Abstract

背景和现有技术

根据本发明,其提供了适用于滚筒干燥器的含有组合物的织物护理产品,所述组合物含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物。
本发明还提供了可喷雾的组合物,它适宜在洗衣过程中在滚筒干燥之前施用于织物,并包含在喷雾分散器中,它含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物,其条件是组合物不含有硅氧烷。
在另一实施方案中,本发明涉及处理织物的方法,其包括作为洗衣过程的部分,通过在本发明的织物护理产品存在下干燥织物或在干燥织物之前用本发明的可喷雾组合物喷雾织物,向织物施用含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物的组合物。
本发明还提供了本发明的织物护理产品或可喷雾组合物在处理织物中用以改善多次洗涤后织物的外观和/或结构,例如表面颜色清晰度的用途。发明的详细描述
本发明的产品和组合物含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物。
在本发明的内容中,这些第一种物质在性质上是聚合的,或至少是齐聚的,优选它们具有300-1000000道尔顿的重均分子量。
本发明的树脂有时称为胺-表氯醇树脂和聚胺-表氯醇(PAE)树脂(两种术语同义使用),虽然该术语同时包括了本发明的胺和酰胺树脂,树脂还可以有胺和酰胺基团的混合物。
胺或酰胺-表氯醇树脂可含有一个或多个能够形成氮杂环丁烷鎓基团的官能团和/或一个或多个氮杂环丁烷鎓官能团。
非此即彼或附加地,树脂可包含一个或多个含有环氧化物基团或它们的衍生物的官能团,例如Kymene-450TM(来自Hercules)。
合适的聚胺-表氯醇(PAE)树脂包括在“Wet Strength Resinsand Their Application”,16-36页,ed.L.L.Chan,Tappi Press,Atlanta,1994中描述的物质,合适的PAE树脂可在相对简单的试验中通过选择在处理后向纸张提供增加的湿强度的树脂确定。
任何含有环氧化物官能团或它们的衍生物的胺或酰胺-表氯醇树脂适用于本发明。
适用于本发明的尤其优选种类的胺或酰胺-表氯醇树脂是仲胺或酰胺基氮杂环丁烷鎓树脂,例如由多亚烷基多胺,例如二亚乙三胺(DETA)、多羧酸,例如己二酸或其它二羧酸和表氯醇得到的树脂。其它聚胺或聚酰胺也可有利地用于制备合适PAE树脂。
用于本发明的另一优选种类的胺或酰胺-表氯醇树脂是具有环氧化物官能团或它们的衍生物,例如氯醇的物质。
树脂优选以基于织物的重量计足以提供按重量0.0005%-5%的数量存在于产物中,更优选基于织物按重量计0.001%-2%。为达到上述基于织物的重量%,组合物中所需的第一组分的数量将通常为按重量计0.01%-35%,优选按重量计1%-20%。
树脂可以是PDAA-表氯醇树脂或PMDAA-表氯醇树脂,PDAA是聚(二烯丙基胺)和PMDAA是聚(甲基二烯丙基(胺))。
当施用于织物时,本发明的组合物可在未固化时提供织物好的效果,然而,它们可通过家庭固化步骤,包括熨烫和/或家庭滚筒干燥,优选滚筒干燥固化。固化优选在50-100℃,更优选80-100℃的温度下进行。
用于本发明的织物护理产品中的组合物还可含有硅氧烷组分,优选硅氧烷组分是带有氨基烷基的二甲基聚硅氧烷,它可用于本发明中作为在水中的乳化剂。
硅氧烷组分优选以第一组分:硅氧烷的比率为1∶1-30∶1,优选1∶1-20∶1,更优选2∶1-20∶1和最优选5∶1-1 5∶1存在。
适用于滚筒干燥器的本发明的织物护理产品优选含有用于输送树脂的基质。基质可以是柔软的薄片或海棉,例如聚酯纤维和/或人造丝。薄片或海棉用作树脂的载体,靠在滚筒干燥器中与织物一起搅动,向织物输送树脂。此外,基质可以是分散器,例如一种容器,它在使用中容纳树脂,并带有小孔用于在滚筒干燥过程中输送树脂。可以是球形的合适的分散器是本领域技术人员已知的。基质可采用其它形式,例如含有树脂的小袋,优选含有在载体上或之中的树脂。
