Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及井眼钻探和井眼的大修,以及尤其是,使用于在井眼内安装时具有带螺纹的圆筒端部的异型管子装置的扩张和校正。
背景技术
已知一种装置使用于在井眼内安装时扩张异型管子,包括一个带有中心通道,连接螺纹和在壁内的多级凹槽的锥形壳体,其中带有球表面的滚珠,沿着壳体的周边均匀地设置和安排在轴线上。在此种情况下,凹槽内的滚珠安装为垂直于壳体的纵向几何轴线,而在它们之间的空隙内安装带有球表面的螺丝板,而且每个后继级的螺丝板位于前一级的滚珠下面(俄国专利No.2194841,E21B29/10,2002)。
已知装置的缺点是异型管子的低的扩张质量,因为装置的每一段检验后它们的螺纹接头的扩张型面具有三角形截面。这种结果是螺纹接头的密封破坏。
在技术本质上最接近本发明的是一种装置,用于在井眼内安装时扩张纵向的波纹金属堵漏垫,包括带有中心通道的壳体和三个心轴组件,其中一个心轴组件制造为固定在壳体的倾斜槽内的螺丝板的形式,并由弹簧加载至移动它们至工作位置方向相对的一边(俄国专利No.2154148E21B29/10,2000)。
这种装置的主要缺点是在井眼的开口的钻孔内在存在粘土泥浆和可能的岩石撒落的条件下工作时低的工作能力和可靠性,其结果是心轴组件卡死和楔阻,尤其是在装置的上部。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在扩张带有圆筒形端部的异型管子制造的结构时提高装置的工作能力和可靠性。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种在井眼内安装异型内衬管用的装置,包括多个顺序连接心轴组件,各心轴组件包括:一个带有中心通道和多个倾斜槽的壳体;一个设在壳体的中心通道中的杆件;安装在壳体的多个倾斜槽中的多个弹簧加载的螺丝板;和紧密地安装在壳体中的推杆,各杆件通过推杆与螺丝板相互作用,下部心轴组件的螺丝板被弹簧加载以保持在工作位置,从上部心轴组件至下部心轴组件围绕每个心轴组件外接圆的最大直径减小。
这样提高了在用粘土泥浆冲洗井眼条件下以及岩石撒落情况下装置的工作能力和可靠性,因为在从井眼中提起装置时,它的心轴组件可以向下移动,并且同时减小它们的最大直径。
优选地,所述的推杆与螺丝板是铰链连接的,而与杆件的连接允许相对于壁的径向的移动。
这样也提高了装置的工作能力,因为保证了推杆和螺丝板在壳体内的自由运动(没有弯曲和楔阻的)。

具体实施方式
在井眼内安装异型内衬管用的装置(图1)包括几个彼此顺序连接的心轴组件,心轴组件包括壳体1,壳体1设有中心贯通的通道2和燕尾型部4的倾斜槽3(图1,3)和斜孔8,在壳体1的中心通道2中有带形状为环形的凸缘11的杆件12。螺丝板5安装在倾斜槽3中,推杆7安装在斜孔8中。推杆7通过密封件9保持与壳体的壁紧密连接。推杆7设有径向凹槽10。螺丝板5借助铰链6与推杆7连接并通过准备装在凹槽10中的环形凸缘11与杆件12连接。凹槽10可相对于凸缘11径向地移动。因此,推杆通过铰链与螺丝板连接可以作摆动。
上部心轴组件的螺丝板5沿周边设置,这样使得在下部非工作位置时,螺丝板的侧表面彼此接触(图3)而在移动至工作位置时,螺丝板之间形成间隙17(图5)。下部心轴组件的螺丝板5在原始状态时移动至工作位置,以及因此在螺丝板之间具有间隙18(图4)。
上部心轴组件的杆件被弹簧13加载至保持螺丝板5在非工作位置的一边,而下部心轴组件的杆件用于保持螺丝板5在工作位置的一边。
根据异型内衬管的扩张程度(装置在井眼的开放孔内或修理时在套管柱内)心轴组件的数量可以增加或减少,但不少于两个。在下部心轴组件内装有连接管14,以及在壳体上制出螺纹15,用于与井眼设备连接(未示出),而与上部心轴组件壳体连接的是转接管16,用于与钻具组连接(未示出)。
心轴组件制成在工作位置时,围绕每个心轴组件的外接圆的最大直径从上组件至下组件减小一个总值,该值相当于在液压扩张和最终压紧它的壁至井眼壁之后,在异型内衬管内外接圆D和D1之间的直径之差(图2)。
装置以下列方式工作:
在钻具组(未示出)内的装置下降到井眼19内至下部心轴组件的螺丝板5顶住异型内衬管21的螺纹接头20(图1),该内衬管21是按已知的工艺预先使用液压扩张的。随后建立的轴向载荷压迫它穿过螺纹接头20和上升到螺纹接头的上面(图2),从而使上部心轴组件从内衬管中延伸出。随后在钻具组内建立液压力。由于在装置内连接管14的存在,在其中建立了压差,在压差作用下上部心轴组件的杆件12与推杆7和螺丝板5一起移动至最上面位置,至螺丝板5顶住转接管16的端部22。在此时压缩弹簧13。另外,借助建立轴向载荷并且同时清洗井眼,装置被强制通过异型内衬管21,其结果是内衬管的波纹最终地压平和紧密地贴合至井眼19的壁。同时进行异型管的内径校正。这样一来使内衬管的全部收缩段被扩张。
此后停止向井眼泵送液体和从井眼拉出装置。这时弹簧13使螺丝板5返回至原始状态。
在装置在井眼内卡死或楔阻的情况下,它的心轴组件的螺丝板5有可能带着杆件12沿着壳体1的倾斜槽3滑动向下。这样允许避免事故情况。
本发明允许使用异型管子扩张时心轴化的优点与用滚珠扩管相比,本发明使存在粘土溶液和岩石撒落的条件下在井眼内安装这些管子结构时的工作能力和可靠性提高。
Claims (2)
1.一种在井眼内安装异型内衬管用的装置,包括多个顺序连接心轴组件,各心轴组件包括:
一个带有中心通道和多个倾斜槽的壳体;
一个设在壳体的中心通道中的杆件;
安装在壳体的多个倾斜槽中的多个弹簧加载的螺丝板;和
密封地安装在壳体中的推杆,
各杆件通过推杆与螺丝板相互作用,下部心轴组件的螺丝板被弹簧加载以保持在工作位置,从上部心轴组件至下部心轴组件围绕处于工作位置的每个心轴组件外接圆的最大直径减小。
2.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述的推杆与螺丝板是铰链连接的,而与杆件的连接允许作相对的径向移动。
