Abstract
磷酸二铵是一种高效优质化肥,其增产作用远远优于其它肥料。磷酸二铵生产的方法,在生产过程中,磷酸加入氨水生成磷酸铵,pH值=5.5。加入磷酸稀释,加温蒸发,加入碳铵或液氨,使pH值达到6.5-7,生成磷酸二铵,其反应式是:
H3PO4+NH3·H2O=(NH4)3PO4+3H2O
2(NH4)3PO4+H3PO4=3(NH4)2HPO4
2NH4HCO3+H3PO4=(NH4)2HPO4+2H2O+2CO2
本产品经河南省化工产品质量监督检验站测定,且稳定性好,保存时间长,在常温下存放,不挥发、无流失、有可靠的质量保证。
Description
磷酸二铵是一种高效优质化肥,其增产作用远远优于其它肥料,在我们这个农业大国,有着广泛的销售市场。目前,我国使用的磷酸二铵主要依靠从国外进口,且价格昂贵、运输困难、数量又不能满足市场的需求,已成为我国农业生产的紧销产品,在国内,近几年来,许多科研单位投入了大量的人力财力,把研制生产磷酸二铵作为重点攻关项目,但是迄今尚未拿出令人满意的成果。
本发明专利利用我国现有的化肥厂能大量生产碳铵的优势,磷酸加氨水.生成磷酸铵,含有水、氨水、磷酸、碳铵或液氨做主要基料,经化学处理,制成磷酸二铵,生产的产品经河南省化工产品质量监督检验测定,各项技术指标均达到和超过进口产品的标准,且综合成本是进口产品目前市场价的二分之一。
本发明专利,pH值等于3.5的磷酸加入氨水,生成磷酸铵,测pH值等于5.5。然后真空浓缩,使液体浓缩到三分之一,加入磷酸稀释,使浓浆变为水样清液,pH值等于1.0-2.0,提高料浆的含量,加强料浆的流动性,然后真空浓缩将此清液加温80-100℃进行蒸发,使其含水量蒸发到百分之五后,加入碳铵或液氨,生成磷酸二铵。测pH值达到6.5-7.0,然后再进入造粒机进行造粒和干燥处理,即生产出成品——磷酸二铵。
磷酸二铵生产的方法,在生产过程中,磷酸加氨水生成磷酸铵,测pH值等于5.5。真空浓缩,然后加入磷酸稀释,加温蒸发,加入碳铵或液氨,使pH值达到6.5-7.0,生成磷酸二铵,其反应式是:
H3PO4+NH3·H2O=(NH4)3PO4+3H2O
2(NH4)3PO4+H3PO4=3(NH4)2HPO4
H3PO4+2NH4HCO3=(NH4)2HPO4+2H2O+2CO2
本产品经河南省化工产品质量监督检验站测定,其含量达到:磷=49%,氮=17%,且稳定性好,保存时间长,在常温下存放,不挥发、无流失,有可靠的质量保证。

1、磷酸二铵的生产方法,磷酸加氨水生成磷酸铵,测pH值等于5.5,真空浓缩,加入磷酸稀释,测pH值等于1.0-2.0,然后真空浓缩,加温蒸发,加入碳铵或液氨,使pH值达到6.5-70,生成磷酸二铵,
其反应是:
H3PO4+3NH3·H2O=(NH4)3PO4+3H2O
2(NH4)3PO4+H3PO4=3(NH4)2HPO4
2NH4HCO3+H3PO4=(NH4)2HPO4+2H2O+2CO2。