本发明的织物护理产品可以是适用于滚筒干燥器的其它形式,例如产品可以是含有树脂的泡沫形式。液体泡沫可以常规方法得到,例如由加压的分散器中喷洒。泡沫还可以是固体或半固体,该产品的形式的实例是由Seabrook Industries Inc出售的“膨胀”(puff),它在滚筒干燥过程中完全崩解。
本发明的可喷雾组合物以喷雾分散器提供,用于施用于织物的组合物的喷雾分散器是本领域技术人员已知的,它还可含有其它添加剂。可喷雾组合物可以通过向组合物中加入发泡剂和使用合适的分散器以泡沫的形式施用于织物。
本发明的组合物可含有与纺织品相容的载体,在本发明的内容中,术语‘纺织品相容的载体’是能够有助于树脂与织物相互作用的组分。除树脂提供的效果之外,载体还可提供效果,例如柔软等。载体可以是水或优选织物柔软剂或调理化合物或其它可用于滚筒干燥器的合适织物处理剂。
可以在本发明中处理的织物优选包括纤维素纤维,优选1%-100%纤维素纤维(更优选5%-100%纤维素纤维,最优选40%-100%)。当织物含有低于100%的纤维素纤维,平衡物包括适用于衣服的其它纤维或纤维混合物,例如聚酯,优选纤维素纤维是棉或再生纤维素,例如粘胶。
用于本文的术语“滚筒干燥”包含任何用于干燥湿织物的装置,它在地心引力影响下、通过高温空气,优选通过旋转装置的部件引起织物移动。优选滚筒干燥器适用于家庭使用,而不是工业或其它大规模使用。产品和组合物可包装和标记用于家庭使用。
本发明的洗衣过程包括大规模和小规模(例如家庭)的织物洗涤。
如果本发明的组合物是在滚筒干燥过程中由本发明的织物护理产品施用于织物或在滚筒干燥之前使用本发明的可喷雾组合物的织物调理剂组合物形式,纺织品相容的载体将是织物柔软和/或调理化合物(下文称为“织物柔软化合物”),它可以是阳离子或非离子化合物。
柔软和/或调理化合物可以是水不溶性季铵化合物,化合物可以按重量计至多8%(基于组合物的总量)的数量存在,在该情况下,组合物被认为是稀释物,或按重量计8%-约55%的含量,在该情况下,组合物被认为是浓缩物。
合适的阳离子织物柔软化合物是基本上水不溶性的季铵物质,它含有具有大于或等于C20的平均链长的单个烷基或烯基链,或更优选含有极性端基和两个具有大于或等于C14的平均链长的烷基或烯基的化合物。优选织物柔软化合物具有两个长链烷基或烯基,每个具有大于或等于C16的平均链长,最优选至少50%的长链烷基或烯基具有C18或以上的链长,优选织物柔软化合物的长链烷基或烯基主要是直链的。
具有两个长链脂族基团的季铵化合物,例如二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵和二(硬化牛油烷基)二甲基氯化铵是广泛使用的商业可获得的漂洗调理剂组合物。这些阳离子化合物的其它实例在“表面活性剂和洗涤剂”,卷I和II,Schwartz,Perry and Berch中找到。任何常规类型的这种化合物可用于本发明的组合物。
织物柔软化合物优选是提供杰出柔软作用的化合物,其特征在于链熔融Lβ至Lα转变温度大于25℃,优选大于35℃,最优选大于45℃,Lβ至Lα转变可由在“Handbook of Lipid Bilayers”,D Marsh,CRC Press,Boca Raton,Florida,1990(137和337页)中定义的DSC测量。
基本上水不溶性的织物柔软化合物定义为织物柔软化合物在软化水中在20℃下具有小于1×10-3wt%的溶解性,织物柔软化合物优选具有小于1×10-4wt%的溶解性,更优选小于1×10-8-1×10-6wt%。
尤其优选的是阳离子织物柔软化合物,它是具有两个经至少一个酯键,优选两个酯键连接于分子的C12-22烷基或烯基的水不溶性季铵物质。尤其优选的酯连接的季铵物质可由式II表示:其中每个R1基团分别选自C1-4烷基或羟基烷基或C2-4烯基;每个R2基团分别选自C8-28烷基或烯基;和其中R3是1-5个碳原子的直链或支链亚烷基,T是:或
和p是0或1-5的整数。
