本发明涉及一种治疗咽喉异感症的中药及其制备方法。据有关医学临床报导，患各种各样咽喉疾病的患者为国内总人数的12%左右，国内目前治疗咽喉炎症的药品多为一种药治多种病，疗效不十分理想，尤其是治疗慢喉喑，咽部异感症，声带肥厚等症的药物几乎慎微；本发明的药物组方中以半夏，胆南星祛风化痰，茯苓甘淡渗湿以培脾，苏梗、厚朴、枳实升降气机为主药，辅以砂仁，槟榔、神曲醒脾和胃，木蝴蝶，引经开郁，佐以蝉衣利咽解痉，合而用之以达气机顺畅，痰去湿化，咽利音复之功效。因而其疗效显著，能更大限度的发挥药物疗效，疗程周期短外，见效快，巩固率高，不易复发，无毒副作用。

一、技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗咽喉异感症状的中药及其制备方法，具体地是以中草药为原料，一种治疗咽喉部疾病如咽部不适，咽部异物感，声带肥厚等症状的一组药物组方，并经过先进设备和工艺制备方法处理加工而成的纯中药制剂。
二、背景技术：
咽喉病为临床常见病、多发病、发病率在全国范围内普遍上升趋势，据资料研究发现由于工业的持续发展，已对城市环境及大气环境造成威胁，工业的持续污染对人类健康造成极大的危害，加之一些地区饮食生活习惯的影响，我国目前咽喉疾病的患病人群不断增加，据有关医学临床报导，患各种各样咽喉疾病的患者为国内总人数的12％左右，发病率之高，将引起医学界及国人的重视。
咽部异感症，慢喉喑，声带肥厚是由于长期发声不当，演唱过妄，强力负重，将息失宜或痰湿内阻、肝郁气滞所致的咽喉常见病，国内目前治疗咽喉炎症的药品虽然有上十种之多，但多为一种药治多种病，疗效不十分理想，尤其是治疗慢喉喑，咽部异感症(中医称梅核气)，声带肥厚等症的药物几呼慎微，西医采取声休或实施手术配合抗生素来控制疾病，但负面疗后影响大，给患者造成痛苦。因此研究疗效确切，标本兼治，辩证施治的系列化中药组方制剂具有重要的现实意义。
三、发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有燥湿化痰，疏肝理气，用于治疗咽部不适，咽部异物症状的中药及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种治疗咽喉异感症状的中药，其特殊之处在于：所述的治疗咽喉疾病异感症状的中药是由下述的重量配比的原料制成的药剂：
茯苓40-60份 法半夏40-60份 枳实40-60份
青皮40-60份 胆南星40-60份 橘红40-60份
砂仁40-60份 豆蔻15-35份 槟榔40-60份
合欢皮40-60份 神曲40-60份 紫苏梗40-60份
生姜6-8份 蝉蜕40-60份 木蝴蝶40-60份
厚朴40-60份
上述的治疗咽喉疾病异感症状的中药是由下述的重量配比的原料制成的药剂：
茯苓50份 法半夏50份 枳实50份
青皮50份 胆南星50份 橘红50份
砂仁50份 豆蔻25份 槟榔50份
合欢皮50份 神曲50份 紫苏梗50份
生姜7.5份 蝉蜕50份 木蝴蝶50份
厚朴50份
上述的药剂是任何一种药剂学上所述的剂型。
上述的剂型为丸剂、片剂或胶囊。
上述的剂型为丸剂的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、将配方中的十六味中药，粉碎成80-120目的细粉，过筛、混合均匀。
(4)、将每100重量份的粉末加35-50重量份的赋型剂；再与适量的纯化水混合搅拌均匀、炼药、出条、制丸、干燥、筛丸、选丸，即制成丸剂。
上述的的赋型剂为炼蜜。
上述的剂型为片剂的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)、将配方中的另十三味药材及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至在温度为85℃时相对密度为1.28-1.32的稠膏与步骤(3)制备的细粉及适量辅料混匀，压制成片，包薄膜衣，即得片剂。
上述的剂型为胶囊的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)、将配方中的另十三味药材及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至在温度为85℃时相对密度为1.28-1.32的稠膏与步骤(3)制备的细粉混匀，干燥，粉碎，制成细小颗粒，装入胶囊，即得。
