Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种除草混合物,包含如下组分:
A)选自如下的3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物:4-[2-氯-3-(3-甲基异唑-5-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑、4-[2-甲基-3-(3-甲基异唑-5-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑和4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑,或其环境上相容的盐之一;
B)安全有效量的喹氧乙酸或其环境上相容的盐、酰胺、酯和水合物;和若需要的话,
C)至少一种选自如下的除草化合物:乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂(ACC)、乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂(ALS)、酰胺、植物生长素除草剂、植物生长素输送抑制剂、类胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂、烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶抑制剂(EPSPS)、谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂、脂类生物合成抑制剂、有丝分裂抑制剂、原卟啉原IX氧化酶抑制剂、光合作用抑制剂、增效剂、生长物质、细胞壁生物合成抑制剂和各种其他除草剂。
本发明进一步涉及包含除草活性有效量的上述除草混合物和至少一种惰性液体和/或固体载体以及若需要的话,至少一种表面活性剂的除草组合物。
此外,本发明涉及制备这些组合物的方法以及在作物中选择性防治不希望的植物的方法。
在作物保护产品中,总是希望增加除草剂或除草混合物在作物中的选择性。本发明的目的是增加除草活性的A组的3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物或包含它们的除草混合物在作物中的选择性,同时保持活性成分的活性和对杂草的作用的可靠性。
我们发现该目的由开头所定义的混合物实现。我们还发现了包含这些混合物的除草组合物、其制备方法以及在作物中防治不希望的植物的方法。在后面的情形中,组分A)、B)和需要的话C)的除草活性化合物是否联合或单独配制和施用以及在单独施用的情况下它们的施用顺序并不重要。
合适的组分C)是作为乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂(ACC)的例如环己烯酮肟醚类、苯氧基苯氧基丙酸酯类或芳基氨基丙酸类。乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂(ALS)尤其包括咪唑啉酮类、嘧啶基醚类、磺酰胺类或磺酰脲类。相关的植物生长素除草剂尤其是吡啶羧酸类、2,4-滴或草除灵。所用脂类生物合成抑制剂尤其是N-酰苯胺类、氯代乙酰苯胺类、硫脲类、呋草黄或氟草磺胺。合适的有丝分裂抑制剂尤其是氨基甲酸酯类、二硝基苯胺类、吡啶类、草胺磷、敌草索(DCPA)或抑芽丹。原卟啉原IX氧化酶抑制剂的实例尤其是二苯醚类、二唑类、环状二酰亚胺类或吡唑类。合适的光合作用抑制剂尤其是敌稗、达草止、pyridafol、苯并噻二嗪酮类、二硝基苯酚类、联吡啶(dipyridylene)类、脲类、苯酚类、杀草敏、三嗪类、三嗪酮类、尿嘧啶类或双氨基甲酸酯类。增效剂尤其是环氧乙烷类。合适的生长物质的实例是芳氧基链烷酸类、苯甲酸类或喹啉羧酸类。“各种其他除草剂”应理解为尤其指如下类别的活性成分:二氯丙酸类、二氢苯并呋喃类、苯基乙酸类以及其作用机理尚未(完全)了解的下述各种除草剂。
其他合适的组分C)是选自如下的活性化合物:酰胺、植物生长素输送抑制剂、类胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂、烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶抑制剂(EPSPS)、谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂和细胞壁合成抑制剂。
根据本发明可以与A组的3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物和B组的安全剂组合使用的除草剂(组分C)的实例尤其是:

