本发明涉及有可能改变皮肤和/或粘膜的理化性质的化合物在化妆品组合物中、或者在制备药物组合物中，作为防止和/或减少粘膜微生物(特别是细菌)附着药物的应用。
人的皮肤一直繁殖着多种不同微生物(细菌、酵母菌和真菌)。生长的微生物菌群(其对完好皮肤的健康是必要的)，主要组成为葡萄球菌(表皮葡萄球菌和人葡萄球菌)，棒状杆菌，丙酸菌属(其为革兰氏阳性菌，如丙酸菌痤疮)，以及主要由Pytosporum ovale组成的真菌菌群。

这些多种添加剂的用量在本领域常规使用的范围。
当然，本领域熟练技术人员将会仔细选择可能的化合物加入按照本发明的组合物中，使按照本发明组合物的固有优点不改变或基本上不改变(因为加入这些化合物)。
作为溶剂，值得一提的例如有亲水性有机溶剂，例如直链或支链的具有1-8个碳原子的一元醇，如乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丙醇、异丁醇；具有6-80个环氧乙烷的聚乙二醇，多元醇如丙二醇、异戊二烯乙二醇、丁二醇、丙三醇；一或二烷基异山梨醇，其烷基具有1-5个碳原子，如二甲基异山梨醇；乙二醇醚如二乙二醇一甲基或一乙基醚，和丙二醇的醚如二丙二醇甲基醚。
有机溶剂可以占组合物总重量的5-98％。
用于本发明的组合物的流动性可以更大或更小的流体，可以具有白色或彩色外观乳剂，油膏，乳剂，洗剂，浆液，糊剂，泡沫剂和固体。
它们可以任意以气溶胶的形式应用于皮肤。
它们可以以固体形式提供，例如以粘性的形式。
它们可以用作健康护理产品，如用于皮肤或头发的清洁产品，如防晒产品，如化妆品如粉底、口红、染眉毛油、腮红，和/或单一芳香剂产品。
因此，本发明的主题为化妆健康护理、清洁、化妆或芳香剂组合物，它含有至少一种按照本发明的化合物。
对应于实验方案的抗附着测试如下所述：
在细菌附着前，重建表皮与25mg化合物在37℃接触2小时，进行测试。然后向其中加入1ml在胰蛋白胨盐中的浓度为107微生物/ml的金黄色葡萄球菌的细菌混悬液。在37℃下培养24小时后，倒掉细菌混悬液，用1ml无菌蒸馏水进行5次洗涤。从支持物分离的表皮借助食物处理器与18ml胰蛋白胨盐粉碎。将该胰蛋白胨混悬液稀释10倍，然后将1ml稀释液接种到15ml胰酶解酪蛋白大豆琼脂中，将该介质在37℃下培养24小时。然后计数附着和存活细胞。
该抗附着实验可以评价单独分子的效果，也可以评价成品的效果。
在进行抗附着实验前，进行下列存活实验。
细菌/测试产品混合物以与抗附着实验相同的比例在37℃下接触24小时。对于某些化合物，该测试可以要求在搅拌下培养，以避免由于缺少氧气而死亡。通过胰蛋白胨盐的10倍稀释液计数微生物，用100μl刮刀接种到胰酶解酪蛋白大豆琼脂中。在37℃下培养24小时后，计数菌落。
在抗附着实验前进行存活实验有可能排除掉测试分子或成品中任何的细菌，以证明只是抗附着活性。
下列实施例为按照本发明的化合物得到的结果，和按照本发明组合物的具体实施方案。
这些实施例只是为了解释本发明，而绝不是为了限定本发明的特征。
按照本发明使用的化合物的实施例
这里列出的化合物得到的结果是应用上面详细描述的实验方案得到的。
下表列出了化合物在前述定义条件下用化合物处理后附着到重建皮肤上的金黄色葡萄球菌平均生存数的十进制对数值，与在同样条件下用水处理后附着到重建皮肤上的金黄色葡萄球菌平均生存数的十进制对数值相比的减少。可可两性二醋酸二钠                          1.34氧乙烯化的甘油基可可酯(7EO)                 1.41蓖麻单乙醇酰胺单磺基丁二酸盐                3.84(5％活性成分测试)氧乙烯化(600E)氢化蓖麻三甘油酯，            0.8Nikko销售的商品名为NIKKOL HCO-60的产品(10％活性成分测试)泊洛沙姆407：氧化乙烯和氧化丙烯的嵌段共     0.81聚物，(98 EO/67 PO/98 EO)(MW:12000)UNIQEMA销售的商品名为SYNPERONICPE/F 127的产品聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/Laureth-7,        1.43(1％活性成分测试)SEPPIC销售的商品名为SEPIGEL 305的产品支链C12-C13二醇的酒石酸酯                 2.31杏仁石油                                    0.81二辛基己二酸酯                              0.90

