Abstract

                      技术领域
本发明涉及用于控制流体流量的装置的总的领域,且具体地说其涉及一种自清洁计量装置。
                      背景技术
在用于校准的阀中公知的是操作导引路径(operational guidancelength)产生摩擦,其然后又产生滞后现象。由于在任何流体中存在的污染物在接触导引表面(contacting guiding surface)上导致产生“发粘(gum)”,该摩擦总是很大。
在燃油喷射系统计量装置的具体情况下,在涡轮喷气发动机或涡轮螺旋桨发动机(更一般地称为涡轮机)中,该滞后导致注入流量的不均匀,这会损坏涡轮机的正常工作,尤其是在其起动时。
传统上该问题的解决方案包括减少摩擦表面积。然而,这个方案具有增大剩余工作表面的接触磨损的主要缺点,并因此限制计量装置的寿命。另一方案包括减小接触表面的摩擦系数,此处同样,该方案被证实当发粘累积或/及污染物变得过大时不足以解决问题。
                       发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供一种流体计量装置而减轻这些缺点,该装置有可能明显减少或甚至消除由于流体穿过该装置的运动而导致的污染物累积。
这些目的是通过用于计量从供应源到使用该流体的装置的流体的流体计量装置,其包括能够在套筒中滑过一段行程C的计量阀,所述阀包括用于接收来自所述供应源的流体的引入孔和用于向所述使用该流体的装置排出该流体的孔,其中,所述流体计量装置包括在计量阀在其套筒内移动过程中导引流体的装置,该装置用于使流体冲刷过所述阀和所述套筒的所有接触表面。
通过这种具体结构,流体被迫使冲刷所有接触表面。从而确保了该装置的自清洁,因而通过将污染物与被计量的流体一起排出而防止了污染物累积,以及发粘的产生。
优选地是,导引流体的装置包括宽度为L节距为P的螺旋槽。
根据所构想的实施例,导引流体的装置可以设置在所述计量阀或所述套筒上。
优选地是,计量阀的行程C大于或等于距离P-L。

                       具体实施方式
图1以透视图说明了根据本发明的计量装置,其用于将从供应源(未示出)提供的加压流体供给使用该流体的装置(未示出)。这种计量装置的示例性应用结合将燃料喷入涡轮机的燃烧室的系统给出。
在承受特定供给压力的流体的作用下,计量阀10可以在圆柱形套筒12内在初始封闭位置和末端开启位置之间滑动,在初始封闭位置该阀阻塞流体并与和流体引入孔16(见图2)相齐地设置的密封件14接触,而在末端开启位置流体可以穿过计量装置并通过排出口18流向使用该流体的装置,其中排出口18为在计量阀中形成的槽的形式,并且其流通横截面尺寸定为确保满足这些装置的理想的计量剂量。
根据本发明,计量阀包括当计量阀在其套筒内移动过程中,用于导引流体的装置20,以用于在其整个行程C上使流体冲刷过阀和套筒的所有接触表面。这些导引装置优选地由宽度为L的螺旋槽构成,其节距P以如下方式确定,即,在每个阀开启/闭合周期内,流体冲刷过所有接触表面,并从而除去可能积累在那的污染物。
从而,在所示示例中,如果考虑到阀的行程C和宽度L等于P/2的槽的节距P,在C大于或等于P/2时将满足这个条件。更一般地是(对于槽的节距对其宽度的比不等于1/2的情况),如果阀的行程C大于或等于距离P-L(节距P和宽度L之间的差),将满足该条件。
当然,槽的深度大小将被计算为适应理想的流体流量,并避免在使用该流体的装置中的过大的压头(head)损失。
应指出的是,在所示的示例中虽然槽形成在阀10中,很明显的是完全也可构想到其形成在套筒12中。在这两个替换结构的一种或另一种中,槽也通过确保接触表面的摩擦而实现去除累积在接触表面上的污染物。此外,由在这些由螺旋槽20构成的导引装置上的流体导致的冲刷可以使污染物排到使用该流体的装置中并从而实现计量阀的自清洁。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于计量从供应源到使用该流体的装置的流体的流体计量装置,其包括能够在套筒(12)内滑过一段行程C的计量阀(10),所述阀包括用于接收来自所述供应源的流体的引入孔(16)和用于向所述使用该流体的装置排出该流体的孔(18),其特征在于,所述流体计量装置包括用于在计量阀在其套筒内移动过程中导引流体的装置(20),该装置用于使流体冲刷过所述阀和所述套筒的所有接触表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的流体计量装置,其特征在于,所述导引流体的装置包括宽度为L并节距为P的螺旋槽。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的流体计量装置,其特征在于,所述导引流体的装置设置在所述计量阀上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的流体计量装置,其特征在于,所述导引流体的装置设置在所述套筒上。
5.如权利要求2所述的流体计量装置,其特征在于,计量阀的行程C大于或等于距离P-L。
6.一种用于涡轮机燃烧室的燃料喷射器,其包括根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的燃料计量装置。
