Abstract

本发明提供了一种小型二极单相发电机,由转子(1)及定子组成,转子(1)的铁芯上设有两套阻尼绕组,每套阻尼绕组由阻尼条(3)和阻尼板(4)组成,阻尼板(4)设置在铁芯两端面上,阻尼条(3)轴向穿过铁芯后两端可靠连接在阻尼板(4)上;定子上的绕组线圈为等距式二极绕组结构。转子(1)铁芯上的绕线槽(1a)与定子铁芯上的嵌线槽成3°~15°夹角。定子铁芯外表面分布有轴向的沟槽。本发明输出电压稳定,波形好,更接近正弦波,对容性负载的适应性更强,有利于用电器具寿命的延长,因而电机的适用范围更广泛。

小型二极单相发电机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机,尤其是小型二极单相发电机。
背景技术
目前,市场上小型二极单相发电机(0.45KW~18KW)的转子绕线槽和定子嵌线槽均为直槽结构,即转子绕线槽和定子嵌线槽的中心线均平行于发电机的轴心线,因此转子线圈与嵌在定子铁心中的输出绕组之间没有夹角,发电机在工作时,3、5及7等奇次谐波对输出电压波形的影响很大,使输出电压波形很差,呈锯齿状,波形正弦畸变率通常在15%~25%之间,波形中的谐波份量很重,因而对用电器具,特别是对容性负载的冲击很大,造成用电器具的提前损坏,使该类型电机的应用范围受到一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种小型二极单相发电机,解决现有小型二极单相发电机的输出电压波形差,波形正弦畸变率高,使用范围很有限的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的小型二极单相发电机,包括转子及定子,转子的铁芯上设有两套阻尼绕组,每套阻尼绕组由阻尼条和阻尼板组成,阻尼板设置在铁芯两端面上,阻尼条轴向穿过铁芯后两端可靠连接在阻尼板上;定子上的绕组线圈为等距式二极绕组结构。
上述转子铁芯上每套阻尼绕组中的阻尼条最好为4~8条,阻尼条的横截面为圆形且直径在2~8mm之间为最佳,及阻尼板的厚度最好为1~8mm。
上述转子铁芯上的绕线槽与定子铁芯上的嵌线槽最好成3°~15°夹角。
上述定子铁芯外表面最好分布有轴向的沟槽。
本发明中因输出电压波形受磁力分布状态影响,在转子铁心上加装两套阻尼绕组后,使转子磁力线的分布状态达到最佳,削弱定子输出绕组产生的负序磁场对波形的影响,并可降低转子的交、直阻抗,使转子的磁滞涡流损耗减小,温升降低,从而达到改善磁路,改良输出波形之目的。而绕组线圈采用等距式二极绕组结构,可使定子轭部的磁场更均匀,主输出绕组在定子圆周上所形成的磁场呈正弦分布,削弱了3、5及7次谐波对输出电压波形的影响,从而使输出电压波形在空载和负载时均更接近正弦波,其波形畸变率与传统小型二极单相发电机比较如下:

从上表可看出:在保证其它输出性能的基础上,发电机的输出电压波形正弦畸变率可控制在5%以内,极大地改善了输出电压波形,使小型二极单相发电机的应用范围更广泛,对容性负载的适应性大大增强。
本发明的显著效果是:输出电压稳定,波形好,更接近正弦波,对容性负载的适应性更强,有利于用电器具寿命的延长,因而电机的适用范围更广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1至图5所示,一种12KW小型二极单相发电机,由转子1及定子2组成,转子1的铁芯上设有两套阻尼绕组,每套阻尼绕组由阻尼条3和阻尼板4组成,阻尼板4设置在铁芯两端面上,阻尼条3轴向穿过铁芯后两端可靠地焊接(点焊)接在阻尼板4上;定子2上的绕组线圈2a为等距式二极绕组结构。
图2中转子1铁芯上每套阻尼绕组中的阻尼条3为4条,阻尼条3的横截面为圆形且直径在2~8mm之间,阻尼板4的厚度为1~8mm。阻尼条3和阻尼板4采用有色金属,如铝或铜,图中标号6为阻尼板4与阻尼条3之间的焊接点。
转子1铁芯上的绕线槽1a与定子2铁芯上的嵌线槽2b成3°~15°的夹角。为达此目的,既可以使转子1铁芯上的绕线槽1a相对转子轴心线扭3°~15°的角度,而使定子2铁芯上的嵌线槽2b为直槽,反之亦然。也可以使转子1铁芯上的绕线槽1a及子2铁芯上的嵌线槽2b均相对于发电机轴心线扭一定角度,并最终使转子1铁芯上的绕线槽1a与定子2铁芯上的嵌线槽2b成3°~15°夹角。这样,就可使转子1与嵌在定子2铁心中的输出绕组之间互成角度,削弱了奇次谐波对输出电压波形的影响,使输出电压波形更接近正弦波。
从图3、图4还可看出:定子2铁芯外表面分布有轴向的沟槽5,沟槽5可有效改善定子2轭部磁路,增大了定子2铁芯外圆柱面的散热面积,因此可有效改善定子2的温升,从而提高发电机输出电压波形的质量。
图5示出了本发中定子2等距式二极绕组的嵌线原理示意图,图中嵌线槽2b的槽数为30,依次用1~30的阿拉伯数字进行编号,实线表示主绕组I,虚线表示取样绕组,其跨距分别为1~10,2~11……6~15形成N极,S极以此类推。第7、8、9、22、23、24槽为副绕组,以双点划线表示。A到F为外接线端子(A和D线端接0.75mm2黄线,B线端和F线端接1.5mm2红、蓝线,C线端接0.75mm2棕线,E线端接0.75mm2蓝线)。

Claims (5)

1、一种小型二极单相发电机,包括转子(1)及定子(2),其特征是:所述转子(1)的铁芯上设有两套阻尼绕组,每套阻尼绕组由阻尼条(3)和阻尼板(4)组成,阻尼板(4)设置在铁芯两端面上,阻尼条(3)轴向穿过铁芯后两端可靠连接在阻尼板(4)上;定子(2)上的绕组线圈(2a)为等距式二极绕组结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的小型二极单相发电机,其特征是:所述转子(1)铁芯上每套阻尼绕组中的阻尼条(3)为4~8条,阻尼条(3)的横截面为圆形且直径在2~8mm之间,阻尼板(4)的厚度为1~8mm。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的小型二极单相发电机,其特征是:所述转子(1)铁芯上的绕线槽(1a)与定子(2)铁芯上的嵌线槽(2b)成3°~15°夹角。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的小型二极单相发电机,其特征是:所述定子(2)铁芯外表面分布有轴向的沟槽(5)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的小型二极单相发电机,其特征是:所述定子(2)铁芯外表面分布有轴向的沟槽(5)。
