Abstract

回转式空气预热器中的密封装置,包括在每个径向隔板的上、下边和扇形板之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置;在每个径向隔板外缘轴向边和轴向板之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置。该装置为一端固定在径向隔板的上、下边或外缘轴向边上的弧形弹簧板和由合成石墨材料制成的与扇形板和轴向板接触密封的密封滑板。本发明中的密封装置,结构简单,又便于安装维修;它可以完全取代原有的径向密封片或轴向密封片,也可安装在原有的径向密封片或轴向密封片上,采用合成石墨材料制成的密封滑板和耐高温的不锈钢弹簧板材,有效地消除转子因受热变形所产生的径向或轴向间隙;使整个预热器的漏风率控制在3%以下,提高锅炉的热效率。

Description

回转式空气预热器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种回转式空气预热器,具体说是涉及回转式空气预热器中的一种密封装置,属火力发电厂锅炉机组中的热交换设备。
背景技术
回转式空气预热器是利用火力发电厂中燃煤锅炉尾部排出的热烟气加热进入锅炉助燃的冷空气温度的一种热交换装置。该装置是通过装在转子上的大面积传热元件,随着转子的连续地转动,将排出的热烟气的热量和进入的冷空气交替地进行热交换。圆筒形的转子从上到下用隔板沿径向分隔成互不相通的若干个扇形仓,每个扇形仓又被分割成若干段。烟气或空气通过传热元件的缝隙上下流通。因而上下对应地用两个扇形板将整个截面分隔为烟气流通区、空气流通区和密封区三部分,密封区中既不流通烟气,也不流通空气,因而烟气与空气不会相混。但是由于转子与扇形板和外壳之间有间隙,同时由于空气与烟气之间存在相当大的压力差,使回转式空气预热器的漏风问题变得尤为突出。回转式空气预热器漏风大的主要原因是预热器的热变形,引起密封区中间隙过大,即径向密封片与扇形板之间的间隙过大;轴向密封片与圆筒外壳之间的间隙过大。漏风率是衡量回转式空气预热器技术水平的一个重要指标。目前解决漏风问题是预先按计算的热态变形参数,预留热变形间隙,即根据这个参数分别调整安装在径向隔板上的径向或轴向密封片与扇形板或轴向板之间的距离,使得在热态下,密封间隙量最小。但由于预热器的热态变形受到很多因素的影响,这种根据计算的热态变形参数很不准确。显然,预留间隙过大,热态运行中漏风很大;预留间隙过小,又使得动、静部分发生碰撞,影响设备的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能有效地降低预热器的漏风率,提高热交换效率的回转式空气预热器。
本发明回转式空气预热器,包括绕中心轴转动的圆筒状转子,该转子包括与中心轴固定连接的若干个径向隔板所分隔的若干个扇形仓,在转子的直经方向上、下对称地安装4块或6块扇形板;与转子外壳固定连接的2块或3块轴向板分别垂直安装在上、下两扇形板之间;其中在每个径向隔板的上、下边和扇形板之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置;在每个径向隔板外缘轴向边和轴向板之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置。
本发明回转式空气预热器,其中弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置包括一端固定在径向隔板的上、下边或外缘轴向边上的弧形弹簧板,该弹簧板的另一端与凹槽式滑板套底部中心连接固定;滑板套开口端两边设有弯向槽内的折弯边;由合成石墨材料制成的密封滑板两边开有卡槽与滑板套上的折弯边配装;滑板与扇形板或轴向板接触端两边设有倾斜面。
本发明回转式空气预热器,其中滑板与扇形板或轴向板的接触端为圆弧形。
本发明回转式空气预热器中设计的弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置,结构简单,又便于安装和维修;它可以完全取代原有的径向密封片或轴向密封片,也可安装在原有的径向密封片或轴向密封片上,采用合成石墨材料制成的密封滑板和耐高温的不锈钢弹簧板材,有效地消除转子因受热变形所产生的径向或轴向的间隙,而导致漏风增加的缺陷,使预热器的直接漏风大大地减少,只存在携带漏风;整个预热器的漏风率控制在3%以下,提高了锅炉的热效率,具有明显的经济效益。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可见,回转式空气预热器中转子结构中包括绕中心轴9转动的圆筒状转子,该转子由与中心轴9固定连接的若干个径向隔板1所分隔的若干个扇形仓组成,每个扇形仓又分成若干段,扇形仓内装满由金属波纹板制成的传热元件,又称蓄热板,热烟气和冷空气通过传热元件的缝隙上下流通进行热交换。对于三分仓的回转式空气预热器,在转子的直径方向上、下对称地安装各3块扇形板2,在每个径向隔板1的上、下边和扇形板2之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置3;与预热器外壳10固定连接的3块轴向板4分别垂直安装在上、下两扇形板2之间,在每个径向隔板1外缘轴向边和轴向板4之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置3。
由图3或图4可见,本发明的弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置3包括一端固定在径向隔板1上、下边或轴向边的弧形弹簧板5,该弹簧板5的另一端与凹槽式滑板套6底部中心连接固定;滑板套6开口端两边设有弯向槽内的折弯边7;由合成石墨材料制成的密封滑板8两边开有卡槽与滑板套6上的折弯边7配装;滑板8与扇形板2或轴向板4接触端两边设有倾斜面;弹簧板5选用耐高温的弹性不锈钢弯曲成弧形制成。

Claims (3)

1、一种转式空气预热器,包括绕中心轴(9)转动的圆筒状转子,该转子包括与中心轴(9)固定连接的若干个径向隔板(1)所分隔的若干个扇形仓,在转子的直经方向上、下对称地安装4块或6块扇形板(2);与预热器外壳(10)固定连接的2块或3块轴向板(4)分别垂直安装在上、下两扇形板(2)之间;其特征是在所述每个径向隔板(1)的上、下边和所述扇形板(2)之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置(3);在所述每个径向隔板(1)外缘轴向边和所述轴向板(4)之间安装弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的回转式空气预热器,其特征是所述弹簧顶靠滑板自动补偿的接触式密封装置(3)包括一端固定在所述径向隔板(1)的上、下边或外缘轴向边上的弧形弹簧板(5),该弹簧板(5)的另一端与凹槽式滑板套(6)底部中心连接固定;所述滑板套(6)开口端两边设有弯向槽内的折弯边(7);由合成石墨材料制成的密封滑板(8)两边开有卡槽与所述滑板套(6)上的折弯边(7)配装;所述滑板(8)与所述扇形板(2)或所述轴向板(4)接触端两边设有倾斜面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的回转式空气预热器,其特征是所述滑板(8)与所述扇形板(2)或所述轴向板(4)的接触端为圆弧形。