用上述组合物处理后，在上述测试限定的条件下，用化合物处理后附着到重建皮肤上的金黄色葡萄球菌平均生存数的十进制对数值比在同样条件下用水处理后附着到重建皮肤上的金黄色葡萄球菌平均生存数的十进制对数值减少3.96。

Claims (13)

1．有效量的至少一种不含有碳水化合物单元的化合物在化妆品中或者在制备药物组合物中作为活性成分的应用，所述化合物改变了皮肤和/或粘膜表面的理化性质，以防止或减少微生物在皮肤和/或粘膜的附着，选择所述化合物，使附着到重建表皮的生存细菌平均数的十进制对数，在将所述表皮与测试化合物在37℃下接触2小时进行测试后，至少为0.3，小于用水在同样条件下测定得到的结果。
2．按照权利要求1的有效量的至少一种化合物在化妆品中或者在制备药物组合物中作为活性成分的应用，其特征在于附着到重建表皮的生存细菌平均数的十进制对数，在将所述表皮与测试化合物在37℃下接触2小时进行测试后，至少为0.5，小于用水在同样条件下测定得到的结果。
3．按照权利要求1和2任何一个的有效量的至少一种化合物在化妆品中或者在制备药物组合物中作为活性成分的应用，其特征在于附着到重建表皮的生存细菌平均数的十进制对数，在将所述表皮与测试化合物在37℃下接触2小时进行测试后，至少为1，小于用水在同样条件下测定得到的结果。
4．按照权利要求1-3中任何一个的应用，其特征在于所述活性成分选自表面活性剂，聚合物，和在室温下为非固体的脂肪物质。
5．按照权利要求1-4中任何一个的应用，其特征在于所述活性成分选自可可两性二醋酸二钠，氧乙烯化的甘油基可可酯(7EO)，蓖麻单乙醇酰胺单磺基丁二酸盐，含有60个环氧乙烷单元的氧乙烯化氢化蓖麻三甘油酯，泊洛沙姆，聚丙烯酰胺，PEG-20十六烷基琥珀酸酯，芝麻油，八氧甘油基棕榈酸酯，八氧甘油基二十二碳烷酸酯，二辛基己二酸酯，PEC-15硬脂酰基醚，杏仁石油，支链C12-C13二醇的酒石酸酯，和它们的混合物。
6．按照权利要求1-5中任何一个的应用，其特征在于所述活性成分用量范围是组合物总重量的0.1-100％。
7．按照权利要求6的应用，其特征在于所述活性成分用量范围是组合物总重量的0.5-50％。
8．按照权利要求6和7中任何一个的应用，其特征在于所述活性成分用量范围是组合物总重量的1-25％。
9．按照权利要求1-8中任何一个的应用，其特征在于所述组合物提供的形式为洗剂、水凝胶、清液、乳剂或液体载体分散剂。
10．用于治疗与微生物附着相关的化妆治疗方法，它是对皮肤和/或粘膜应用在化妆品可接受的介质中含有至少一种按照权利要求1-5任何一个的化合物的化妆品组合物。
11．通过局部应用至少一种按照权利要求1-5中任何一个所限定的化合物在化妆品组合物中的化妆方面的应用，其用于减少不好的体味，和/或以达到身体卫生健康保健的目的。
12．通过局部应用至少一种按照权利要求1-5中任何一个所限定的化合物在化妆品组合物中的化妆方面的应用，其用于消除粉刺和/或头皮屑。
13．至少一种按照权利要求1-5中任何一个所限定的化合物在制备药物组合物中的应用，通过局部应用以治疗霉菌病和/或痤疮。
