技术领域
本发明涉及鞋增强件、适用于制造所述鞋增强件的片材、制造这样的材料的方法以及将鞋增强件加入鞋面中的方法。
背景技术
本文所用的术语“鞋”应该被理解为通常无论是待穿或是在制造过程中它都表示外鞋。
将鞋增强件加入鞋中以使鞋保持理想形状是众所周知的。例如,鞋增强件通常被加入一般被称为“鞋包头”的鞋面脚趾区中以及鞋面的跟端区中,它们一般被称为跟端增强件或鞋帮后跟的坚硬部(counter)。
人们提出了许多材料来制造这样的鞋增强件,它们通常包括可以比较柔韧的聚合材料,从而鞋增强件容易成型为理想形状,但是它随后变得比较坚硬以使鞋面保持形状。按照不同的方式提供这样的聚合材料,其中包括将适当的聚合材料浸溃到织物(纺织或无纺的)中,浸渍后的织物通过加热而可以变柔软并通过涂覆适当的粘性层而被粘接到鞋面上(本申请人公司以注册商标“Tufflex”和“Formo”提供这样的增强件)。还有人提出了通过用适当涂覆工具把聚合材料涂到鞋面上而直接把聚合材料加到鞋面上。也有人提出了提供由一片热塑聚合材料构成的鞋增强件,所述热塑聚合材料可以通过加热到适当温度而表现出柔韧性和粘性,这样的鞋增强件记载在欧洲专利No.0183912中。
为了制造某种类型的鞋子,提供这样的鞋增强件将是理想的,即它可以先被加热到一个足以让增强件变柔韧和有粘性的温度,但它仍然可以让人舒服地用手操作而不会粘手或烧伤工作人员的手指,但是目前还没有令人满意地提供这样的增强件。
本发明的各种目的中的一个就是要提供一种适用于制造鞋增强件的改进材料。
本发明的另一个目的就是要提供一种改进的鞋增强件。
本发明的又一个目的是要提供一种将鞋增强件加入鞋面中的改进方法。
发明概述
在一个方案中,本发明可提供一种适用于制造鞋增强件的材料,所述鞋增强件由在两层片材之间的一层增强成分构成并且所述增强成分包含这样一种聚合材料,该聚合材料在室温下是坚硬的并在升高温度时变柔韧、有粘性并可在压力下流动,其中至少一层所述片材具有孔眼,所述孔眼的尺寸是这样的,即当增强成分被加热到所述升高温度时,可以轻松地处理增强件并将其安放在鞋面内,随后使其承受压力以使足够多的聚合材料经过片材的孔眼并粘附到相邻鞋面材料上,从而将增强件粘接在鞋子中。

在本发明的一种优选材料中,升高温度为60℃-80℃并最好约为75℃-80℃。
在本发明材料中的100℃下的聚合材料熔融粘性优选为900Pas-2500Pas并最好约为1500Pas。增强成分的粘性最好不超过10000Pas。粘性是方便地通过毛细管流变仪而在低切变下并在如Rosand毛细管流变仪这样的仪器上测得的。
在本发明的一种优选材料中,在所述片材层中的孔眼的尺寸为0.3mm2-1.5mm2(孔眼面积约为0.09平方毫米-2.25平方毫米)。
在一个实施例中,该尺寸约为0.5mm2(面积约为0.25平方毫米),在另一个实施例中,孔眼尺寸约为0.4mm×0.95mm(面积约0.38平方毫米)。孔眼尺寸可以通过任何方便的方式进行测量。例如,对于纺纱中的矩形孔眼来说,可以在显微镜下测定一些孔眼的长、宽并取平均值计算出平均孔眼面积。可以通过形成无纺布的放大图象并利用测面仪来测量面积并考虑放大倍数地进行修正来测定不规则的孔眼如在开孔无纺布中的孔眼。

尽管本发明材料的增强成分层可以只由聚合材料构成,但增强成分最好含有聚合材料与颗粒填料的混合物。使用适当的填料可以提高较冷时增强成分的刚性。在本发明材料中的增强成分适当地含有85%-30%重量百分比的聚合材料以及15%-70%的颗粒填料。但是,填料含量最好不超过50%。如果需要的话,聚合材料可以含有不同聚合材料的混合物,填料可以含有颗粒填料的混合物。
当在本发明材料的增强成分中使用了颗粒填料时,填料的颗粒尺寸应该在适当范围内并最好为50微米-500微米,优选地为100微米-400微米。
聚合材料通常混有填料,常用于与聚合材料混合的许多填料可以适用于本发明材料的增强成分中。云母和滑石就是最适当的材料之一。
其间带有增强成分的片材层可以由任何适当的片材构成。适当的材料就包括纺织布或编织布以及带孔的无纺布。
选用于制造本发明材料的片材取决于聚合材料的粘性和片材孔眼的尺寸。可以认识到,如果孔眼太小,则聚合材料将不可能流过孔眼而粘附到相邻鞋面部上,而如果孔眼过大,则这可能导致难于处理灼热的鞋增强材料。常被称为“稀洋纱”的织物可能是适用的。一些熔融粘接织物也可能是适用的,例如以商标“Reemay”供应市场的织物。经编型织物也可能是特别有用的。可能被用在适当的织物中的织物纤维包括棉、棉/聚酯混合物、聚酯和尼龙纤维。

