Abstract

Description

上水道配件
从EP-A-688.909知道有一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的上水道配件(Wasserarmatur)。在此涉及一种具有电控制的上水道配件。一管接头具有用于冷水和热水的接口。在该管接头中,装有一可调节的混合阀。接在混合阀后面的是一电磁阀,该电磁阀的出口与一具有出水喷口的臂接通。此外,在管接头中还装有一在场检测器(Anwesenheitsdetektor),它在手靠近时自动接通电磁阀。
本发明以这样的任务为基础,即,能够为了维护而可靠地安装和拆卸外壳。此任务将通过权利要求1的特征而解决。
下面将参考附图说明本发明的一个实施例。图中:

图3示出按照本发明的上水道配件的线路图。
该上水道配件包括一圆柱形管接头1,它例如固定在一冲洗盆2上。管接头1至少有一水接口3。该接口3通过一管路4与一电磁隔膜阀5的入口连接。阀的出口导向一排放通道6。此外,在管接头1中包括一公知的电子单元8,该电子单元8具有一接近敏感元件9,以用于在手接近时自动接通阀5,该电子单元用电池驱动。所述接近敏感元件9做成光栅,具有一发射二极管10和一接收二极管11。
在管接头1上装有一管状的弯曲外壳15并用一螺钉16固定。在外壳15中布置一出口管路17,该出口管路通过一可插入的导管18与通道6连接。螺钉16的自由端部19伸入居于二极管10、11之间的、布置在单元8上的套管20中。该套管20在二极管10、11之间的连接线上有一纵向槽21,该纵向槽比端部19的直径窄。在二极管10、11前面,外壳15有用透明的板做的窗口22。
接收二极管11不仅测量从接近的手反投的光,而且还测量从二极管10、11的邻近周围反射的光。单元8在运行中就如此调准,以使这些漫射光对阀的工作方式没有影响。
当取下螺钉16时,将在发射二极管10与接收二极管11之间建立直接的光连接,并且还猛烈地改变单元的调准。按照本发明,单元8现在如此构成,以使当进入此状态时,阀5自动断开。单元8不仅有一由接收二极管11接收的光强度的下限值,在超过该下限值时,阀5就接通,而且另外还有一上限值,超过该上限值,阀5就自动断开,而不管在传感器9的附近有没有手。两个极限值都是可以调节的。
探测也可用一专门的接收二极管进行(2个接收二极管)。
阀5在关闭信号时延迟关闭。因为螺钉16的拧开要持续一定时间,这样就可保证,在外壳15从管接头1上拉开以前,阀及时关闭。通过按照本发明的结构可以实现:在为了维护目的例如更换电池而去掉外壳15时,水不会从配件中排出。
按照本发明的结构自然也适合于具有一冷水接口和一热水接口以及一可调节的、接在开关阀5的前面或后面的混合阀的配件。

Claims (8)

1.上水道配件,包括一具有至少一个水接口(3)的管接头(1)、一固定在管接头(1)上的阀(5)、一可拆卸地与管接头(1)连接的外壳(15)以及一机械固定元件(16、19),所述阀与水接口(3)连接且该水接口在阀的接通状态与一出口通道(6)连接,所述外壳有一水的排放管路(17),该管路(17)通过一导管(18)与出口通道(6)连接,所述固定元件将臂(15)固定在管接头(1)上,其特征为,有一敏感元件(9),它记录固定元件(16、19)的存在,并在去掉固定元件时,将阀(5)接通至其关闭位置并锁定在此位置上。
2.如权利要求1的上水道配件,其特征为,固定元件(16、19)为一螺钉。
3.如权利要求1或2的上水道配件,其特征为,螺钉的自由端部(9)在安装状态中断一光栅的发射二极管(10)与接收二极管(11)之间的光连接。
4.如权利要求3的上水道配件,其特征为,光栅还另外形成一接近敏感元件,用于在手接近时打开阀(5)。
5.用于在一如权利要求1至4的任一项的上水道配件的外壳(15)中中断通向一排放管(17)的水供应的方法,其特征为,当一机械显示装置(19)从其安装位置被移动时,用该显示装置(19)自动断开阀(5)。
6.如权利要求5的方法,其特征为,固定螺钉(16)的一部分通过光栅(10、11)被检定,该光栅控制该阀(5)。
7.如权利要求6的方法,其特征为,在去掉固定螺钉(16)时,保持阀(5)关闭。
8.如权利要求6或7的方法,其特征为,光栅(10、11)另外还构造成手的接近敏感元件。
