Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及有助于形成包装件的方法和装置。
背景技术
已知有这样一种包装装置,即在其中从薄膜卷上取下塑料薄膜并输送给成形机。成形机使塑料薄膜成形为管状结构。接着将管状袋材传送到一个包装组件上,薄膜的纵向边缘在其中被密封性地连接,而产品输送到形成为一体的管状袋材。然后横向密封并切割管状袋材,从而形成分立的包装件。
美国专利4663917、6158200和4910943描述了这样的包装机。
人们需要有带角凸缘的、结构为正方形或通常为矩形的袋子。但传统的连续运转竖向成形灌装并密封的包装机并不适于生产这种包装件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服或基本上改进上述弊端。
本发明在这里公开了一种机器,其有助于在管状袋材上形成至少一个纵向凸缘,其中在管状袋材内输送进产品,从而当管状袋材被横向密封并切割时形成分立的袋产品,所述机器包括一个组件,其具有:
一个基座,其提供有一个槽,管状袋材的一折边在预定方向上沿该槽传送,该基座具有面对所述槽的孔,从而能将热气输送到所述槽中以加热所述折边;
将热气输送到所述孔的输送管;
一个压力装置,其将压力作用到折边上,从而使形成折边的袋的纵向伸展部分粘接在一起以形成所述凸缘。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地描绘了机器10,其有助于在管状袋材12上形成至少一个凸缘11。该实施例中的管状袋材12具有矩形的横截面,并从成形机输送到机器10上,这样就有了四条纵向伸展的角折边13。每条折边13都包括纵向伸展的袋部分14。袋部分14相互粘附在一起以形成纵向伸展的凸缘11。
在形成袋子时,产品被输送到管状袋材12的内部,同时袋材12被横向切割并密封以形成分立的袋产品。
机器10包括一个组件28,该组件28具有一个基座16,其一般是中空的以便提供一个腔室17,压力下的空气通过一个或多个输送管18被输送进该腔室17中。一个加热元件19固定在基座16上并向其内延伸,其是通过电线20与一供电源相连而被电加热的。加热元件19对穿过腔室17的空气进行加热。
基座16包括一个有孔的元件21,其提供了一纵向伸展的槽22,管状袋材12顺着该槽22沿箭头26的方向传送。一般来说,管状袋材12将与辊子或带子接合,其拉动管状袋材12通过相联接的包装机。
元件22具有限定了槽22的平行侧壁23,每一侧壁23都具有多个孔24,其通过输送管与腔室17相通,从而接纳来自于腔室17的热空气。因为热空气位于压力之下,所以热空气流从孔24中流出。热空气冲击折边13,这样就得以对形成折边13的袋部分14加热。
槽23的下游为一压力装置25,其将压力作用到折边13上,这样每条折边的袋部分14就粘附在一起以形成凸缘11。在该实施例中,压力装置是一对协作辊27,其间通过相关联的折边13,一般来说,辊子27是被可调节性地安装的,这样作用在相关联的折边13上的压力就可被调节成与特定的袋材和加热条件相配。
在上述优选实施例中,只描述了机器10的一个组件28。从这一方面来说,应该理解,机器10相应于各个折边13需要有一个组件28。因此,在上述优选实施例中,需要有四个组件28。不过,在成形其它结构的包装件时,将改变组件28的数目。例如,采用两个组件28来形成具有“竖立底部”的包装件或背包。

Claims (6)

1、一种机器,其有助于在管状袋材上形成至少一个纵向凸缘,其中在管状袋材内输送进产品,从而当管状袋材被横向密封并切割时形成分立的袋产品,所述机器包括一个组件,其具有:
一个基座,其提供有一个槽,管状袋材的一折边在预定方向上沿该槽传送,该基座具有面对所述槽的孔,从而能将热气输送到所述槽中以加热所述折边;
将热气输送到所述孔的输送管;
一个压力装置,其将压力作用到折边上,从而使形成折边的袋的纵向伸展部分粘接在一起以形成所述凸缘。
2、如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述基座包括一个腔室,压力下的气体被输送到该腔室中,其中所述输送管从所述孔延伸到所述腔室,从而接纳所述空气,并且,所述机器还包括一个加热元件,该加热元件安装在所述基座中并电操作以加热穿过所述腔室的气体。
3、如权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述压力装置是一对沿所述预定方向位于所述槽下游的辊子,该一对辊子被定位以结合折边的相对侧。
4、如权利要求3所述的机器,其特征在于,所述槽被限定在一对相对的、一般平行纵向伸展的侧壁之间,每个侧壁都具有多个所述孔。
5、如权利要求4所述的机器,其特征在于,适于在管状袋材上帮助形成两个或四个纵向伸展的凸缘,其中在管状袋材内输送进产品,从而当管状袋材被横向密封并切割时形成分立的袋产品,位于其中的组件是第一组件,所述机器包括用于每个凸缘的另一组件。
6、一种有助于在管状袋材上形成至少一个纵向凸缘的机器,所述机器基本上是参照附图如上所述的。
