Abstract

发明背景
本发明提供了一种具有新颖性、创造性的显示装置,该显示装置提供了一种色彩变化的连续效果。
发明概述
本发明提出一种显示装置,该装置包括多个叠加的透光壁,透光壁限定了至少一个干预腔,腔内含有两种通过色彩识别的不相溶液体,其特征在于上述壁被安装成使其绕垂直于其平面的轴线旋转,上述或每个腔包括一装置,该装置用于在上述腔的一个区域收集流体,将流体送至上述腔的另一个区域,并随上述壁的旋转释放流体。
本发明上下文中,术语“通过色彩识别”应被理解为包括下述可能性,即至少一种流体是无色的,白色或黑色的。
上述流体最好具有不同的密度。
收集并释放流体的装置最好包括多个位于上述或每个腔周边的杯型凹槽。
在本发明的一种较佳形式中,上述壁限定了混合有不同色彩液体的多个腔。

附图的详细说明
参照图1,显示装置包括支撑在磨擦辊2和3上的圆形显示板1,上述磨擦辊中的一个由电动机驱动,使显示板沿箭头A的方向旋转。如图2所示,显示板1安装在壳体26内,壳体由底板27支撑。显示板1包括四个透明无色塑料盘形壁10-13(图3),上述壁被隔离圈14-16(图4)以约1.5mm的均匀间隙分开(最好为1-2mm),从而形成三个大体圆形的密封腔18-20。该腔填充不同色彩半透明液体,例如青色,黄色,深红色,并在靠近每个腔的顶部留有一气隙21。低粘度液体如用墨水染色的水可被使用。隔离圈14-16形成一系列内L型突出,该突出也密封到透明壁10-13上以形成杯型环向伸出槽31,其嘴32在旋转方向开口。如图3,5和6所看到的,相对的凹陷34形成于圆形壁10-13内以提高凹槽31的容量。
显示板1在下文中或者通过自然日光,或者借助至少一个发出白光的(flourescent)管被描述。在该管和显示板之间提供一散射屏以散射光,或者在灯后安装一散射器。
由于显示板的旋转,凹槽31在上述腔顶部收集空气并将空气送至上述腔的底部区域,且在该底部区域,空气被释放。空气随后形成不连续的扁平无色气泡,该气泡穿过无色液体上升并过滤透过显示板的光以将连续变化的形状和色彩呈现给浏览显示板的观察者,上述连续变化的形状和色彩是由于气泡以不同组合相重叠而形成的。
其它具有不同比重的气体或不相溶的液体也可以代替空气使用。较重的液体被杯型凹槽送至上方并释放,而较轻的液体被送至下方并释放。显示板由皮带驱动旋转,或者如果需要的话直接驱动旋转。
人们认识到此处所公开的特征可以存在于任何可行的组合中。同时上述描述强调那些被认为是新颖性的部分,要求保护此处公开的具有创造性的结合特征。
Claims (12)
1.一种显示装置,该装置包括多个叠加的透光壁,透光壁限定了至少一个干预腔,腔内含有两种通过色彩识别的不相溶流体,
其特征在于上述壁被安装成使其绕垂直于其平面的轴线旋转,上述或每个腔包括一装置,该装置用于在上述腔的一个区域收集流体,将流体送至上述腔的另一个区域,并随上述壁的旋转释放流体。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于上述流体具有不同密度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的显示装置,其特征在于流体中的一种是液体,而另一种是气体。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的显示装置,其特征在于收集流体的装置包括多个杯型凹槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于凹槽环向设置在上述或每个腔的边缘。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的显示装置,其特征在于每个凹槽大体环向伸出,在其末端有一嘴。
7.如上述任一权利要求所述的显示装置,其特征在于上述壁限定了多个腔,该腔含有不同色彩混合成的流体。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于每个腔中的一种流体基本是无色的。
9.如上述任一权利要求所述的显示装置,其特征在于上述壁被结合到密封圆形显示板内。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于显示板被可旋转支撑在至少两个旋转支撑元件上。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示装置,其特征在于上述一个支撑元件被发动机驱动旋转。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的显示装置,其特征在于支撑元件包括磨擦辊。
