技术领域  本发明涉及电力系统和电气化铁道中所用的绝缘子。
背景技术  在电力系统中,发电机、变压器、绝缘子是主要的三大件。其中发电机、变压器都可以实现在线检测,只有绝缘子不能实现在线检测。因绝缘子由绝缘件,机械固定用的金属附件以及胶装绝缘件和金属附件的胶合剂组成。绝缘件的材料有电瓷、玻璃和某些高分子材料和复合材料,其中没有供在线检测的电器元件。
绝缘子的作用是将电位不同的导电体在机械上相互连接,仅承受电负荷和机械负荷的功能,在电气上则相互绝缘。绝缘子按用途可分为线路绝缘子、变电所绝缘子以及套管;按绝缘件材料可分为由电瓷、玻璃或有机材料制作的绝缘子。
绝缘子在运行中还存在电场分布极不均匀的问题。
发明内容  本发明的目的是针对上述现状,设计一种不仅能承受电负荷和机械负荷,还具有电场分布均匀、闪络电压高、能够进行在线监测、具有智能等功能的绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子。
本发明目的的实现方式为:绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,在绝缘件中埋设有磁性体,其特征在于在绝缘件中还埋设有导体或电子元件。
本发明有以下优点:
(1)在绝缘件中埋设导体,改善了传统结构绝缘子的电场极不均匀的问题;
(2)在绝缘件中埋设磁性体,可以改善带电粒子的运动方向,提高绝缘子的闪络电压;
(3)在绝缘件中埋设电子元件,如传感器,可以使绝缘子具有智能,可以对绝缘子进行在线监测。

具体实施方式  本发明是在绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件。绝缘件包括有电瓷、玻璃和某些高分子材料和复合材料制成的绝缘子。
参照图1、2,在复合绝缘子的芯棒1中埋设有电子元件2,电子元件包括传感器,由于有传感器等电子元件,既可实现绝缘子的在线检测。在复合绝缘子的伞裙3中埋设有导体或磁性体4。

1、绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,在绝缘件中埋设有磁性体,其特征在于在绝缘件中还埋设有导体或电子元件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,其特征在于在复合绝缘子的芯棒(1)中埋设有电子元件(2)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,其特征在于电子元件(2)包括传感器。
4、根据权利要求1所述的绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,其特征在于在复合绝缘子的伞裙(3)中埋设有导体。
5、根据权利要求1所述的绝缘件中埋设有导体或磁性体或电子元件的绝缘子,其特征在于绝缘子包括有电瓷、玻璃和某些高分子材料和复合材料制成的绝缘子。