以下是要参见附图来阅读的对本发明的鞋增强件和片材、制造鞋增强件的方法和按照本发明将其加入鞋中的方法的具体说明。可以认识到,选择了这些材料、增强件和方法来进行说明是为了举例说明本发明。

实施本发明的方式
在图1中,一个实现本发明的示范性鞋增强件10如图所示地位于两个鞋面部之间,即鞋面的外鞋皮12和衬材14之间。示范性鞋增强件10是一个鞋帮后跟坚硬部,鞋帮后跟坚硬部10在通过用已知方式把衬材14的四周缝合到鞋面外鞋皮12上而形成的坚硬部凹座内。
外鞋皮12可以是任何适当材料如皮革。衬材14可以是适用的已知衬材如无纺浸溃织物纤维型材料,本申请人公司以商标“Aquiline”提供这样的材料。
在材料方面,通过已知方式从一片本发明的材料上切下示范的鞋增强件。
示范的鞋增强件包括第一层片材16和第二层片材18。在层16、18之间是一个增强成分层22,它含有这样一种聚合材料,该聚合材料在室温下坚硬并在温度升高时柔韧、有粘性并可在压力下流动。所述聚合材料是聚己酸内酯,它在约80℃时变柔韧和有粘性并在压力下可流动。增强成分还包括大小为0.05毫米-0.25毫米的云母颗粒填料,其重量百分比约为25%,聚己酸内酯的重量百分比约为75%。
在第一示范的增强件中,层16、18都是具有孔眼20的棉纺纤维纺纱,其各孔眼20的面积约为0.5mm2并且通常成矩形。
与第一示范增强件相似的第二示范增强件采用了这样的片材层16、18,即它是其孔眼20约为0.4毫米×0.95毫米的纺织聚酯纱(面积约为0.38平方毫米)。
示范材料是通过在这两层片材16、18间热熔挤压增强成分层22并且通过使其经过一堆砑光辊的一对受冷砑光辊之间的缝隙而快速冷却层压材料而制成的,其中层压材料经过这堆辊。辊施加的压力比较小,但足以使外层16、18粘附在增强成分22上,不过,不足以让增强成分22的材料经层16、18的孔眼20被排出。
如此制成的层状增强材料被卷绕到一个卷轴上。当希望制成示范的鞋增强件时,从卷轴上放出层状材料并且利用切刀且按照本领域普通技术人员众所周知的方式从层状材料上切下增强件。
当希望把其中一个示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部加入鞋的跟端区时,先通过将衬材14缝合到鞋面的外鞋皮12上而在鞋面上形成坚硬部凹座,从而示范的鞋帮后跟的坚硬部可以在使其活化起来时落入所述凹座内。
在实现示范方法的过程中,鞋帮后跟的坚硬部10先被加热到一个足以让增强成分22变柔韧、发粘并可以在压力下流动的升高温度。适当的温度约为80℃-85℃。增强成分22只有在受到足够高的压力时才穿过孔眼20,织物层16、18提供了一隔层,从而工作人员可以在鞋帮后跟的坚硬部10灼热时舒适地处理它。织物的较低导热性也有助于此。
在这种灼热且柔韧的状况下,鞋帮后跟的坚硬部10被加入外鞋皮12和衬材14之间的坚硬部凹座内。包括坚硬部在内的鞋面随后接受一个持久操作,它环绕鞋楦形成鞋面并且使鞋面保持其形状,直到增强成分已被冷却到其有活性的温度下并凝固成刚性状态。
在所述持久操作中,对鞋面施加了相当的压力并且所加压力足以使增强成分22中的足够多的聚合材料经层16、18的孔眼20被排出。排出的材料24稳稳地被迫在仍然有些粘性的状况下接触相邻的其中一层16、18并且可能从孔眼20中侧向伸展到层16、18与相邻一个鞋面部12、14之间。当增强成分冷却时,经孔眼20被排出的材料24将坚硬部10牢固地粘到鞋面部12、14上,从而使鞋面具有比较坚硬的且保持形状的后部。
本领域普通技术人员将认识到,磨削鞋帮后跟坚硬部的边缘以形成锥形边(或磨边)是惯用做法,所述锥形边允许坚硬部与鞋面部混合而不会在鞋面中有不舒服的且难看的突棱。
可以轻松模塑成的并且本身有粘性的示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部具有比较高的模量,因而,坚硬部材料比较薄(在特定硬度下),因此在某些情况下,它可以允许使用示范的坚硬部而不用磨削。增强成分22在持续压力下相对可以流动的特性有助于此,所述增强成分会离开边缘(压力可能在此最高)并流向需要最大硬度的坚硬部中心区域。
示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部10的层16、18也产生了坚硬部抗拉力的加强作用,而在没有层16、18时,对拉力的抵抗可能不够。
尽管在实施将示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部10加入鞋中的示范方法时,鞋帮后跟坚硬部10先被加热和激活,从而增强成分22在被加入坚硬部凹座前处于柔韧、有粘性且可流动的状况下,但在实施将坚硬部加入本发明鞋子中的另一个方法的过程中,示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部10可以在冷的状态下被加入坚硬部凹座内并且加热整个鞋子,直到增强成分22达到激活温度,鞋子随后进行持久操作。
尽管示范的鞋帮后跟坚硬部10在两侧都具有带孔眼20的层16、18,但在制造本发明的鞋帮后跟坚硬部时,只有其中一层16或18开设有孔眼,另一层基本上是连续的。这个连续层可以是本领域普通技术人员知道的类型的鞋衬材料,例如上述的“Aquiline”。在那种情况下,增强件可能无法在灼热时进行处理并且会需要通过其它方式暂时将其附装在鞋面上,例如靠近鞋面外鞋皮缝合具有孔眼20的层或给其涂粘接剂,这是在增强成分激活之前或之后进行的,并随后如上所述地进行持久操作。
尽管优选的鞋增强材料是通过将增强成分挤压到两层16、18之间而形成的,但人们将认识到,增强成分可以通过其它方式被加入,例如可以将一个预挤压片材设置在两个织物层之间并且通过施加轻微的热和压力(足以使织物层粘附到增强成分上,但不足以使增强成分穿过织物的孔眼)而层叠在一起。其它方式也可能是适用的。