上述的剂型为颗粒剂的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)、将配方中的另十三味药材及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度为65℃、相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，加乙醇调整含醇量至60％，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.28-1.32的稠膏；
(5)、再将与步骤(3)制备的细粉及135份蔗糖、65份淀粉制粒，即得。
上述的剂型为胶囊的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、将以上十六味药材，加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.18-1.20的浸膏；调整乙醇量达80％，搅拌均匀，静置，回收乙醇，药液浓缩至温度为50℃、相对密度为1.30-1.32的稠膏，减压干燥，粉碎；
(4)、再加入色拉油混匀成45-50％的混悬液，制成软胶囊。
本发明相对于现有技术，具有组方严谨，配伍科学，疗效显著，能更大限度的发挥药物疗效，疗程周期短外，见效快，巩固率高，不易复发，无毒副作用等优点。
四、具体实施例：
本发明的目的是基于中医对各种常见咽部异感症，中医称(梅核气)的发病机理及治疗原则，在临床验方的基础上，经过长期研究，参考现代医学理论及临床经验为依据治疗选用本发明的药物组方。
本发明组方各味药的药性为：
1、茯苓：为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。
性味：甘、淡、平。归心脾，肾经。
性能特点：本品甘淡渗利，性平不偏，并兼补虚。既能渗利水湿，又能健脾宁心、凡水湿，停饮无论寒热或兼否脾虚皆宜。
2、法半夏：为半夏的炮制加工品。
性味：辛，温。归脾、胃、肺经。
性能特点：燥湿化痰。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛。
3、枳实：为芸香料植物酸橙及其栽培变种或甜橙的干燥幼果。
性味：苦、辛、微寒。归脾、胃、大肠经。
性能特点：本品苦泄辛散降下，性微寒而药力较猛，既善于破气除胀，消积导滞，又长于行气消痰以通痞塞，故为治胃肠积滞及痰滞胸痞之要药。
枳实(炒)：是以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，即可。
4、青皮：为芸香料植物橘及其栽培变种的幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。
性味：苦、辛、温。性能特点：具有疏肝破气，散结消滞之功，作用于肝气郁滞之胸胁，乳房胀痛或结块，乳痈，疝气痛等。
青皮(炒)：是以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，即可。
5、胆南星：为制天南星的细粉与牛、羊或猪胆汁经加工而成。
性味：苦、微辛、凉。归肺、肝、脾经。
性能特点：清热化痰，息风定惊，用于痰热咳嗽，咯痰黄稠等症。
6、橘红：为芸香料植物橘及其栽培变种的成熟果皮外层红色部分。
性味：辛、苦、温。性能特点：发表散寒，行气宽中，燥湿化痰。
7、砂仁：为姜科植物阳春砂，海南砂或缩砂和干燥成熟果实。
性味：辛、温。归脾，胃经。
性能特点：本品气芳香而辛散温通，归脾胃经，既善醒脾化湿，行气温中，为治寒湿中阻，脾胃气滞之良药。
8、豆蔻：为姜科植物白豆蔻的干燥成熟果实。
性味：辛、温。归肺，脾、胃经。
性能特点：化湿消痞，行气温中，开胃消食。用于湿浊中阻，不思饮食，湿温初起，胸闷不饥等症。
9、槟榔：为棕榈科植物槟榔的干燥成熟种子。
性味：辛、苦、温。归胃，大肠经。
性能特点：本品辛散苦降温通，归胃与大肠经，善杀虫，药力颇强，兼缓泻，促进杀虫体排出。又能消积，行气，利水等。
10、合欢皮：为豆科植物合欢的干燥树皮。
性味：甘、平。性能特点：解郁安神，活血消肿。
11、神曲：为面粉和其他药物混合后经发酵而成的干燥加工品。
