Abstract

本发明涉及一种井上蛀果斑螟引诱剂。本发明的技术方案是将苯甲醇1~20%、异丁醇1~5%、糖5~10%、酒精10~30%、醋10~30%、水30~60%混合后使用。该引诱剂对井上蛀果斑螟成虫有显著的引诱效果。本发明使用成本低、操作方便,不会导致害虫产生抗药性,不伤害天敌,对人畜安全,不污染环境,可用于井上蛀果斑螟的防治及其田间发生的预测预报。

井上蛀果斑螟引诱剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种井上蛀果斑螟(Assara inouei Yamanada)引诱剂,属害虫防治领域。
背景技术
井上蛀果斑螟是一种仅在我国云南、湖北有分布记录害虫。该虫在云南主要为害石榴。自上个世纪九十年代至今,该虫一直是云南石榴园内的主要害虫之一。
井上蛀果斑螟在滇南地区一年发生6~7代。该虫在石榴园内为害时,常将卵产在石榴果实上,以幼虫钻蛀果实为害。幼虫在果实内蛀食,常造成果实提早脱落、腐烂。该虫发生严重时,石榴果实受害率达60~80%。
在井上蛀果斑螟防治方面,多年来一直以化学药剂防治为主。由于长时间采用化学药剂防治,致使井上蛀果斑螟产生了严重的抗药性,天敌受到严重伤害,以致于2000年以后连年爆发。在井上蛀果斑螟发生高峰期,平均每株果树上有数十头幼虫。为了防治该虫的为害,果农只能采取人工捕捉的办法控制其数量。
诱杀成虫是控制井上蛀果斑螟发生与为害的重要技术措施。采用诱杀成虫的方法不会导致害虫产生抗药性,而且还可保护天敌,保护环境。但是,迄今为止,尚无任何对井是蛀果斑螟有效的引诱剂。
发明内容
本发明填补了井上蛀果斑螟诱杀方法的空白,提供一种井上蛀果斑螟引诱剂。
井上蛀果斑螟引诱剂是将苯甲醇、异丁醇、糖、酒精、醋、水按一定比例配成。其组份配比(重量百分比)为:
苯甲醇    1~20%
异丁醇    1~5%
糖        5~10%
酒精      10~30%
醋        10~30%
水        30~60%
本发明所述糖为食用红糖,所述酒精为食用酒精,所述醋为食用醋,所述水为天然水或自来水。
本发明的有益结果是,该引诱剂对井上蛀果斑螟成虫有极显著的引诱效果,可用于井上蛀果斑螟的防治。由于本发明中涉及的各种化合物均属于天然产物,因此,该引诱剂的使用不伤害天敌,不污染环境,不会导致害虫产生抗药性,对人畜安全。
具体实施方式
实施例
田间诱捕实验  将苯甲醇、异丁醇、糖、酒、醋、水按不同比例(表1)混合,分别取不同混合物各100毫升加入到直径15厘米的水盆中,在水盆上方5~10厘米处加一塑料盖,以阻止雨水进入水盆中。将水盆用铁丝悬挂在果树上,水盆离地高度0.5~1.5米。每个处理3个重复。对照为水。试验连续观察5天。

将诱芯和诱捕装置放置在田间后,井上蛀果斑螟成虫被诱至诱捕中溺水而死,从而起到防治的效果。田间试验结果表明,这种引诱剂对井上蛀果斑螟成虫有极显著的引诱效果,可用于井上蛀果斑螟的防治及田间发生的预测预报。

1、一种井上蛀果斑螟引诱剂,其各组份重量百分比为:
苯甲醇  1~20%
异丁醇  1~5%
糖      5~10%
酒精    10~30%
醋      10~30%
水      30~60%。
