Abstract
本发明的目的是要提出一种用来干燥成形纤维织物的成形头(2),在该成形头中,通过喷射方法将混合有空气的纤维材料引导到成形头中至少一个旋转转鼓(4)上,转鼓(4)内设置有用来使喷射纤维流动的装置(6,16,18,20)。通过本发明,获得更高的生产量,同时提高纤维的分布质量。因此本成形头(2)能有高的生产量和优选超过四米的较大幅宽。由于用所谓的缝隙式喷气嘴(6)替代,因此避免了针辊中产生自然振动的常见问题。缝隙式喷气嘴(6)在整个长度上沿着转鼓(4)延伸,而且设置有可调节的(20)喷嘴唇部(18),以便于调整空气量和流经转鼓穿孔的气流方向。因而获得了惊人的效果,即成形头的生产能力显著高于现有技术,而且分布质量也明显好于传统机器高速操作的分布质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来干燥成形纤维织物的成形头,在该成形头中,通过喷射方法将混合有空气的纤维材料引导到成形头中至少一个旋转穿孔转鼓,所述转鼓内设置有流化装置,该流化装置由喷气嘴装置构成,该喷气嘴装置在至少一个空气输送管上沿转鼓纵向设置,该输送管基本上具有与转鼓相同的长度,而且设置成使纤维流化。
背景技术
从该行业和WO-A-81/02031中已知有成形头,其中,纤维和空气的混合物被喷射到旋转的多孔滚筒端部。在这些滚筒即所谓的转鼓内,安装有一个也可以旋转的针辊,该针辊保持各个纤维漂浮,因此,在纤维经过转鼓上的穿孔被真空吸入并且被固定于在下面运行的成形钢丝上之前,会发生结团现象。作为针辊的替换,建议使用设置有喷嘴的管子,该喷嘴用来朝着穿孔转鼓内部喷射气流,以便于使纤维材料获得射出和搅动效果。
在这种已知的成形头中,有两个转鼓,其中一个转鼓的旋转方向与成形钢丝的移动方向相同,而另一个转鼓的旋转方向相反。在转鼓上的这些针辊的旋转方向与各个转鼓的旋转方向相反。
但是,传统的转鼓和针辊具有这样的缺点,即当高速旋转时,它们会发生振动,这种振动会影响纤维的分布质量。但是,这些自然振动只有当转鼓或针辊的转速太高,或者转鼓和针辊的长度太大时才会发生。为了避免这个问题,可以构造较大直径的转鼓或针辊,由此改变发生自然振动的临界速度。但是这种解决办法不是很好,因为这样会使机器造成不必要的空间浪费,而且成本很高。当使用喷嘴来产生喷射气流时,会产生一个问题。因此纤维会直接被挤压到转鼓上,这样会妨碍纤维流化,并且妨碍纤维经过转鼓的旋转运动。
在宽度大约为四米的成形头上,700-800rpm的针辊旋转速度是正常的,但是为了获得理想生产力,针辊的旋转速度必须为1200-1400rpm。通常,转鼓的旋转速度大约为200rpm。
如果成形头要有大约4m的活动宽度,那么针辊不能在不发生自然振动的情况下以理想的速度旋转,由此降低了干燥成形产品质量。
在US2,720,005中公开了一种成形头,在该成形头中安装有一个或者多个缝隙式喷气嘴。这种成形头不旋转,也就是说,转鼓是固定的,而且转鼓只在底部区域中有开孔/穿孔,纤维就是经过该底部被引导到下面的成形钢丝上的。为了保持纤维的流动,而且使纤维不会缠结和混乱,该成形头中安装有缝隙式喷气嘴,也就是说,具有缝隙式喷嘴口的喷气嘴,该喷气嘴可以通过切向气流在纤维中旋转,利用这种方式,可以防止纤维缠结和聚集。此外,可以径向安装一个缝隙式喷气嘴,该缝隙式喷气嘴可以将空气引导到转鼓中,由此纤维团可以更容易地进行分离。因此,这种成形头没有与上面具有旋转转鼓和具有内部旋转辊的成形头有明显不同。而且按照US2,720,005制作的成形头用来成形狭幅织物,不适合用来干燥成形幅宽达到或者超过四米的纤维织物。
发明内容
本发明成形头的目的是要提出一种装置和方法,使用这种装置和方法可以获得更高的生产量,同时可以提高纤维的分布质量,而且该装置中的成形头可以具有高生产能力和优选超过四米的较大幅宽。
根据本发明,可以利用一种成形头实现,该成形头的特别之处在于,所述喷嘴装置由缝隙式喷气嘴构成,该缝隙式喷气嘴在转鼓纵向延伸,而且基本上具有与转鼓相同的长度,而且具有可以调节的喷嘴唇部,这些喷嘴唇部优选指向转鼓的内表面,而且所制缝隙式喷气嘴的纵向输送管设置有穿孔,通过这些穿孔给转鼓提供适量空气,而且输送管配备有控制装置,用来调整经过穿孔的气流。该缝隙式喷气嘴使空气经过转鼓穿孔从转鼓内喷射,而且在使用可调节喷嘴唇部的情况下,可以调整空气量和气流方向。
为了保持转鼓中的纤维在转鼓中流化,所制缝隙式喷气嘴的纵向输送管设置有穿孔,通过这些穿孔给转鼓提供适量空气,而且输送管配备有控制装置,用来调整经过穿孔的气流。
缝隙式喷气嘴设置在穿孔转鼓的下半部分,而且直接邻近转鼓内侧,缝隙式喷气嘴的喷嘴唇部在该转鼓中以这种方式指向转鼓内壁,即气流挤压纤维穿过转鼓穿孔,并且向下朝向成形钢丝。
