在开式回路系统泵中自动遥控压力补偿装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有自动遥控压力补偿的开式回路液压系统。
背景技术
许多移动的液压车辆要求一提高了的压力,以操作例如制动、差动锁定的回路和其它这些操作回路。在某些应用中,由一单独泵传送提高了的供应压力。在另一些应用中通过触发在使用一开式回路活塞泵的一遥控压力补偿回路中的一开/关螺线管来传送提高了的供应压力。这些系统必须克服一遥控压力补偿功能或使用复杂系统供应一专用泵回路。为了消除专用泵和螺线管选择的复杂性和/或成本,需要一自动功能。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供对一操作回路供应一提高了的压力的装置,该装置对该领域的已有技术有所改进。
本发明的另一目的是减小克服一遥控压力补偿功能或供应一专用泵回路的复杂性。
本发明的再一目的是不需要为实现一遥控压力补偿功能而使用一螺线管操作阀或一附加泵。
本发明的又一目的是使用一两位三通逻辑阀(logic valve),以克服在一开式回路活塞泵中的遥控压力补偿功能。
本发明的又一目的是提供一泵系统,该系统除了一标准的载荷检测功能之外提供遥控压力补偿。
本发明的又一目的是提供一泵,该泵用一新回路在遥控压力补偿和载荷检测之间自动转换。
从本说明书和权利要求书,本发明的这些和其它目的、特点和优点将变得很明显。
发明内容
本发明提供一种开式回路流体静力传输装置,包括:一泵;一液体连接于该泵的小孔;一液体连接于该小孔、具有一第一和第二位置的两位三通逻辑阀;以及一遥控压力补偿溢流阀,该阀适于接受一载荷检测信号和当两位三通逻辑阀处于第一位置时流体连接于该小孔和两位三通逻辑阀,其中,当两位三通逻辑阀处于第二位置时遥控压力补偿溢流阀并不流体连接于该小孔,并且当两位三通逻辑阀处于第二位置时一载荷检测信号使遥控压力补偿溢流阀不起作用。

具体实施方式
自动遥控压力补偿系统10具有一带有由一伺服机构16控制的旋转斜盘14的液压静力泵12。泵12产生流到小孔20的一流体泵送源18。系统10还具有一两位三通逻辑阀22,该阀接受一载荷检测信号23和具有一第一位置24(图1)和一第二位置26(图2)。该系统还包括用于压力补偿阀30的一压力补偿器阀芯调节装置28和用于压力消除阀34的一载荷检测阀芯调节装置32。最后,该系统还具有连接于一油箱38的一补偿溢流阀36。
在操作中,当载荷检测压力为零时,弹簧偏压逻辑阀22,以从流体泵送源18传送流体通过小孔20、经过逻辑阀22和通过遥控压力补偿溢流阀36。这可供遥控压力补偿功能之用。泵12供应一在补偿器阀芯调节装置28的压力之下和在载荷检测阀芯调节装置32压力之上的压力。
当载荷检测信号大于零时,逻辑阀22从一第一位置24移动到一第二位置26,在该第二位置阻挡来自泵送源18的流体和防止遥控压力补偿溢流阀36经由一信号线(signal line)起作用。同时,载荷检测信号23使溢流阀36不起作用。因此,当逻辑阀22处于一被移动到的第二位置26时,泵12作为一传统的压力补偿载荷检测开式回路泵(pressure compensation load sense open circuit pump)而工作。
系统10仅在检测到一外部载荷压力时降低载荷检测压力,不依赖到泵排量方面的一变化。因此,系统10提供了双功能,作为一遥控PC和一载荷检测泵而没有一外部输入到达该系统。系统10还考虑到两个固定的、分离的限度设定装置(margin setting)。并且,系统10被设计成降低了复杂性和系统成本,同时在同一泵内实现了一遥控压力补偿和标准的载荷检测功能。
应该理解:两位三通逻辑阀当由载荷检测线路提供一载荷信号时克服了在开式回路活塞泵中的遥控压力补偿功能。这设计还使用自动的两位三通逻辑阀以降低在克服一遥控压力补偿功能或提供一专用泵回路方面的复杂性。该逻辑阀还允许泵在遥控压力补偿的功能与回路中的载荷检测之间的自动转换,因此,实现了本发明的所有目的。
本领域的那些熟练人员应该理解在不偏离本发明的原理和范围的情况下可以对该装置做出其它的许多修改。所有这些修改都落在权利要求书的范围内,因此使用权利要求书来覆盖它们。

Claims (3)

1.一种开式回路流体静力传输装置,包括:
一泵;
一液体连接于该泵的小孔;
一液体连接于该小孔、具有一第一和第二位置的两位三通逻辑阀;以及
一遥控压力补偿溢流阀,该阀适于接受一载荷检测信号和当两位三通逻辑阀处于第一位置时流体连接于该小孔和两位三通逻辑阀,其中,当两位三通逻辑阀处于第二位置时遥控压力补偿溢流阀并不流体连接于该小孔,并且当两位三通逻辑阀处于第二位置时一载荷检测信号使遥控压力补偿溢流阀不起作用。
2.如权利要求1的开式回路流体静力传输装置,其特征在于:还包括一流体连接于该泵、具有一阀芯调节压力的一压力补偿滑阀;以及,一流体连接于压力补偿滑阀和流体连接于遥控压力补偿溢流阀、具有一载荷检测阀芯调节压力的一压力消除阀。
3.如权利要求2的开式回路流体静力传输装置,其特征在于:泵具有在补偿器阀芯调节压力之下和载荷检测阀芯调节压力之上的一压力。
