本发明的背景

本发明的概述
通过形成和密封常用的人字顶式纸板容器底部给出了本发明的新型设备和方法。首先通过一转动芯轴展开一适合的纸板坯,该纸板坯在容器顶部具有一用于在其中接收附件的孔,同时附件孔从转动芯轴平面朝向外部。经过芯轴的一系列工作位置,加热并折叠底部折板件以形成纸盒的底部并使其密封。在转动芯轴的平面内,通过具有一对彼此相向运动的适合定位的指形件形成所述底部,从而使相对的节点板端壁向内凹陷。当使节点板端壁凹陷时,通过转动轴线平行于转动芯轴平面的一对相对向内折叠的翼板在凹陷的端壁顶部密封平面侧壁,所述翼板使侧壁折叠在凹陷的节点板端壁上。随后,使折叠的底板移动至一最终密封位置,使折叠的底部受到加热模热量和压力的作用以最终密封底部。

本发明的详细描述
图1说明了一种常用的人字顶式纸板盒灌注机的局部示意图。灌注机10主要包括一用于展开纸盒预型件并密封纸盒底部的旋转芯轴组件12,一纸盒输送线28,及用于固定附件。灌注纸盒并密封人字顶的设备(未示出)。芯轴组件最好包括六根等距设置的芯轴14A,14B,14C,14D,14E和14F。设置一传统式纸盒装料器18,以便将纸盒坯22装载在芯轴14上。当芯轴转动通过它们的各个工作位置时,折叠并密封纸盒坯22的底部。下面将更详细地论述密封操作。在折叠并密封纸盒预型件22的底部之后,将纸盒置于一传统的输送设备28上,且以工业上已熟知的方式进行灌注和顶部密封。在图10中说明了一种适于随后底部密封工艺的纸板坯。在将纸板坯装入料斗18之前,首先通过绕折叠线110折叠坯100而使坯100形成预型件22,由此涂胶接片120能搭接侧板140并被粘结在其上。

纸盒坯22在位置A处被展开至其打开的结构且以在本行业中已知的工艺装到芯轴14上。一旦芯轴在其上接收了纸盒预型件22,则转动所述芯轴组件以使纸盒预型件22处于芯轴位置B处。
在位置B处,使一加热器20作用于纸盒坯22的底部,从而通过热量使坯的涂层材料软化并除去加热器。在软化坯22的底部区域后,转动芯轴组件以使坯22位于位置C处。
参照附图2-4,一旦芯轴停止在位置C处,便使可转动的指形件30A和30B向内转动,如图3和4所示,从而使纸盒端部节点板32A和32B开始它们的向内折叠,如图4所示。在指形件30A和30B使节点板32A和32B向内折叠后,可转动的翼板40和42开始绕其相应的轴线34和35转动,参见图5和6,从而使侧部折板44和45向内折叠。在图5和6中能最清楚地看到,翼板40略短于翼板42,且在图6和7中能最清楚地看到,翼板40略超前于翼板42转动,从而使折板44在折板45之前被折叠,以便如图7和8所示,使接片50在折板45的接片52下方折叠,从而形成图9所示的纸盒25的底部55。
在使折板44及连带的接片50在折板45及连带的接片52下方折叠后,如图8所示,使芯轴逆时针转动,参见图1,因此通过与导向件56a滑动接触并沿该导向件可滑动地使纸盒底部到达位置D处,而使纸盒25的底部55固定在其折叠结构,在位置D处,使加热模60径向向内移动,并与折叠的底部55接触,从而如在现有技术的灌注机常用的那样,通过热量和压力密封底部。
在允许经过充足的时间而使纸盒预型件底部2充分软化并密封后,再次使芯轴逆时针转动,从而沿导向件56b并与该导向件接触,使纸盒底部到达位置E处,由此将密封了底部的纸盒25以竖砖叠层方式置于输送设备上,并使其前进至在其中固定附件的机器的灌注部分,从而如在人字顶式灌注机那样,灌注纸盒,形成并密封人字顶。当使热密封的纸盒底部沿导向件56b通过时,通过导向件56b保持压力作用于密封底部,且导向件56b还会作为散热片而从密封底部排除热量,从而确保密封底部部件的永久固化。
由于以上给出的折叠技术,因此,通过以上方法和设备形成的纸盒底部结构为,在底部四个角的平面上方且在接近层叠接片50和52彼此搭接处的底板中央具有一凸起的中央部分60。具有这一特点的纸盒具有令人惊讶的残存耐震试验性,模拟装运状态,同时不会遭受由这种类型现有技术的容器在不同情况下所产生的底部泄漏。虽然还没有完全理解,但是应相信,由于凸起部分60的作用,参见图9,在装运期间,允许纸盒相对于凸起部分摆动,从而能够吸收现有技术中容器的四个角在不同情况下经受的冲击振动,消除了泄漏位置的产生。
上面已经对本发明的最佳实施例进行了描述,但本领域普通技术人员应理解,以上描述仅是为了说明,在不脱离权利要求范围和思想的情况下,可对本发明作出各种变换,调整和改进。

Claims (1)

1.一种成型纸板容器底板的方法,其包括:
a)提供一纸板预型件,其具有第一和第二对相对的壁,其中所述第一对相对壁包括节点板,而且所述第二对相对壁包括大致扁平的平面板,
b)通过一转动芯轴展开所述预型件,从而使第二对相对壁的平面平行于所述芯轴的转动平面,
c)使所述芯轴转动至第一工作位置,加热第一和第二对壁,
d)使所述芯轴转动至第二工作位置,
e)在所述芯轴的转动平面内,使所述第一对相对壁彼此相向地向内折叠,
f)使所述第二对壁彼此相向地向内折叠,从而使所述第二对相对壁叠置在所述第一对相对壁上,
g)使所述芯轴转动至第三工作位置,
h)对所述第二对相对壁加热并加压,由此所述加热能实现第一和第二对壁的粘结,从而密封所述容器的底部。
