Abstract

Description

正如通常所知,用于剪指甲和/或表皮的钳子通常是通过安装两个对称的金属部分来制成的,两个对称的金属部分在一个共同的中间点铰接起来,每个金属部分具有抓握区域和设置有剪切刃的末端。
另一种更先进的钳子包括构成该工具的两个主要部分,这两个主要部分不完全是金属的,在每个柄上预先考虑是一个通过材料注塑获得的部分,它在其内部安放着一个插入部,该插入部与对应的剪切刃所在的前部末端相对应。

根据附图所示,这里所说明的引入钳子的建设性配置的特征在于,预先考虑钳子2的抓握柄1特别地通过注塑制成,这使得抓握柄是一个具有双组分类型的结构3。

Claims (1)
1、一种引入钳子中的建设性配置,这类钳子可用于剪指甲和/或表皮,其特征在于,钳子(2)的抓握柄(1)特地是通过注塑制成,它显示出一个双组分类型的结构(3);所述抓握柄(1)的结构(3)包括两个区域,一个是优选地由山道戊二烯制成的外部区域(4)和构成钳子的主体(6)并且是由添加30%的玻璃纤维的高阻尼龙制成的另一个内部区域(5);一个铆钉(7)将结合成钳子(2)的主体(6)的这两个部分相互连接起来,其可以由不锈钢制成,或甚至由尼龙制成,并通过过盈配合结合起来;本发明的钳子具有一对弹簧叶片(8),每个弹簧叶片完全插入在结合成主体(6)的对应内部区域(5)的结构中,所述一对弹簧叶片(8)设置成相互相对,以作为已校准的阻碍钳子闭合的装置。
