量配比在温度为5-30℃时,先用淡水使地下卤水的初始盐度调至20‰±0.5,然后顺序添加其它原料,并在配制时不间断的搅拌冲气,即制成河蟹育苗用的海水。
本发明的有益效果在于:解决了过去长江中游河蟹幼苗需要远距离运输,成本高,消耗大量人力、物力,成活率低,以及采用淡水与盐水配制的人工海水不能满足河蟹繁殖幼苗条件的问题,且繁殖出的河蟹幼苗成活率高,适合于各类湖泊的水质放养,配制过程简单,成本低。完全满足了河蟹繁殖时对水环境中主要生态指标的要求。
具体实施方式:
该河蟹育苗用的海水是利用地下卤水配以一定量的化工原料而制成的,先取出地下卤水,并进行初始盐度的化学成分化验,本发明地下卤水的化学成分及含量应满足如下标准:
NaCI                             280‰-310‰
Ca2+                            0.092‰-0.124‰
Mg2+                            0.54‰-0.68‰
SO4 2+                          0.56‰-0.68‰
NH4 +                           2.68‰-2.9‰
若地下卤水不能满足上述标准,应进行调整,可根据化验结果鳌合多余成份和添加不足成份。
具体配制过程如下:
配制时的温度为5℃-30℃,将地下卤水用淡水稀释至初始盐度为20‰±0.5时,再将MgSO4、KCI、CaCO3、KBr、NaHCO3分别放入塑料容器中用淡水溶化并搅拌均匀,按顺序依次放入已溶入淡水的地下卤水中,同时进行不间断的冲气搅拌,搅拌2小时,以上过程完成后,溶液的PH值应为8.0-8.6,通常会偏高,即用工业盐酸使之降低,一般情况下下降0.1个值添加量为5PPm,以致达到标准值为止。当溶液的PH值达到8.0-8.6后,添加硅藻,即成为河蟹育苗用的海水。
下面举三个具体的实施例:(以配制1000kg为例)

将上述原料按上述的配制方法配制即成河蟹育苗用的海水。

按下述成份及重量称取原料

淡水                                 950.5kg
MgSO4                               2.8kg
KCI                                  0.39kg
CaCO3                               0.084kg
KBr                                  0.046kg
NaHCO3                              0.08kg
海洋硅藻                             0.1kg
将上述原料按上述的配制方法配制即成河蟹育苗用的海水。
实施例3:
地下卤水                             47kg
淡水                                 949.42kg
MgSO4                               2.85kg
KCI                                  0.4kg
CaCO3                               0.08kg
KBr                                  0.05kg
NaHCO3                              0.1kg
海洋硅藻                             0.1kg
将上述原料按上述的配制方法配制即成河蟹育苗用的海水。
配制后获得的河蟹育苗用的海水化学成分如下:

KBr                      0.04‰-0.05‰
NaHCO3                  0.04‰-0.05‰
海洋硅藻                 100‰
淡水                     余量
