Abstract

柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器,是在内外2枚加热用金属网26、27间由重合的陶瓷纤维构成的多枚薄的毡片22~24中,至少1枚的毡片宽度要比上述加热用金属网26、27的宽度w小,其它毡片宽度与上述加热用金属网26、27的宽度w相同,将上述加热用金属网26、27和上述毡片22~24的重合体28沿纵向弯曲制成断面为花瓣状的筒体21,将金属制框体31结合在该筒体21的两端部外周侧。

Description

柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及使用陶瓷纤维的柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器。
背景技术
以往的柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器是使用2枚金属网夹住由陶瓷纤维构成的2枚毡片,并将其制成波纹状后安装在金属制的框体上。
在制作排气粒子的捕集效率高的毡片时,就需要将毡片加厚,但是毡片厚的过滤器安装在金属框体上是困难的,此时就需要变更金属框体及在金属框体上的安装部件的形状。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述的课题,提供了即使将陶瓷构成的毡片加厚,也可以容易地向金属框体上安装的柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的构成,其特征是在2枚加热用金属网间由重合的陶瓷纤维构成的多枚毡片中,至少1枚的毡片宽度要比上述加热用金属网的宽度小,其它毡片宽度与上述加热用金属网的宽度相同,将上述加热用金属网和上述毡片的重合体沿纵向弯曲制成断面为花瓣状的筒体,将金属制框体结合在该筒体的两端部外周侧。
如本发明所述,在2枚金属网间重合的由陶瓷纤维构成的多枚毡片中,至少1枚的毡片宽度要比上述加热用金属网的宽度小,其它毡片宽度与上述加热用金属网的宽度相同,将上述加热用金属网和上述毡片的重合体沿纵向弯曲制成断面为花瓣状的筒体,用金属制框体结合在该筒体的两端部,不用改变金属制框体的结构和向金属制框体的安装部件的形状,就可以得到排气微粒捕集效率高的过滤器。
通过将一部分的毡片宽度制成狭窄,减少了陶瓷纤维的使用量,降低了产品的成本。