性味：甘、辛、温。
性能特点：消食化积，开胃和中，用于治饮食积滞或脾虚食少，消化不良等。
神曲(炒)：是以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，即可。
12、紫苏梗：为唇形科植物柴苏的干燥茎。
性味：辛、温。归肺，脾经。
性能特点：理气宽中，止痛，安胎。用于胸膈痞闷，胃脘疼痛，嗳气呕吐，胎动不安。
13、生姜：为姜科植物姜的根茎。
性味：辛、微温。归肺、脾经。
性能特点：散风寒而发汗解表，温肺寒而化痰止咳。
14、蝉蜕：为蝉科昆虫黑蚱羽化后的蜕壳。
性味：甘、寒。归肺，肝经。
性能特点：本品甘寒质轻，疏散清透解痉。适用于祛风解痉与明目开音。
15、木蝴蝶：为柴葳科植物木蝴蝶的干燥成熟种子。
性味：苦、甘、凉。归肺、肝、胃经。
性能特点：清肺利咽，疏肝和胃。用于肺热咳嗽，喉痹，音哑，肝胃气痛。
16、厚朴：为木兰科植物厚朴等的干燥干皮，根皮及枝皮。
性味：苦、辛、温。归脾、胃、肺、大肠经。
性能特点：本品既辛散温通，入脾胃大肠经，而畅利气机，为行气消积除胀之要药。此外，还苦降入肺，能下气消痰而平喘，为治咳喘痰多所常用。
厚朴(制)：是用生姜水来制药材。
根据中医临床辩证机理综述，由于“怒则气上”，“思则气结”肺胃之降失常，气滞湿阻，聚湿生痰，或急症迁延。风痰留滞，导致声门气逆壅塞，开合障碍，而发音异常。治疗选用本发明的药物组方，方中以半夏，胆南星祛风化痰，茯苓甘淡渗湿以培脾，苏梗、厚朴、枳实升降气机为主药，辅以砂仁，槟榔、神曲醒脾和胃，木蝴蝶，引经开郁，佐以蝉衣利咽解痉，合而用之以达气机顺畅，痰去湿化，咽利音复之功效。全方16味中草药具有燥湿化痰，疏肝理气功能，其适应用于咽部不适，咽部异物感，声带肥厚等属于痰湿内阻，肝郁气滞型者。
本发明组方由16味中草药成份组成，采用先进的中药加工设备，以严谨的工艺制作，制成便于运输携带方便的纯中药口服制剂。该药从临床疗效上体现了，“标本兼治，辩证施治”的临床用药原则，从特色上突出了中医在临床领域治疗咽部不适，咽部异物感不需西医手术，通过口服给药达到消除，咽部异感，咽炎、喉炎的临床用药目的。
本发明经西安医科大学药理毒理药效学实验证明：该药具有抑菌，抗炎，镇痛作用，对真菌类病原性白色念珠菌也有一定的抑制作用。实验结果表明，该药物对致热疼痛、痛阈有明显的提高作用，各剂量组与水对照组比较，在致痛后30分钟，60分钟痛阈百分率存在显著差异性(P值分别小于0.05-0.001)大剂量组在60分钟后痛阈提高更显著，通过急、慢性毒性实验证明：该药对肝、肾及病理学、血液学检查无明显影响，在灌胃给予小白鼠一周至三周的急性毒性、慢性毒性实验中其LD50在20g/kg以上，来发现任何毒性反应。
综上所述，本发明的理法方药既符合中医对咽部不适，咽部异感症的认识，同时又具有实践经验特色及临床试验基础、还具有现代中药药理实验研究基础，其组方是合理的，该发明研究达到国内同类药物研究科技之领先，填补了国内研究咽部异感症在治疗选用系列中药制剂中的一项空白。
为了更进一步表明本发明对治疗慢喉喑，咽部不适，咽部异感症等临床疗效列举一些临床数据及病例。
本发明经西安市嗓音研究所，西安医科大学附属医院，西安市中医医院等医疗单位403例临床观察，对治疗咽部不适，咽部异物感(梅核气)胸中窒闷兼胁痛、声带肥厚及咽部嘶哑等症。治愈率为30.8％，显效率为34.2％，有效率为26.3％。总有效率为91.3％。为了进一步证实该发明组方的临床效果，经上海第二医科大学附属仁济医院，上海医科大学中国红十字会华山医院，上海长海医院103例。针对咽部不适，咽部异物感，声音嘶哑等症临床观察总有效率为93.5％，说明本发明的组方临床效果稳定。
典型病例：
1、李梅、女、46岁，中国歌剧院，女高音，主诉：一年前患咽喉炎，咽部不适，经诊断，患梅核气，咽部有异物感，发音无力，双侧声带前中1/3处边缘稍见不平，双侧声带边缘粘膜轻度增厚服“本发明”10天，自觉症状减轻，异物感消失，声门闭合良好。
2、拓霞、女、51岁，天津新华书店，干部、主诉：6个月前咽喉不适红肿显影暗红色，时有嗳气，经诊断，患有咽部异物感，咽部粘膜稍显粗糙，双侧声带呈灰白色，边缘粘膜稍肥厚，声门闭合差，服用多种治疗急、慢性咽喉炎的药物效果不佳，改用“本发明”后服用10天，自感异物感受消失，喉像检查同前。

