Abstract

本发明涉及一种并列式冰箱内的空气循环系统。该空气循环系统以不对称方式把冷空气从右侧壁和左侧壁喷入冷藏室,以形成涡流,从而增强均匀冷却能力。

Description

冰箱的空气循环系统
发明领域
本发明涉及冰箱,具体涉及能够对均匀流入冷藏室的空气进行调节的冰箱的空气循环系统。
现有技术说明
冰箱用于使食物保持冷冻或冷藏。冰箱包括:箱体,用于限定容纳空间,该容纳空间被分为冷冻室和冷藏室;冷冻室门和冷藏室门;以及各种装置,例如,压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,用于构成冷却循环以形成冷空气。
在此类冰箱中,压缩机把冷的低压气态制冷剂压缩成热的高压气态制冷剂,并且冷凝器把所压缩的热的高压气态制冷剂冷却和凝结成高压液体,这种高压液体在途经毛细管时温度和压力均下降,然后在蒸发器内蒸发成冷的低压气体时从周围环境中吸热,以便冷却周围空气。通过蒸发器冷却的空气在蒸发器一侧的鼓风机的驱动下导入和循环到冷冻室和冷藏室,以便降低冷冻室和冷藏室的温度。
同时,冰箱设有空气循环系统,用于使在蒸发器周围形成的冷空气循环,蒸发器可根据冰箱类型采用各种配置。
图1示出并列式冰箱采用的空气循环系统的实例,在该并列式冰箱中,冷冻室和冷藏室采用并列式水平布置。空气循环系统还包括:鼓风机20,其安装在冷冻室10的后上部的鼓风室101中;以及通风气门22,其布置在冷藏室12的上部,以便与鼓风室101相通。
在该配置中,鼓风室101设置在冷冻室10后部的蒸发器上方,并在一侧设有出10a,用于把冷空气排放到冷冻室10(参见图2),并且通风气门22在侧部设有两个出口22a,并在下部设有一个出口(参见图3)。
如图2和图3所示,根据此类空气循环系统,在蒸发器周围形成的冷空气由鼓风机20分配到冷冻室10和通风气门22(由图2和图3的虚线箭头所示)。其中,一部分排放到冷冻室10的冷空气在冷冻室10内循环,然后通过冷冻室10下部的空气吸入口面朝蒸发器,并且另一部分被导入通风气门22的冷空气通过侧部和下部的空气出口22a被喷射到冷藏室12。
通过通风气门22被喷射到冷藏室12的冷空气通过冷藏室12下部的冷空气吸入口12a被导入冷冻室10,以重复由鼓风机20进行的途经蒸发器的循环。
根据上述现有技术,存在下列优点,即:冷冻室10内的冷空气可通过配置相对简单的通风气门22被送到冷藏室12,从而使冰箱结构简单。
然而,在上述现有技术中,由于冷空气因通风气门位置(通风气门位于冷藏室12的上方)而从冷藏室12的上部被集中喷射,因而存在下列问题,即:冷藏室12内的温度差异可能会随着上部变冷以及下部温度的相对升高而加深,从而使冷藏室12的冷却工作无法正常进行,即上搁板内所含食物被过度冷却,而下搁板内所含食物未正常冷却。
发明综述
因此,本发明是针对解决上述问题而提出的,并且本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱的空气循环系统,该空气循环系统包括:鼓风机,其设置在冷冻室后上部的鼓风室内;前空气喷射口,其设置在冷冻室与冷藏室之间的隔板的前部,并与鼓风室相通;后空气喷射口,其设置在与前喷射口成对角线方向上的冷藏室的后部;空气吸入口,其设置在冷藏室的下部并与冷冻室相通;以及冷空气幕形成装置,其能够在冰箱门打开时防止冷空气外流。
最好是,前后空气排放口都纵向设置,并且冷空气幕形成装置设有空气阀,用于对仅通过前冷空气喷射口喷射的冷空气进行调节;致动器,用于起动空气阀;以及控制开关,当冰箱门打开时,用于与冰箱门一起配合操作致动器。

