Abstract
本发明涉及一种爪式卡盘的卡爪(10),其包括金属基体(12),基体(12)上焊接了硬金属夹紧面。为了防止卡爪在硬金属焊接过程出现变形,本发明提出在夹紧表面(18)设置硬金属颗粒(22)来代替大面积的硬金属板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种爪式卡盘的卡爪,其包括金属基体,基体上设置了硬金属夹紧面,其中所述硬金属通过硬焊接连接到所述基体。
背景技术
都知道钻床、车床、铣床配置有卡盘。卡盘带有卡爪,卡爪可以调节相互之间的距离以便将通常是圆柱形的工具(工具轴)或工件夹紧在适当的位置。高质量卡盘的卡爪具有钢基体,其夹紧表面设置了板、带或类似形状的硬金属以减少磨损。该硬金属是通过硬焊接连接到基体。当工具或工件夹紧在适当位置卡爪的夹紧面是与工具或工件相接触的表面或边。对于延长的使用期间和相应的夹紧和释放次数,硬金属部件可以减少卡爪磨损和提高与卡盘的同轴度。
然而,硬金属和钢的不同热膨胀在硬焊接以后的冷却过程造成卡爪变形,即基体弯曲。这就是在硬焊接之后为了得到高夹紧精度要进行磨削的原因。这后续磨削过程将导致额外劳动的问题。另外,后续磨削过程导致磨痕保留在卡爪上,通过所述磨痕能够令人认识到卡爪经受了后续磨削加工。从美观的角度看来这是不希望的。卡爪受到后续磨削的前端面同时显示出不同的尺寸,这在进行卡盘装配时会突显出来,卡爪将朝另一个卡爪的方向移动。即便完成磨削的卡爪在技术上没有问题,也会造成卡爪是还要进行后续加工以便可以使用的不合格品的印象。并且显示后续磨削完的卡爪的质量不好。
发明内容
本发明要实现的目的是提出一种带有夹紧面的卡爪,该夹紧面上设置的硬金属不需要进行后续的基体磨削。
根据本发明,所述目的实现是通过一种爪式卡盘的卡爪,其包括金属基体,基体上设置了硬金属夹紧面,其中所述硬金属是通过硬焊接连接到所述基体;其特征在于,所述夹紧面包含硬金属颗粒。根据本发明的卡爪的夹紧面设置了硬金属颗粒来代替连续的硬金属件。硬金属颗粒通过硬焊接连接到卡爪的基板。硬金属颗粒可以由硬金属的晶粒或粒状体构成。由于卡爪在硬焊接之后的冷却过程中不同的热膨胀即基体变形没有发生,硬金属颗粒对卡爪的基体不施加拉力或压力。根据本发明的卡爪的尺寸精度增加使后续的保证足够尺寸精度的基体磨削不再是必需的。
根据本发明的卡爪基体还可以使用其它不同的金属来替换钢基体。
为了实现夹紧在适当位置的工具和工件有稳固的安装,本发明卡爪的夹紧面上的硬金属在本发明的优选实施例中是有棱角的。带棱角的颗粒以边或棱角压在夹紧的工具或工件上并持续地将处于稳定状态的工具或工件固定住。
为了得到足够高的夹紧精度,在本发明的实施例中可以在硬焊接过程之后磨削形成夹紧表面的颗粒使之具有适当的形状。在某些情况下,如果硬金属颗粒在硬焊接之前以足够的精度设置在基体的夹紧表面在硬焊接期间位置又没有改变,夹紧表面的成形加工是不必要的。

具体实施方式
附图中的根据本发明的卡爪10包括钢基体12,钢基体12基本上是圆柱形。在卡爪10的部分长度的侧面设置了齿条状的齿14以便移动卡爪10,例如,当在钻床卡盘(爪式卡盘)进行钻头夹紧时。齿14在图中以点划线表示。在齿14所在面的相对侧面上,卡爪10的端部是斜面16。卡爪的夹紧面18的形成是通过在卡爪10基体12的斜面16上设置一个纵向凹槽20,硬金属颗粒22嵌入所述纵向凹槽,并通过硬焊接连接到基体上。硬金属颗粒22包括形成夹紧面18的带棱角的硬金属颗粒。如果在硬焊接之后硬金属颗粒22的设置不是那么精确,硬金属颗粒22可以通过硬焊接之后的磨削对形状进行加工。
Claims (4)
1.一种爪式卡盘的卡爪,其包括金属基体,所述基体上设置了硬金属夹紧面,其中所述硬金属是通过硬焊接连接到所述基体;其特征在于,所述夹紧面(18)包含硬金属颗粒(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡爪,其特征在于,所述硬金属颗粒(22)是有棱角的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卡爪,其特征在于,所述夹紧面(18)被加工成适当形状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卡爪,其特征在于,所述夹紧面(18)是磨削过的。