二(牛油氧基氧基乙基)二甲基氯化铵和/或其硬化牛油类似物是尤其优选的式(II)化合物。
有利的是季铵物质是可生物降解的。
这类优选物质,例如1,2-二(硬化牛油酰基氧基)-3-三甲基铵丙烷氯化物和它们的制备方法在例如US4137180(Lever Brothers Co)中描述。如US4137180中所述,优选这类物质含有少量相应的单酯,例如1-硬化牛油酰基氧基-2-羟基-3-三甲基铵丙烷氯化物。
其它有用的阳离子柔软剂是烷基吡啶鎓盐和取代的咪唑啉物质,同样有用的是伯、仲和叔胺和脂肪酸与烷基多胺的缩合产物。
非此即彼或附加地,组合物可含有如GB2039556B(Unilever)中所述的水溶性阳离子织物柔软剂。
如EP-A-0829531中所述,组合物可含有阳离子织物柔软化合物和油。
非此即彼或附加地,组合物可含有非离子织物柔软剂,例如羊毛脂和它们的衍生物。
卵磷脂也适合用作柔软化合物。
非离子柔软剂包括Lβ相形成蔗糖酯(如M Hato等的Langmuir12,1659,1666,(1996)中所述)和相关物质,例如甘油单硬脂酸酯或脱水山梨糖醇酯。这些物质通常与阳离子物质结合使用以有助于沉积(参见例如GB2202244),硅氧烷以与辅助柔软剂类似的方式与阳离子柔软剂一起用于漂洗处理中(参见例如GB1549180)。
组合物还合适地含有非离子稳定剂。合适的非离子稳定剂是用10-20摩尔氧化烯烷氧基化的直链C8-C22醇、C10-C20醇或它们的混合物。有利的是,非离子稳定剂是用10-20摩尔烯化氧烷氧基化的直链C8-C22醇,非离子稳定剂的含量优选为按重量计0.1-10%,更优选按重量计0.5-5%,最优选按重量计1-4%。季铵化合物和/或其它阳离子柔软剂与非离子稳定剂的摩尔比合适地为40∶1-约1∶1,优选18∶1-约3∶1。
组合物还可含有脂肪酸,例如C8-C24烷基或烯基单羧酸或它们的聚合物。优选使用饱和脂肪酸,尤其是硬化牛油C16-C18脂肪酸。优选脂肪酸是非皂化的,更优选脂肪酸是游离的,例如油酸、月桂酸或牛油脂肪酸。脂肪酸物质的含量优选为按重量计超过0.1%,更优选按重量计超过0.2%。浓缩组合物可含有按重量计0.5-20%的脂肪酸,更优选按重量计1%-10%,季铵物质或其它阳离子柔软剂与脂肪酸物质的重量比优选是10∶1-1∶10。
除本发明的可喷雾组合物外,织物调理组合物包括硅氧烷,例如主要直链的聚二烷基硅氧烷,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷或含有胺官能团侧链的氨基硅氧烷。本发明的组合物,包括可喷雾组合物,可包括去污聚合物,例如聚环氧乙烷和对苯二甲酸酯的嵌段共聚物;两性表面活性剂;绿土型无机粘土;两性离子季铵化合物和非离子表面活性剂。
织物调理组合物还可包括产生珠光外观的试剂,例如有机珠光化合物,例如乙二醇二硬脂酸酯或无机珠光颜料,例如微细云母或二氧化钛(TiO2)涂覆的云母。
织物调理组合物可以是乳化液或其乳化液前体形式。
其它选择性的组分包括优选以按重量计0.01-5%范围的乳化剂、电解质(例如氯化钠或氯化钙),pH缓冲剂和香料(优选按重量计0.1-5%)。
在本发明的织物护理产品和可喷雾组合物中的其它选择性组分包括非水溶剂、香料载体、荧光剂、着色剂、疏水剂、消泡剂、抗再沉积剂、酶、荧光增白剂、遮光剂、防缩剂、防皱剂、防斑点剂、染料转移抑制剂、杀菌剂、杀真菌剂、抗氧化剂、UV吸收剂(防晒剂)、重金属螯合剂、氯清除剂、染料固定剂、防腐剂、布料赋香剂、抗静电剂和熨烫助剂,所列出的并不是穷举。
本发明将仅通过举例和参考如下非限制性实施例描述。
实施例
用于如下试验的胺表氯醇树脂(PAE)是具有氮杂环丁烷鎓官能团的Kenores 1440(由Akzo Nobel得到),它制备成水溶液,以所处理的织物的重量百分数(基于织物重量(owf)的%)使用以显示其对颜色清晰度的效果。
每种负荷包括一件衣服,它是100%编织棉儿童图案宽松裤束,它具有不同的颜色区域,由Marks & Spencer商店(Warrington,UK)购买,负荷还包括100%棉薄片以得到约2.0kg的总负荷重量。