具体实施方式
本发明的排气微粒清除过滤器(以下简称为过滤器)是将内外2枚的加热用金属网和陶瓷纤维构成的多枚毡片的重合体制成波纹状或断面为花瓣状的筒体。在制作捕集效率高的毡片时,不使用1枚的厚毡片,而使用网孔不同的多枚的薄毡片,并将它们重合,而且,只有1枚或两枚的毡片制成与加热金属网相同的宽度,其它的毡片制成窄宽度以便使其不与加热用金属网接触。由加热用金属网和毡片构成的重合体的筒体过滤器,两端部的厚度要比中央部薄,所以即使变更金属框体及向金属框体的安装部件的形状,也能容易地向金属制的框体上安装。
如图1所示,排气净化装置10是将内衬绝热材料6的圆筒形的壳体5的内部,配设过滤器20,壳体5的始端连接着圆锥筒3和入口管2,壳体5的终端连接着圆锥筒12和出口管13,入口管2和出口管13被连接在排气管的中间。过滤器20的始端的内周侧与花瓣形的端壁板4结合,使得过滤器20内部被封闭。端壁板4被多个臂14支持着,上述的多个臂是从壳体5的内周壁朝径向延伸着。另一方面,过滤器20终端的内周侧上结合着具有中心开口9a的花瓣形的端壁板9,端壁板9通过环状的板19支持在壳体5的终端。
从入口管2导入的排气,从过滤器20外周侧空间部7经过过滤器20流向内部空间部8时,将排气微粒除去,净化了的排气经过开口9a、出口管13排出到外部。在过滤器20的加热金属网上适时地通过继电开关46连通电池47进行通电,加热燃烧由于过滤器20所除去的排气微粒。过滤器20再生时,通过发动机的转速传感器41、发动机的负载传感器42、过滤器20的入口部,例如圆锥筒3的内部上配置的排气压力传感器43、配置在过滤器20上的温度传感器44的信号的电子控制装置45的输出,使得继电开关46关闭。加热用金属网是重叠在毡片的内外两面。
如图2所示,过滤器20是将细长的带状的加热用金属网和由陶瓷纤维构成的毡片的重合体28,弯曲成断面为花瓣状的筒体21构成的。筒体21具有向外圆周侧突出的突条21a和向内圆周侧突出的沟21b并在圆周方向交换地配置着。如图3所示,突条21a的两端部的外面上重合结合着弯曲成U型的金属制框体31,以便保持规定的形状。图4是表示突条21a的轴方向中央部的断面的扩大图,毡片20是由多枚(图中实施例是3枚)的细长毡片22、23、24重叠后,外面和内面用金属网26、27重叠包住,将重合体28成形为断面是花瓣形的筒体21。
如图5和图6所示,按照本发明,为了将重合体28两端的厚度作薄,如后述的那样,将毡片22~24中的至少一枚的宽度(筒体21的轴方向的尺寸)制成狭窄状,在两端部,两枚的毡片22、24夹在加热用金属网26、27间,将重合体28成形为断面为花瓣状的筒体21后,将两端部结合在花瓣形的端壁板4、9上,在突条21a的两端部的外面重合金属制框体31,进而,通过结合在各金属制框体31的一对突片31a间的环状带33,将突条21a压向断壁板4、9上。
如图7所示,当过滤器20由3枚的毡片22~24构成时,将中间的毡片23的宽度制成比加热用金属网26、27的宽度w小,毡片22、24的宽度与加热用金属网26、27的宽度w相等。这样一来,在将由加热用金属网26、27和毡片22、24构成的重合体28成形为断面为花瓣形的筒体21时,在筒体21的两端部,毡片22、24只是重合在金属网26、27间,所以筒体21的两端部的厚度要比筒体21的中央部的厚度薄。因此,即使不改变金属制框体31的形状,也可以构成重合了多枚毡片的过滤器20。在陶瓷纤维毡片22~24中,外侧(图示的上侧)的毡片22的孔最粗,向着中间的毡片23、内侧的毡片24的顺序其孔变细。
图8所示的实施例中,被夹在加热用金属网26、27间的毡片22、24制成比加热用金属网26、27的宽度w小,将中间的毡片23的宽度制成与金属网26、27的宽度w相等,从重合体28成形为断面花瓣状的筒体21时,两端部的厚度要比筒体21的中央部薄。
如图9所示,即使将毡片22~24内的毡片22、23的宽度制成比加热用金属网26、27的宽度小,从重合体28成形为断面花瓣状的筒体21时,两端部的厚度如图7所示变得更薄。
在上述的实施例中,是在2枚的加热用金属网26、27间,重合了3枚的毡片22~24,还可以将更薄的毡片重合4枚或5枚,此时,将任意的2枚或3枚的毡片宽度制成比加热用金属网26、27的宽度小时,在从重合体28成形为断面花瓣状的筒体21时,两端部的厚度要比中央部薄,使用共用的金属制框体31和带33,可以保持筒体21的断面形状,圆滑地收纳到筒体状的壳体5的内部。

Claims (3)

1.柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器,其特征是在2枚加热用金属网间由重合的陶瓷纤维构成的多枚毡片中,至少1枚的毡片宽度要比上述加热用金属网的宽度小,其它毡片宽度与上述加热用金属网的宽度相同,将上述加热用金属网和上述毡片的重合体沿纵向弯曲制成断面为花瓣状的筒体,将金属制框体结合在该筒体的两端部外周侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器,其中上述的多个毡片,在上述筒体的外侧的孔是粗孔,在上述筒体的内侧的孔是细孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机的排气微粒清除过滤器,其中上述金属制框体,是将金属板弯曲成U型,而且重合在向上述筒体外周侧突出的突条的两端部上。