在采用上述措施的情况下,获得了惊人的效果,即成形装置的生产力显著高于现有技术,而且分布质量也明显好于传统机器高速操作的分布质量。此外,通过本发明的成形头,可以制造出幅宽优选大于4m的干燥成形纤维织物。
另一方面,喷嘴唇部也可以进行调节,以使纤维从转鼓内壁松开。这可以通过设定喷嘴来实现,因此,所进行的喷射部分地与旋转和穿孔转鼓壁相切。
本发明成形头的一个实施例具有至少一个旋转和穿孔转鼓,优选为由两个转鼓组成的一套转鼓,转鼓在沿着成形钢丝的方向上旋转,这样可以给薄干燥成形产品提供高分布质量。
本发明的成形头可以具有至少两个转鼓,至少一个转鼓包含一个缝隙式喷气嘴,而第二个转鼓包含一个传统的或者改良的针辊。因此,成形头中的缝隙式喷气嘴可以结合传统的或者改良的针辊使用。在采用这种结构的情况下,具有缝隙式喷气嘴的转鼓可以给纤维提供较高的生产能力和均匀性,然而具有针辊的转鼓可以以通常方式进行操作,因此具有较低的生产能力。
本发明成形头的第二个实施例可以具有至少一个转鼓,该转鼓包含至少一个缝隙式喷气嘴和至少一个针辊。在这个实施例中,可以在一定情况下,获得本发明成形头的最佳操作。
达到本发明成形头最佳操作的另一个措施在于,在成形头侧部和转鼓之间,以及在转鼓之间,给成形头设置隔板(screen)。设置这种隔板使产生负压的真空单元具有更高效率,这个负压将纤维固定在成形钢丝上,因为隔板防止吸入“漏入的空气”。

具体实施方式
在图1中,成形头2是从侧部所看到的,其中转鼓4和缝隙式喷气嘴6设置在成形钢丝8上方。在成形头2的入口和出口处,可以看到导辊10,这些导辊直接安装在穿孔的成形钢丝8上方。在成形钢丝8的下面,有一个没有示出的真空源,该真空源可以引起吸入动作,该吸入动作向下穿过成形头2。这个吸入动作与由缝隙式喷气嘴6提供的空气相结合,达到使纤维在成形钢丝8上形成干燥的成形产品,例如纸材料。这些转鼓4借助转鼓移动装置14旋转,旋转方向与成形钢丝8的移动方向相同,而且在转鼓的最低部分,设置了一个缝隙式喷气嘴6,该缝隙式喷气嘴由一个输送管16组成,该输送管设置有一套可调节的喷嘴唇部18。这个缝隙式喷气嘴6可以通过彼此相对移动唇部18进行调节,而且从唇部18到转鼓4的距离也可以通过调节装置20进行调整。在成形头2中的侧部22处,在侧部22和转鼓4之间安装有一个隔板24,其目的是确保用来固定纤维的真空源得以最佳利用。此外,在这两个转鼓4之间,安装有这样一个隔板24。供给缝隙式喷气嘴6的空气可以在缝隙式喷气嘴6的端部进行供应,但是也可以在沿着缝隙式喷气嘴6的长度方向上的一个或多个位置导入。
图2详细示出图1所示的同一缝隙式喷气嘴6的横截面。在该图中可以清楚地看到,空气是怎样在两个喷嘴唇部18之间流出,以及是怎样经过转鼓4的壁被吹出。该图还示出,两个喷嘴唇部18是怎样借助调节装置20,在两个双箭头26的方向上进行调节。此外,有一个放大详图,示出在缝隙式喷气嘴6中的输送管16可以由穿孔材料28制成,由此可以根据需要使成形头2中的纤维保持流化状态,直到纤维分布足够均匀。在一个没有示出的实施例中,输送管16可以由一种气门系统构成,该气门系统提供了调整流经缝隙式喷气嘴6的气流的选择性。
在图3中可以看到图2缝隙式喷气嘴6的同一横截面,只是该喷嘴唇部18设置在一个不对称的位置上。
Claims (6)
1.一种用来干燥成形纤维织物的成形头,在该成形头中,通过喷射方法将混合有空气的纤维材料引导到成形头中至少一个旋转穿孔转鼓(4)上,所述转鼓内设置有流化装置(6,16,18,20),该流化装置由喷气嘴装置(6)构成,该喷气嘴装置在至少一个空气输送管(16)上沿转鼓(4)的纵向设置,该输送管具有与转鼓(4)相同的长度,并且该喷气嘴装置设置成使被喷射的纤维流化,其特征在于,所述喷气嘴装置由一缝隙式喷气嘴(6)构成,该缝隙式喷气嘴在转鼓(4)的纵向上延伸,并且具有与转鼓(4)相同的长度,而且具有可以调节的喷嘴唇部(18),这些喷嘴唇部指向转鼓的内表面,所述缝隙式喷气嘴的纵向输送管(16)设置有穿孔(28),通过这些穿孔给转鼓(4)提供适量空气,其中输送管(16)配备有控制装置,用来调整经过穿孔(28)的气流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成形头,其特征在于,缝隙式喷气嘴(6)设置在穿孔转鼓(4)的下半部分,而且直接邻近转鼓(4)内侧,其中,缝隙式喷气嘴的喷嘴唇部(18)指向转鼓内壁。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的成形头,其特征在于,成形头(2)包括至少一套转鼓(4),该套转鼓由两个穿孔转鼓(4)组成,一成形钢丝(8)可移动地设置在所述转鼓(4)的下方,其中这些转鼓(4)在沿着成形钢丝(8)移动的方向上旋转。