优选实施例的详细说明
以下将参照图4至图6对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。其中,本发明中那些与现有技术相同的部件都将标有与现有技术相同的参考编号。
如图4所示,根据本发明的冰箱的空气循环系统包括:鼓风机20,其安装在冷冻室10后上部的鼓风室101内;前空气喷射口121,其布置在冷冻室10与冷藏室12之间的隔板13的前部,以便与鼓风室101相通;后空气喷射口122,其安装在与前空气喷射口121成对角线方向上的冷藏室12的后部;空气吸入口12a(参见图5),其布置在冷藏室12的下部,以便与冷藏室10相通;以及冷空气幕形成装置,其能够在冰箱门14打开时防止空气外流。
在这种情况下,如图3所示,多个空气喷射口121和122以一定间隔纵向设置,其中一些被布置在容纳搁板S之间。
而且,空气幕形成装置由下列部件构成:空气阀30(参见图4),其布置在鼓风室101内,用于选择性地中断空气流向后空气喷射口122,以使该空气仅通过前空气喷射口121喷射;致动器(未显示),用于起动空气阀30;以及控制开关(未显示),其与冰箱门14相连,用于在冰箱门14打开时使致动器起动。
以下将对根据上述的本发明实施例的空气循环系统的工作进行说明。
首先,当冰箱门14关闭时,从鼓风室101导出的空气同时从前空气喷射口121和后空气喷射口122喷出,以便在冷藏室12的中部形成涡流(参见图4)。
而且,考虑到以垂直纵向方式布置在搁板之间的空气喷射口121和122的配置,所喷射的空气未被倾斜分配,而是在各搁板S之间喷射,并均匀分配到冷藏室12的各区,从而防止冷藏室12的特定部分内所含食物被过度冷却这一问题(参见图5)。
喷射到冷藏室12的冷空气通过下部的空气吸入口12a被再次导入冷冻室,以便继续循环。
然后,如图6所示,当冰箱门14打开时,例如为了取出冷藏室12内所含食物,与冰箱门14相连的控制开关便操作致动器,以使空气阀30可关闭通向后空气喷射口122的通道。
当如上所述关闭通向后空气喷射口122的通道时,冷空气仅从前空气喷射口121被强烈喷出,以形成所说的冷空气幕。该冷空气幕作为强大气流把冷藏室12的内部与外部隔离开,以便有效防止下列现象发生,即:冷空气从冷藏室12流出并且外部空气被导入,从而升高冷藏室12的温度。
根据如上所述的本发明的冰箱的空气循环系统,导入冷藏室的冷空气形成涡流,以便均匀分配到冷藏室的整个部分,并且在冷藏室的前部形成冷空气幕,以便在冰箱门打开时防止冷空气外流,这样可使冷藏室有效进行冷却工作,从而提供了可更有效地使所含食物保鲜的优点。

Claims (3)

1.一种冰箱的空气循环系统,其特征在于,它包括:
鼓风机,其设置在冷冻室后上部的鼓风室内;
前空气喷射口,其设置在冷冻室与冷藏室之间的隔板的前部,并与鼓风室相通;
后空气喷射口,其设置在与前空气喷射口成对角线方向上的冷藏室的后部;
空气吸入口,其设置在冷藏室的下部并与冷冻室相通;以及
冷空气幕形成装置,其能够在冰箱门打开时防止冷空气外流。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气循环系统,其特征在于,所说的多个前后空气喷射口以一定间隔垂直设置,其中一部分布置在各容纳搁板之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气循环系统,其特征在于,所说的冷空气幕形成装置包括:
空气阀,其设置在鼓风室内,用于选择性地关闭通向后空气喷射口的通道,以使冷空气仅通过前空气喷射口喷射;
致动器,用于起动空气阀;以及
控制开关,当冰箱门打开时,其与冰箱门配合起来操作所述致动器。