每种负荷进行如下洗涤-干燥周期:Miele Novotronic W820前装式洗衣机,40℃棉织品洗涤,短周期,Wirral水,在主洗周期中加入60g Persil生物学洗衣粉。在洗涤后,每种负荷在Zanussi滚筒干燥器中以高设置滚筒干燥70-90分钟。所有洗衣机在洗涤之间煮沸以减少污染。所有负荷在洗衣机之间轮换以减少由机器差异产生的效果。
在评价其颜色之前,每种负荷进行4次洗涤-干燥周期。
实施例1喷雾应用
在洗涤和滚筒干燥之间用触发喷雾器将约10ml的2.5wt%PAE溶液喷洒在衣服的前部以在衣服上达到基于织物重量(owf)0.61wt%PAE的理论最大量,束随后与其余负荷一起直接放入滚筒干燥器中。
实施例2薄片应用
将30.5cm×31.5cm压花聚酯/人造丝薄片放置在13.5wt%PAE水溶液中,薄片吸收90-100gPAE,随后在其余负荷之间放入喷雾干燥器中,由薄片输送到织物的PAE的理论最大量为0.65%owf。
实施例3剂量球
将高度为7.3cm、最宽处的直径为3cm和围绕边缘带有4个1×2mm小孔的剂量球用于提供PAE。将100g的13.5wt%PAE水溶液放入剂量球,剂量球放置在负荷的中心放入滚筒干燥器中,剂量球以0.68%owf的理论最大量向织物输送PAE。分析和结果
衣服的三个不同颜色区域(橙色、浅蓝和绿)的颜色评价如下。
衣服的颜色用连接PC的,包括UV排除镜的DatacolourSpectraflash SF600反射分光光度计测量,对于每种颜色进行4次测量,测定与洗涤前购买的衣服相比的色差值(ΔE)。
下表给出了3次以上实验平均的颜色测量结果:

Claims (18)
1.适用于滚筒干燥器的含有组合物的织物护理产品,所述组合物含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物。
2.权利要求1的产品,其含有用于输送树脂的基质。
3.权利要求2的产品,其中基质是柔软薄片或海棉。
4.权利要求2的产品,其中基质是分散器。
5.权利要求4的产品,其中分散器包括容器,它在使用时容纳树脂,并且有在滚筒干燥过程中提供树脂的小孔。
6.权利要求1的产品,它是液体、半固体或固体泡沫形式。
7.权利要求1或2的产品,其中基质是包括用于树脂的载体的小袋。
8.权利要求1-7任何之一的产品,其中组合物还含有纺织品相容的载体,它有助于树脂与织物的接触。
9.权利要求1-8任何之一的产品,其中组合物还含有硅氧烷组分。
10.权利要求1-9任何之一的产品,其中胺或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物以基于织物的重量计提供按重量0.0005%-5%的数量存在于组合物中。
11.权利要求9或10的产品,其中树脂与硅氧烷组分的比率为1∶1-30∶1,优选1∶1-20∶1,更优选2∶1-20∶1,最优选5∶1-15∶1。
12.可喷雾的组合物,它适用于在洗衣过程中在滚筒干燥之前施用于织物,并容纳在喷雾分散器中,它含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物,其条件是组合物不含有硅氧烷。
13.权利要求12的组合物,它还含有与纺织品相容的载体,它有助于树脂与织物的接触。
14.处理织物的方法,其包括,作为洗衣过程的一部分,通过在权利要求1-11的任何之一的产品存在下干燥织物或通过在干燥织物之前用权利要求12或13的组合物喷雾织物的方法向织物施用含有至少一种胺-或酰胺-表氯醇树脂或它们的衍生物的组合物。
15.权利要求14的方法,其中织物在滚筒干燥器中干燥。
16.权利要求1-11的任何之一的产品或权利要求12或13的组合物在处理织物以改善织物的外观和/或结构中的用途。
17.权利要求16的用途,其中外观和/或结构的改善包括在多次洗涤后改善的表面颜色清晰度。
18.权利要求1-11的任何之一的产品或权利要求12或13的组合物在处理织物以降低原纤化过程的用途。