活性成分各自的作用机理的归属基于现有知识。若几种作用机理适用于一种活性成分,则该物质仅归属于一种作用模式。
组分A)、B)和若需要的话C)的化合物可以其环境上相容的盐、酰胺、酯和水合物的形式存在。
合适的盐、酯、酰胺和水合物通常是不会不利地影响活性成分的除草作用或安全性的那些。
合适的阳离子尤其是碱金属,优选锂、钠和钾的离子;碱土金属,优选钙和镁的离子;过渡金属,优选锰、铜、锌和铁的离子;以及铵离子,此时需要的话1-4个氢原子可以被C1-C4烷基、羟基-C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基-C1-C4烷基、羟基-C1-C4烷氧基-C1-C4烷基、苯基或苄基代替,优选铵、异丙基铵、二甲基铵、二异丙基铵、四甲基铵、四丁基铵、2-(2-羟基乙-1-氧基)乙-1-基铵、二(2-羟基乙-1-基)铵、三甲基苄基铵,此外还有鏻离子,锍离子,优选三(C1-C4烷基)锍和氧化锍离子,优选三(C1-C4烷基)氧化锍。
合适的酸加成盐的阴离子主要是氯、溴、氟、硫酸氢根、硫酸根、磷酸二氢根、磷酸氢根、硝酸根、碳酸氢根、碳酸根、六氟硅酸根、六氟磷酸根、苯甲酸根和C1-C4链烷酸的阴离子,优选甲酸根、乙酸根、丙酸根和丁酸根。
合适的酯是烷基-、烷氧基烷基-、烯丙基-、炔丙基-和氧杂环丁烷-3-基酯,优选C1-C10酯,例如甲基-、乙基-、丙基-、异丙基-、丁基-、异丁基-、戊基-、异庚基(mexyl)(=1-甲基己基)-或异辛基(=2-乙基己基)酯,C1-C4烷氧基乙基酯,例如甲氧基乙基-、乙氧基乙基-或丁氧基乙基酯,烯丙基酯,炔丙基酯和氧杂环丁烷-3-基酯。
合适的酰胺是“酰胺”本身、烷基酰胺和二烷基酰胺以及N-酰苯胺,优选C1-C4烷基酰胺,例如甲基酰胺或乙基酰胺,二(C1-C4烷基)酰胺,例如二甲基酰胺或二乙基酰胺,或N-酰苯胺,优选N-酰苯胺本身或2-氯-N-酰苯胺。
组分A)、B)和需要的话C)的化合物及其盐、酯、酰胺和水合物也可以其互变异构体形式和/或纯对映体形式以及还以外消旋体或非对映异构体混合物存在。
对于在作物中的除草作用的安全性而言优选的除草混合物是那些包含作为组分A)的4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑或其环境上相容的盐之一的本发明混合物。

本发明的混合物或包含它们的除草组合物例如可以通过喷雾、雾化、撒粉、撒播或浇灌以直接可喷水溶液、粉末、悬浮液、高度浓缩的水性、油性或其它悬浮液或分散体、乳液、油分散体、糊、粉剂、撒播用材料或颗粒形式施用。
施用形式取决于意欲的目的;在任何情况下都应确保本发明的活性成分尽可能最精细地分布。
合适的惰性助剂是中沸点到高沸点的矿物油馏分如煤油和柴油,此外还有煤焦油和植物或动物来源的油,脂族、环状和芳族烃如石蜡、四氢化萘、烷基化萘及其衍生物、烷基化苯及其衍生物,醇类如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇和环己醇,酮类如环己酮,强极性溶剂如N-甲基吡咯烷酮和水。
含水使用形式可通过添加水由乳油、悬浮液、糊、可湿性粉剂或水分散性颗粒制备。为了制备乳液、糊或油分散体,可将物质通过湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂直接或溶于油或溶剂之后在水中均化。然而,也可制备由活性物质、湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂和若合适的话溶剂或油组成的浓缩物,并且这些浓缩物适于用水稀释。

粉末、撒播用材料和粉剂可通过将协同增效除草混合物或单独的活性成分与固体载体混合或同时研磨而制备。
可通过将活性成分与固体载体粘附而制备颗粒,如包膜颗粒、浸渍颗粒和均相颗粒。固体载体为矿土,例如硅石、硅胶、硅酸盐、滑石、高岭土、石灰石、石灰、白垩、红玄武土、黄土、粘土、白云石、硅藻土、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、氧化镁、磨碎的合成材料,肥料如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、尿素,植物来源的产物如谷粉、树皮粉、木粉和坚果壳粉,纤维素粉或其它固体载体。
本发明混合物在即用产品中的浓度可在宽范围内变化。通常而言,配制剂包含0.01-95重量%、优选0.5-90重量%的本发明混合物。
组分A)、B)和需要的话,C)可以联合配制,但也可单独配制,和/或联合或单独施用于植物、其环境和/或种子上。优选同时施用活性成分。然而,也可以单独施用它们。
B)组化合物也可以用于渗透作物的种子(浸种)或可以在播种之前掺入种子犁沟中。然后与B)组化合物分开地施用A)组和需要的话,C)组的其他化合物。

