一种微粒复合材料,系一种建筑与家具的装饰材料,由氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料组成。综合性能优异:一是使用方便,可以灌注于型模中,也可以涂抹,还可以热压,固化的时间短并且可随实际需要调整;二是结构牢固,无论是灌注成型的,涂抹的,还是热压成型的,具有相当的抗压和剪切强度;三是重量轻,与木材接近;四是隔音效果好;五是防火、防水、耐腐蚀、耐老化;六是加工性能好,可锯、可钉、可刨、可反复上螺钉;七是对人体健康无害。

Description

一种微粒复合材料
本发明涉及一种建筑与家具的装饰材料。
建筑与家具的装饰材料种类繁多。就所属领域而言,从有机材料到无机材料,从天然材料到人工合成材料,从单一成份的材料到复合材料。就用途而言,从丰富色彩到防腐、防火、防水,从表面涂层到塑造整体构件。就性能而言,易成型、加工性好、重量轻、抗老化、环保无害化及某些特定性能。随着人们生活需求的提高和科学技术的进步,新型的建筑与家俱的装饰材料不断研制出来,从木材、金属材料、陶瓷材料、石材到高分子材料、各种复合材料,可谓层出不穷。但是综合性能优异者不多。例如:木质三夹板类材料加工性能好,但不防火;不锈钢材料光洁耐腐蚀,但成本高;陶瓷材料耐腐蚀,但烧制加工稍大尺寸的构件很困难;玻璃钢材料质量轻,但不防火,不抗老化等等;有些材料对人体健康有害。因此,研制一种综合性能优异的环保型建筑类装饰材料,显得格外重要。
本发明旨在推出一种综合性能优异的环保型建筑与家俱的装饰材料。
本发明推出的复合材料由氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑及颜料组成,先将氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料分别粉碎加工至微米级的颗粒,再将氧化镁加热炒制,加入滑石粉、白炭黑炒拌均匀,冷却,过筛,拌入木屑与颜料,包装成袋,即可出厂使用。使用时,加入少许合成树脂拌成浆状灌注在模中或用工具搪抹,也可以加水热压成型。
本发明推出的复合材料综合性能优异。一是使用方便,可以灌注于型模中,也可以涂抹,还可以热压,固化的时间短并且可随实际需要调整;二是结构牢固,无论是灌注成型的,涂抹的,还是热压成型的,具有相当的抗压和剪切强度;三是重量轻,与木材接近;四是隔音效果好;五是防火(800℃烧10分钟无异常变化)、防水(在沸水中浸泡24小时无异常变化)、耐腐蚀、耐老化;六是加工性能好,可锯、可钉、可刨、可反复上螺钉;七是本材料属环保型,对人体健康无害。
由于其综合性能优异,因而有着广泛的用途。例如:
——制作欧式装饰系列构件。包括罗马柱、檐线、腰线、门窗线套、顶套、窗边柱、山花、墙饰板花柱、鱼鳞板等几十类数百个品种。装饰效果甚佳,气派典雅,自然质朴。
——制作移动轻型房屋构件。移动轻型房屋乃今后发展之方向,将广泛用于园林式家居别墅、营房、厂房、商业经营房、森林公园小屋以及灾后的紧急用房等。它修建快,成本低,结构牢,抗震效果好。款式多样,色彩丰富,可达美化优良效果。
——制作房屋内部装饰构件。制作地板、吊顶板、墙裙板以及各式门页。颜色新凝逼真,酷似天然大理石、花岗岩和木纹。款式多样,平板、凹凸、浮雕任意选择。装饰效果可与德国柏高相媲美,但价格却要低于它30%-50%。并且施工简便,地板安装不需砂石、水泥粘接,富有弹性。墙裙、墙面装饰不需骨架连接。
——制作家具系列。能生产各式各样家具,包括浮雕、凹凸面的处理。生产成本低廉,低于日前市场上家具30%以上。唯一缺陷,就是比纯木材家具稍重。
——制作异形产品及工艺品。生产各式管道(水管、空调冷暖管等)和电缆桥架;铸造各种动物塑像、名川山水、巨幅壁画等;生产教学写字板、广告招牌等。
下面,介绍本发明的最佳实施例子。
本发明推出的微粒复合材料由氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料组成,氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑的重量比为20∶4∶1∶4,颜料的重量视颜色的种类与所需深浅而定。其生产工艺是:
1、分别将氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料粉碎至微米级颗粒;
2、将氧化镁加热炒制到600-700℃;
3、加入滑石、白炭黑炒拌均匀;
4、将炒拌均匀的氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑冷却,过筛,加入木屑与颜料,混合均匀,即成;
5、包装成袋,即可出厂使用。
使用时,将本材料加入少量的合成树酯,搅拌均匀。合成树酯的用量为本材料的2~5%。也可以在本材料中加入2~5%的水,热压成型。
必须注意本发明中所用原料的质量。氧化镁(MgO),重质与轻质都可,MgO的含量必须达到93%以上(即≥93%)。滑石(Mg3[Si4O10][OH]2)的质量要纯,颜色为一种浅绿的白色。白炭黑(SiO2·nH2O)又称沉淀二氧化硅,二氧化硅的含量要达到86%(即≥86%)。木屑即为木材的碎屑,晒干、烘干,尽量除去水分。

Claims (1)

1、一种微粒复合材料,其特征在于由氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料组成,氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑的重量比为20∶4∶1∶4,颜料的重量视颜色的种类与所需深浅而定,其生产工艺是:
①分别将氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑、木屑、颜料粉碎至微米级颗粒;
②将氧化镁加热炒制到600-700℃;
③加入滑石、白炭黑炒拌均匀;
④将炒拌均匀的氧化镁、滑石、白炭黑冷却,过筛,加入木屑与颜料,混合均匀,即成;
⑤包装成袋,即可出厂使用。