Claims (21)

1.一种适用于制造鞋增强件的材料,所述鞋增强件包括两层片材之间的一层增强成分,并且所述增强成分包含这样一种聚合材料,该聚合材料在室温下是坚硬的并在升高温度时变柔韧、有粘性并可在压力下流动,至少其中一个所述片材层具有孔眼,所述孔眼的尺寸是这样的,即当增强成分被加热到所述升高温度时,可以轻易地处理增强件并将其安放在鞋面内,随后使其承受压力以使足够多的聚合材料经过片材的孔眼并粘附到相邻鞋面材料上,从而将增强件粘接在鞋子中。
2.如权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于,所述升高温度为50℃-90℃,孔眼尺寸为0.15mm2-5mm2,在100℃测量的聚合材料熔融粘性为100PAS-10000PAS。
3.一种适用于制造鞋增强件的材料,所述鞋增强件包括两层片材之间的增强成分,所述增强成分包含这样一种聚合材料,该聚合材料在低于50℃的室温下是坚硬的并在50℃-90℃的升高温度下变柔韧且有粘性,在100℃测量的聚合材料熔融粘性为100Pas-10000Pas,其中至少一个片材层具有尺寸为0.15mm2-5mm2的孔眼。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的材料,其特征在于,升高温度为60℃-80℃。
5.如权利要求2-4之一所述的材料,其特征在于,在100℃时聚合材料熔融粘性为900Pas-2500Pas。
6.如权利要求2-5之一所述的材料,其特征在于,孔眼尺寸为0.3mm2-1.5mm2
7.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,鞋增强材料的厚度为0.4毫米到不超过2.00毫米。
8.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,增强成分含有85%-30%重量百分比的所述聚合材料以及15%-70%重量百分比的颗粒填料。
9.如权利要求8所述的材料,其特征在于,颗粒填料的尺寸为50微米-500微米。
10.如权利要求9所述的材料,其特征在于,颗粒填料的尺寸为100微米-400微米。
11.如权利要求8-10之一所述的鞋材,其特征在于,填料是云母。
12.如权利要求8-10之一所述的材料,其特征在于,填料是滑石。
13.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,聚合材料包括聚己酸内酯。
14.如权利要求1-12之一所述的材料,其特征在于,所述聚合材料包括聚(四亚甲基-己二酸)。
15.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,至少一层片材是纺织织物。
16.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,至少其中一层片材是编织物。
17.如前述权利要求之一所述的材料,其特征在于,至少其中一层片材是带孔的无纺织物。
18.一种包括如前述权利要求之一所述的材料的鞋增强件。
19.一种制造如权利要求1-17之一所述的材料的方法,它包括:
(a)获得两层片材,至少其中一层具有孔眼;
(b)在这两层片材之间加入一层增强成分;
(c)处理这些层,使所述层相互粘接且增强成分不会经孔眼漏出。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述增强成分层在步骤(b)中通过挤压而被加入,这些层在步骤(c)中通过压制和冷却而进行处理。
21.一种将如权利要求18所述的鞋增强件与鞋面部结合起来的方法,它包括:安放增强件并使其中有孔眼的其中一层片材面对面地接触鞋面部,在所述安放定位之前或之后,将增强件加热到这样一个程度,即聚合材料变柔韧并且可以在压力下流动,在聚合材料仍然可流动时,在足以使足够多的聚合材料经所述孔眼从增强成分层排出的压力下将增强件压在鞋面部上,使鞋面部和接触的增强件成型为理想形状并且冷却聚合材料或允许其冷下来,由此一来,增强件通过被排出的聚合材料而被粘接到鞋面部上并且产生了加强鞋面部的作用。