此外,可能有利的是将本发明的除草组合物与额外的其他作物保护剂联合或单独施用,例如与用于防治植物病原性真菌或细菌的农药或试剂联合或单独施用。还有利的是与用于治疗营养和痕量元素缺乏症的无机盐溶液混合。也可以加入非植物毒性油和油浓缩物。
本发明混合物和除草组合物可以在出苗前或出苗后施用。若活性成分不能被某些作物良好耐受,则可使用其中借助喷雾设备喷雾除草组合物的施用技术,以使它们尽可能不接触敏感性作物的叶子,同时达到生长在下面的不希望的植物的叶子或达到裸露的土壤(后定向,最后耕作程序)。
在出苗后处理植物的情况下,本发明的除草组合物优选通过叶面施用而施用。施用例如可以通过以水作为载体的常规喷雾技术进行,其中喷雾混合物的量为约100-1000L/ha。组合物还可以通过所谓的“低容量”和“超低容量”方法施用或以所谓的颗粒形式施用。

应用实施例
本发明的混合物在出苗前或出苗后施用(叶面处理)。组分B)和组分C)的除草化合物以它们以市售产品存在于其中的配制剂施用。
组分A)、B)和若需要的话,C)的除草活性化合物依次或联合以乳液、水溶液或悬浮液形式施用,在联合施用情况下有时以桶混物形式且有时以现混物施用,其中载体为水(300-400L/ha)。在大田试验情况下,借助可移动喷雾器进行施用。
试验周期长达3-8周且还在随后的时间点观察植物丛。
除草组合物的损害与未处理对照样地相比以0-100%的范围进行评价。0表示没有损害且100表示植物完全损害。
下列实施例说明可以根据本发明使用的除草组合物的作用,但不排除其他使用可能性。
本发明的除草混合物与单独使用时的各组分相比显示出较低的损害。
例如出苗后施用50g/ha 4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑以优异的方式防治不希望的植物如野燕麦、狗尾草和马齿苋,但在春小麦以及硬粒小麦中引起损害。
然而出苗后施用50g/ha 4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑和30g/ha喹氧乙酸异庚酯令人信服地降低了在作物中的损害,而未降低对不希望的植物的防治。
在25g/ha 4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑和30g/ha喹氧乙酸异庚酯的施用率下在出苗后条件下在春大麦中得到类似结果。
Claims (13)
1.一种除草混合物,包含如下组分:
A)选自如下的3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物:4-[2-氯-3-(3-甲基异唑-5-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑、4-[2-甲基-3-(3-甲基异唑-5-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑和4-[2-甲基-3-(4,5-二氢异唑-3-基)-4-甲基磺酰基苯甲酰基]-1-甲基-5-羟基-1H-吡唑,或其环境上相容的盐之一;
B)安全有效量的喹氧乙酸或其环境上相容的盐、酰胺、酯和水合物;和若需要的话,
C)至少一种选自如下的除草化合物:乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂(ACC)、乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂(ALS)、酰胺、植物生长素除草剂、植物生长素输送抑制剂、类胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂、烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶抑制剂(EPSPS)、谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂、脂类生物合成抑制剂、有丝分裂抑制剂、原卟啉原IX氧化酶抑制剂、光合作用抑制剂、增效剂、生长物质、细胞壁生物合成抑制剂和各种其他除草剂,
其中A)组和B)组化合物的比例为1∶0.002-1∶800。
2.如权利要求1所要求的除草混合物,包含作为组分C)的至少一种选自如下的除草化合物或其环境上相容的盐,
C1乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂(ACC):
-环己烯酮肟醚,如枯杀达、烯草酮、环己烯草酮、噻草酮、稀禾定、肟草酮、丁氧环酮、clefoxydim或醌肟草;
-苯氧基苯氧基丙酸酯,如炔草酯、cyhalofop-butyl、氯甲草、唑禾草灵、高唑禾草灵、噻唑禾草灵、吡氟禾草灵、精吡氟禾草灵、吡氟氯禾灵(haloxyfop-ethoxyethyl)、吡氟氯禾灵(haloxyfop-methyl)、精吡氟氯禾灵、恶草醚、喔草酯、喹禾灵、精喹禾灵或喹禾灵(四氢糠基酯);或
-芳基氨基丙酸,如甲氟燕灵或氟燕灵;
C2乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂(ALS):
-咪唑啉酮,如灭草烟、灭草喹、咪草酯(imazame)、咪草啶酸、甲基咪草烟或咪草烟;
-嘧啶基醚,如嘧硫苯甲酸、嘧硫苯甲酸钠、双嘧苯甲酸钠、肟啶草或嘧苯草肟;
-磺酰胺,如florasulam、氟唑啶草或唑草磺胺;或
-磺酰脲,如磺氨黄隆、四唑黄隆、苄嘧黄隆、氯嘧黄隆、绿黄隆、醚黄隆、环丙黄隆、胺苯黄隆、乙氧嘧黄隆、啶嘧黄隆、吡氯黄隆、啶咪黄隆、甲黄隆、烟黄隆、氟嘧黄隆、氟丙黄隆、吡嘧黄隆、玉嘧黄隆、嘧黄隆、噻黄隆、醚苯黄隆、苯黄隆、氟胺黄隆、tritosulfuron、乙黄黄隆、foramsulfuron或碘黄隆;
C3酰胺:
-草毒死(CDAA)、新燕灵、溴丁酰草胺、草克乐、草乃敌、乙苯酰草(benzchlomet)、噻唑草酰胺、膦铵素或杀草利;
C4植物生长素除草剂:
-吡啶羧酸,如二氯皮考啉酸或毒莠定;或
-2,4-滴或草除灵;
C5植物生长素输送抑制剂:
-抑草生或二氟吡隆;
C6类胡萝卜素生物合成抑制剂:
-吡草酮、广灭灵(异恶草酮)、吡氟草胺、氟咯草酮、氟草同、吡唑特、苄草唑、异氟草、isoxachlortole、硝磺酮、磺草酮(chlormesulone)、ketospiradox、呋草酮、达草灭或杀草强;
C7烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸合成酶抑制剂(EPSPS):
-草甘膦或草硫膦;
C8谷氨酰胺合成酶抑制剂:
-双丙氨酰膦(bialaphos)或草铵膦;
C9脂类生物合成抑制剂:
-N-酰苯胺,如莎稗磷或苯噻草胺;

