本发明涉及一种建筑结构的建造方法，特别是一种减轻和避免地震破坏的建筑方法。
地震给人类的生命财产安全带来极大的危害，目前，建筑业界通常采用增加建筑物刚度和强度的方法抗震，大大增加了建筑成本、降低建筑物的容材比，使建筑物的主体部分显得老大笨粗。
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以克服已有技术中上述缺点的减震防震建筑法，所述的这种减震防震建筑法，无需通过增加建筑物刚度和强度，就可以达到减震防震的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：本发明一种建筑方法，采用了在建筑物基础部分和桩基部分之间设置缓冲层的技术，在建筑物基础部分的底面和桩基部分的顶面之间，每一定间隔设置一个弹性体装置，所述的弹性体装置支撑建筑物的基础部分。所述的弹性体装置对地震波具有一定的吸收功能，可以起到一定的减震缓震作用，因此，可以达到减震防震的实效。
本发明因为将建筑物基础部分与桩基部分分离，利用弹性体装置作为基础部分和桩基部分之间的缓冲层，使建筑物达到减震、防震的效果，实现了本发明的目的。
以下结合附图和本发明的实施例，对本发明作进一步的说明。
图1是本发明的示意图。
如图1所示，本发明一种建筑方法，采用了在建筑物基础部分1和桩基部分2之间设置缓冲层3的技术，在建筑物基础部分1的底面和桩基部分2的顶面，每一定间隔设置一个弹性体装置4，所述的弹性体装置4支撑建筑物的基础部分1。因此，可以达到减震防震的实效。
