Abstract

一种展览架用连接锁,由锁壳1、锁板2、偏心锁轮3构成,连接锁由锁板2、偏心锁轮3、锁壳1组合而成,锁板2上有二条不等宽长槽,从而使锁板2前部形成三个不等宽的三个板舌。板舌前部弯曲成弯钩21,22,23,相邻弯钩的弯曲方向相反。锁板2后端弯曲成U形半环26,环端面261是平面,三个板舌上的斜面231、211、221与锁壳1前方的斜承面131、121、111构成支承结构,锁板2上的止位齿27与偏心锁轮3的偏心凸轮332构成止位结构。

Description

展览架用连接锁
                      技术领域
本发明涉及一种展览架用连接锁。用于展览支架之间的连接。
                      背景技术
展览会上用的展览支架是由横梁与立柱通过连接锁,将横梁与立柱连接固定,构成稳定的框架式展览支架。中国专利ZL99113438、9是本申请人提出的连接锁,图1是该连接锁的组合结构图,图2、3是锁板的形状结构图,图4是锁壳的形状结构图。由图可以看出,连接锁由锁板2、偏心锁轮3、锁壳1组合而成。锁板2插入锁壳1内,偏心锁轮3,当锁板2插入锁壳1后,再插入锁壳1带圆弧151的孔15(图4中的面侧)经锁板2的孔5,进入锁壳1的孔53内(图4中的底侧),旋转后形成固定结构。图2是该连接锁的锁板2形状结构图。从图可见:锁板上有二条不等宽长槽,长槽有不等宽的三段41,42,43,从而使锁板前部形成三个不等宽的三个板舌。板舌前部弯曲成弯钩21,22,23,相邻弯钩的弯曲方向相反。锁板2后端弯曲成U形半环26,环端面261是平面。旋转偏心锁轮3,偏心锁轮上大凸轮361推压该平面,使锁板2向后移动,使三个板舌上的斜面231、211、221沿锁壳1前方的斜承面131、121、111后移,这样、锁板前方的三个弯钩向相反方向张开,这样,固定在横梁中的连接锁,便锁定在立柱型材内,从而形成稳定的固定的框架式展览支架。锁板移动的止位,由偏心锁轮前部的小止位凸轮362,压在锁板2的孔槽5的侧壁完成。这种结构的连接锁有很好的使用性,已被广泛使用。但由于偏心锁轮3有二个凸轮361与362,增加了制作难度,去除小止位凸轮362,又必须改变止位结构。这就是一个技术难点。
                    发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术难点,设计出一种新的连接锁,对原有的连接锁加以改进。改进之处是:改变锁板、与偏心锁轮的形状与结构,便于简化结构、降低成本,便于用户使用。
本发明的技术方案是:一种展览架用连接锁,由锁壳1、锁板2、偏心锁轮3构成,锁板2插入锁壳1内,偏心锁轮3,当锁板2插入锁壳1后,再插入锁壳1带圆弧151的孔15,经锁板2的孔55,进入锁壳1的孔53内,锁板上有二条不等宽长槽,长槽有不等宽的三段41,42,43,从而使锁板前部形成三个不等宽的三个板舌,板舌前部弯曲成弯钩21,22,23,相邻弯钩的弯曲方向相反,锁板2后端弯曲成U形半环26,环端面261是平面,三个板舌上有斜面231、211、221,锁壳1前方有斜承面支撑块131、121、111,其特征是:锁板2上有止位齿27,偏心锁轮3上有全圆弧形的偏心凸轮332,偏心凸轮332与止位齿27构成止位结构。
偏心锁轮3有大轴333,小轴331,大轴333表面上有便于用专用工具旋转偏心锁轮3的梅花形孔334。
使用时,用专用工具逆时针方向旋转偏心锁轮3,旋转至止位齿27时,便不能再旋转,同时,偏心锁轮3上的凸轮332推压锁板2上的平面261,使锁板2向后移动,三个板舌上的斜面231、211、221沿锁壳1前方的斜承面131、121、111后移,这样、锁板前方的三个弯钩向相反方向张开,固定在横梁中的连接锁,便锁定在立柱型材内,将横梁与立柱锁定,从而形成稳定的固定的框架式展览支架。
由于采用上述改进,简化了板舌及偏心锁轮的结构,改变了止位结构;进一步简化连接锁的结构及工艺,节省成本,适用性更大。