-二硝基苯胺,如氟草胺、地乐胺、敌乐胺、丁氟消草、氟消草、黄草消、胺硝草、氨基丙氟灵或氟乐灵;
-吡啶,如氟硫草定或噻氟啶草;或
-草胺磷、敌草索(DCPA)或抑芽丹;
C11原卟啉原IX氧化酶抑制剂:
-二苯基醚,如氟锁草醚、氟锁草醚(acifluorfen-sodium)、苯草醚、治草醚、草枯醚(CNP)、ethoxyfen、消草醚、乙羧氟草醚、氟黄胺草醚、氟呋草醚、乳氟禾草灵、除草醚、硝氟草醚或氟硝草醚;
-二唑,如炔丙唑草或恶草灵;
-环状二酰亚胺,如唑啶炔草、butafenacil、氟酮唑草、cinidon-ethyl、酰亚胺苯氧乙酸戊酯、氟嗪酮、flumipropyn、flupropacil、达草氟、磺胺草唑或噻二唑胺;或

C9-噻吩草胺、S-噻吩草胺、乙草胺、吡草胺、异丙甲草胺或S-异丙甲草胺;

6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所要求的除草混合物,包含作为组分B)的游离喹氧乙酸、喹氧乙酸异庚酯或喹氧乙酸异庚酯×n水合物(n=2-6)。
7.如权利要求1、5和6中任一项所要求的除草混合物,包含作为活性成分的仅一种3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物(组分A)和一种安全剂(组分B)。
8.如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的除草混合物,包含作为活性成分的仅一种3-杂环基取代的苯甲酰基衍生物(组分A)、一种安全剂(组分B)和一种C)组的化合物(组分C)。
9.如权利要求1-7任一项所要求的除草混合物,其中A)组和C)组化合物的比例为1∶0.001-1∶500。
10.一种除草组合物,包含除草活性量的如权利要求1-9中任一项所要求的安全化除草混合物、至少一种惰性液体和/或固体载体和需要的话至少一种表面活性剂。
11.一种制备如权利要求10所要求的除草组合物的方法,其中将A)组、B)组、需要的话C)组的化合物、至少一种惰性液体和/或固体载体和需要的话至少一种表面活性剂混合。
12.一种防治不希望的植物的方法,包括在不希望的植物出苗前或出苗后施用如权利要求1-9中任一项所要求的协同增效除草混合物,其中可以同时或依次施用A)组、B)组和需要的话C)组的活性化合物。
13.如权利要求12所要求的防治不希望的植物的方法,其中处理作物植株和不希望的植物的叶子。
