Abstract
本发明自拟“痔愈散”属于纯中药制剂,主要治疗外痔、混合痔、肛裂、肛瘘及肛门周围术后等病症。它包括三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药、花椒、芒硝、冰片,各组分的重量分别为:1.2～1.8克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、6～7.8克、6～7.8克、5.4～6克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3.6～4.2克、2.4～3克、1.2～1.8克。将上药加工制成散剂,它具有疗程短、见效快,无感染不过敏,治愈率高,费用低廉,使用方法简便的优点。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明属于纯中药制剂，主要治疗外痔、混合痔、肛裂、肛瘘及肛门周围术后等病症。
二、背景技术
痔疮在临床上是一种多发病，它是由于气血下陷，肠毒搏结，结聚肛门，宿滞不散，或时常便秘，影响肛门淋巴回流受阻而致。肠热燥结常可引起肛裂。主要由饮食不洁、久痢久泻、怀孕、分娩、便秘等引起。急病发作时肛周疼痛较剧，坐卧不宁，肛裂同时可伴有便血，严重影响人们的生活、工作及学习，其痛苦难以言喻。目前，临床上治疗多以手术、抗菌消炎及对症治疗为主。以1‰高锰酸钾坐浴，疗效并不理想。
三、发明内容
本发明自拟“痔愈散”是这样实现的：它包括三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药、花椒、芒硝、冰片，各组分的重量分别为：1.2～1.8克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、6～7.8克、6～7.8克、5.4～6克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3.6～4.2克、2.4～3克、1.2～1.8克。
所述的三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药和花椒粉碎后的粒度为小于80目。
应用成品中药制剂坐浴是肛肠科中一项空白，本人从事痔瘘治疗工作多年，经过临床研究，从1995年4月-2001年3月，六年间在临床上治疗痔疮、肛裂、肛瘘等术后患者426例，效果显著，无一例不良反应及副作用，总有效率达98.5％以上。其特点总结如下：
1、疗程短、见效快。外痔、肛裂患者三至五天即可痊愈，对痔疮或肛周术后疼痛、创面愈合疗效比较显著。
2、无感染不过敏。无论患者在疾病发作时或痔疮、肛瘘术后用药临床426例痔瘘患者验证无一例感染或过敏等不良反应。
3、治愈率高。经过临床426例痔瘘患者临床观察，有效率达98.5％以上。
4、费用低廉。每个疗程约需19元(为市场零售价)。
5、方法简便。当急病发作(痔疮肿痛或肛裂便血)或肛门周围术后五小时内，用开水溶开本剂即可坐浴。
本发明包括三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药、花椒、芒硝、冰片共十四位中药，其中三七、延胡索、乳香活血祛瘀，行气止痛。金银花、蒲公英清热解毒、活血散瘀，且有抑菌作用。地榆炭、白芨、没药对肛裂或痔疮、肛瘘术后久不收口起敛口消肿、生肌、促进伤口愈合之功效。花椒、冰片对肛周局部有麻醉作用，而且防腐止痒。槐花、芒硝对肛裂便血及痔疮肿痛效用十分明显。将所述的三七1.73克、地榆炭4.6克、延胡索4.6克、金银花7.65克、蒲公英7.65克、槐花5.75克、肉桂4.6克、玄参4.6克、白芨3.46克、乳香3.46克、没药3.46克、花椒4.13克粉碎，过80目筛。然后把芒硝2.88克、冰片1.43克加入，混合均匀，总量为60克。后等分成各30克包装。使用时，取30克，置入盆内，用750毫升左右的开水溶开，温度适宜后坐浴25～30分钟。每日两次，每五天为一疗程。

1、自拟“痔愈散”其特征在于：它包括三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药、花椒、芒硝、冰片，十四位中药各组分的重量分别为：1.2～1.8克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、6～7.8克、6～7.8克、5.4～6克、4.2～4.8克、4.2～4.8克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3～3.6克、3.6～4.2克、2.4～3克、1.2～1.8克。
2、根据权利要求1所述的“痔愈散”，其特征在于：所述的三七、地榆炭、延胡索、金银花、蒲公英、槐花、肉桂、玄参、白芨、乳香、没药和花椒的粒度粉碎后为小于80目，开水溶开，直接坐浴。
3、根据权利要求1所述的“痔愈散”，其特征在于：总量为60克中各组份的重量最佳值分别为：三七1.73克、地榆炭4.6克、延胡索4.6克、金银花7.65克、蒲公英7.65克、槐花5.75克、肉桂4.6克、玄参4.6克、白芨3.46克、乳香3.46克、没药3.46克、花椒4.13克。