在图4-图11中:1是锁壳;2是锁板;3是偏心锁轮;锁板2插入锁壳1内;偏心锁轮3当锁板2插入锁壳1后,再插入锁壳1的孔15、经锁板2的孔55进入锁壳1的孔53内;41、42,43是三段不等宽的长槽;21、22、23是锁板板舌前部弯曲成的弯钩,其中21、23弯钩的弯曲方向相同、22则与之相反;211、221、231是弯钩与板舌之间的过渡斜面部分551是锁板2上孔55的凸缘;16是锁壳1侧面上的矩形孔;17是锁壳1底侧内表面上的凸缘条;111、121、131是支撑弯钩过渡斜面211、221、231的斜承面支撑块;15是锁壳上表面带圆弧151的孔,偏心锁轮3由此插入;53是锁壳1下侧面的小圆孔,与偏心锁轮的小轴331配合,146是锁壳1上表面的矩形孔;24是锁板2上的弹性撑杆,241是弹性撑杆与锁壳1下侧内表面上141的接触处,27是锁板2上的止位齿,它与偏心凸轮332组成止位结构,28是是锁板2上的阻挡齿,331是偏心锁轮3的小轴,经锁板上孔55插在锁壳1下侧面的小圆孔53内;332是全圆弧形偏心凸轮,偏心凸轮332位于锁板2的孔55上,与止位齿27构成止位结构;333是偏心锁轮的头部大轴,与锁壳上侧面圆弧151配合,在偏心锁轮头部大轴333的表面上有便于锁定与开启的梅花形锁孔334。
              具体实施方式
本发明的技术方案是:一种展览架用连接锁,由锁壳1、锁板2、偏心锁轮3构成,锁板2插入锁壳1内,偏心锁轮3,当锁板2插入锁壳1后,再插入锁壳1带圆弧151的孔15,经锁板2的孔55,进入锁壳1的孔53内,锁板上有二条不等宽长槽,长槽有不等宽的三段41,42,43,从而使锁板前部形成三个不等宽的三个板舌。板舌前部弯曲成弯钩21,22,23,相邻弯钩的弯曲方向相反。锁板2后端弯曲成U形半环26,环端面261是平面,三个板舌上有斜面231、211、221,锁壳1前方有斜承面支撑块131、121、111,其特征是:锁板2上有止位齿27,偏心锁轮3上的偏心凸轮332与止位齿27构成止位结构。逆时针方向旋转偏心锁轮3时,到止位齿27时,即不能再继续旋转(图4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11)。
锁板2上有阻挡齿28。阻挡齿28起着阻止偏心凸轮332顺时针方向旋转的作用。锁板2的孔55上有凸缘551(图7、8)。
锁壳1上表面有矩形孔146,锁壳1上侧面有矩形孔16,锁壳1底侧内表面上有凸缘条17(图4、5)。
偏心锁轮3有大轴333,小轴331。大轴333表面上有便于用专用工具旋转偏心锁轮3的梅花形孔334(图9、10、11)。
使用时,用专用工具逆时针方向旋转偏心锁轮3至止位齿27时,便不能再旋转,同时,偏心凸轮332,推压锁板2后端的环端面261,使锁板2后移,锁板2前部的三弯钩21,22,23分别沿斜承面131、121、111张开,连接锁即锁定在立柱内。

Claims (6)

1、一种展览架用连接锁,所述连接锁由锁壳(1)、锁板(2)、偏心锁轮(3)构成;将锁板(2)插入锁壳(1)内,再将偏心锁轮(3)插入锁壳(1)带圆弧(151)的孔(15),经锁板(2)的孔(55),进入锁壳(1)的孔(53)内;锁板上有二条不等宽长槽,长槽有不等宽的三段(41,42,43),从而使锁板前部形成三个不等宽的三个板舌;每个板舌前部分别弯曲成弯钩(21,22,23),相邻弯钩的弯曲方向相反;锁板(2)后端弯曲成U形半环(26),U形半环(26)的环端面(261)是平面,每个板舌在靠近弯钩的地方设有斜面(231、211、221),锁壳(1)前方有斜承面(131、121、111),偏心锁轮(3)上的偏心凸轮(332)通过推压U形半环(26)的环端面(261)使锁板(2)后移,其特征是:所述偏心凸轮(332)与锁板上的止位齿(27)构成止位结构。
2、由权利要求1所述的连接锁,其特征是:锁板(2)上有阻挡齿(28)。
3、由权利要求1或2所述的连接锁,其特征是:锁壳(1)上表面有矩形孔(146)。
4、由权利要求1或2所述的连接锁,其特征是:锁壳(1)上侧面有矩形孔(16)。
5、由权利要求1或2所述的连接锁,其特征是:锁壳(1)底侧内表面上有凸缘条(17)。
6、由权利要求1或2所述的连接锁,其特征是:锁板(2)的孔(55)上有凸缘(551)。