生产丸剂工艺制备方法如下步骤：
将以上十六味，粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，混合均匀，每100重量份的粉末加35-50重量份的赋形剂：炼蜜，再与适量的纯化水混合搅拌均匀，再采用炼药机炼药，出条，制丸，采用微波远红外烘干设备，温度控制在60-80℃干燥，所干燥的丸粒通过标准罗网筛丸，将合格的丸粒即每10粒重1g称得的丸剂装入瓶后，即可。
实施例2：
茯苓 165g 胆南星 165g 砂仁 165g 枳实(炒) 165g
槟榔 165g 法半夏 165g 生姜 24.8g 神曲(炒) 165g
橘红 165g 合欢皮 165g 豆蔻 82.5g 青皮(炒) 165g

生产片剂工艺制备方法如下步骤：
以上十六味，取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各1/2量，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，其余枳实等十三味及上述三味的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.28-1.32(85℃)的稠膏与上述细粉及适量辅料混匀，辅料可采用糊精或淀粉60-80g、硬脂酸镁3g，压制成1000片，包薄膜衣，即得。
实施例3：
茯苓 60g 法半夏 60g 枳实(炒) 60g
青皮(炒) 60g 胆南星 60g 橘红 60g
砂仁 60g 豆蔻 35g 槟榔 60g
合欢皮 60g 神曲(炒) 60g 紫苏梗 60g

生产胶囊工艺制备方法如下步骤：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)、将配方中的另十三味药材及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至在温度为85℃时相对密度为1.28-1.32的稠膏与步骤(3)制备的细粉混匀，干燥，粉碎，制成颗粒，装入胶囊，即得。
实施例3：
茯苓 165g 胆南星 165g 砂仁 165g 枳实(炒) 165g
槟榔 165g 法半夏 165g 生姜 24.8g 神曲(炒) 165g

生产的剂型为颗粒剂的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)、将配方中的另十三味药材及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度为65℃、相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，加乙醇调整含醇量至60％，取上清液，回收乙醇浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.28-1.32的稠膏；
(5)、再将与步骤(3)制备的细粉及400g蔗糖、65g淀粉制粒，即得。
实施例4：
茯苓 165g 胆南星 165g 砂仁 165g 枳实(炒) 165g
槟榔 165g 法半夏 165g 生姜 24.8g 神曲(炒) 165g

生产的剂型为胶囊的制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)、按上述的配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)、将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)、将以上十六味药材，加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.18-1.20的浸膏，调整乙醇量达80％，搅拌均匀，静置，回收乙醇，药液浓缩至温度为50℃、相对密度为1.30-1.32的稠膏，减压干燥，粉碎；
(4)、再加入色拉油混匀成45-50％的混悬液，制成1000粒软胶囊。

1、一种治疗咽喉异感症状的中药的制备方法，所述治疗咽喉异感症状的中药是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的颗粒剂，
茯苓 50份 法半夏 50份 枳实 50份
青皮 50份 胆南星 50份 橘红 50份
砂仁 50份 豆蔻 25份 槟榔 50份
合欢皮 50份 神曲 50份 紫苏梗 50份
生姜 7.5份 蝉蜕 50份 木蝴蝶 50份
厚朴 50份
其特征在于，该制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)按上述配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，
炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)取茯苓、砂仁、胆南星各一半量，粉碎成120-140目细粉，过筛，混匀，备用；
(4)将配方中的另十三味药材及及茯苓、砂仁、胆南星三味药材的剩余量加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度65℃、相对密度为1.15～1.20的浸膏，加乙醇调整含醇量至60％，取上清液；回收乙醇浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.28～1.32的稠膏，
(5)再将与步骤(3)制备的细粉及135份蔗糖、65份淀粉制粒，即得。
2、一种治疗咽喉异感症状的中药的制备方法，所述治疗咽喉异感症状的中药是由下述重量配比的原料药制成的软胶囊剂，
茯苓 50份 法半夏 50份 枳实 50份
青皮 50份 胆南星 50份 橘红 50份
砂仁 50份 豆蔻 25份 槟榔 50份
合欢皮 50份 神曲 50份 紫苏梗 50份
生姜 7.5份 蝉蜕 50份 木蝴蝶 50份

其特征在于，该制备方法的工艺步骤如下：
(1)按上述配方称量，将枳实、青皮、神曲分别以文火清炒，炒至药材表面颜色发黄，备用；
(2)将厚朴用生姜水来制取药材后，备用；
(3)将以上十六味药材加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至温度为85℃、相对密度为1.18～1.20的浸膏，调整乙醇量达80％，搅拌均匀，静置，回收乙醇，药液浓缩至温度为50℃、相对密度为1.30～1.32的稠膏，减压干燥，粉碎；
(4)再加入色拉油混匀成45-50％的混悬液，制成软胶囊。
