Abstract

一种灭菌消毒剂,为阿司匹林与过硼酸钠的二元包装消毒剂,使用时混合或通过水将两种物质分别冲刷下来后再行混合,本发明的灭菌消毒剂灭菌效果好、灭菌时间短、灭菌后无化学品残留。

Description

灭菌消毒剂
本发明涉及一种灭菌消毒剂,特别是一种医用灭菌消毒剂。
目前,国内大多数医院对所使用的精密制造的医疗器械灭菌消毒采取的是甲醛、臭氧、戊二醛等消毒剂,这些消毒剂灭菌时间长、灭菌效果不稳定,不能完全灭菌,致使病人感染上其它病菌。同时,消毒后的医疗器械的化学品残留物难以清洗,直接危害病人的人生安全。另外,由于消毒时间长,工作量大,对医疗器械腐蚀性大,许多医院医疗器械未经严格消毒就用来给后续病人治疗,如牙科的钻机头、洁齿机头等钻机头连接使用二、三十个病例,一支胃镜连续给十多个病人使用,这种做法更进一步导致了交叉感染的发生率大大提高。
本发明的目的就是为了克服目前的医用灭菌消毒剂的上述缺点,提供一种灭菌效果好,灭菌时间短,灭菌后无化学品残留的医用灭菌消毒剂。
本发明是这样实现的。
本发明的灭菌消毒剂为二元包装消毒剂,其中灭菌消毒剂的成份为阿司匹林(乙酰水杨酸)和过硼酸钠,各置于一个包装中,其中两者的重量比为1∶1/10~10。其中阿司匹林的结构式为 过硼酸钠的分子式为:NaBO2·3H2O·H2O2。分子量为153.88,其结构式为:

本发明的过硼酸钠成分包装中,还可以加上其它辅料,如无机防锈剂,例如磷酸钠(Na3PO4),硝酸钠等。
本发明的灭菌消毒剂的二元包装的结构可以采用上、下分隔的结构或左、或分隔的结构,使用时将两者混合,或者通过水将两种物质分别冲刷下来后再行混合。
本发明的过硼酸钠当然可以采用单水过硼酸钠(NaBO3·H2O)代替。
本发明的灭菌消毒剂通过浸泡消毒医疗器械及通过发明人发明的99117188.8专利申请的医用灭菌消毒器消毒均达到极佳的消毒效果,且灭菌时间短,本灭菌消毒剂的各成分均溶入水,使用后无化学品残留。
本发明的灭菌消毒剂的化学反应式为:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,
阿司匹林0.5克与0.93克过硼酸钠及无机防锈剂(其中无机防锈剂为磷酸钠,用量为0.43克,通过二元包装盒包装,使用时,用100ml以内的无菌蒸馏水溶解。
1、取上述消毒剂,经有关法定部门检验,通过浸泡消毒和通过医用灭菌消毒器消毒工作一周期(约半小时),对放置管道内染于布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及枯黑芽胞的清除率均为100%。
2、模拟现场灭菌试验表明:染有枯黑芽胞的止血钳,经浸泡消毒或医用灭菌消毒器工作一周期后,经肉汤管培养未见有菌生长。
A、器材
1、试验菌株:枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞ATCC 9372(下简称枯黑芽胞)。并用含1%蛋白胨PBS稀释至所需试验含菌浓度。
2、消毒器械:99117188.8专利申请的医用灭菌消毒器。
3、培养基:含0.5%硫代硫酸钠+2.0%吐温80的肉汤管。
4、载体:截断的止血钳。
5、刻度吸管(0.1ml、1.0ml、5.0ml、10.0ml)、微量加样器等。B、方法
依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》第三版(1991.11)第一分册《实验技术规范》中5.4.7进行实验。每次试验用三个样品。试验重复5次。试验温度22℃,相对湿度70%。C、结果
经5次试验表明:染有枯黑芽胞止血钳,经医用灭菌消毒器,按工作程序工作一周期后,经肉汤管培养未见有菌生长。

注:“+”表示有菌生长;“-”表示菌生长。
3、医用灭菌消毒器按工作程序工作一周期,对于牙钻表面和内腔的自然菌的清除率为100%。
4、乙型肝炎表面抗原破坏试验为:
A、检测依据:中华人民共和国卫生部(1999.11)《消毒技术规范》第三版,第一分册《实验技术规范》
B、材料:
a、纯化HBsAg:北京生化免疫制剂中心产品,浓度为1mg/0.17ml,批号9803N。
b、酶标仪:美国BIO-RAD 3550型。
c、HBsAg酶标试剂盒:上海实业科华生物技术有限公司,实测灵敏度为2ng/ml。
d、污染载体:吸取HBsAg(浓度为100ug/ml)20ul,涂于盖玻片载体上,37℃温箱40分钟干燥。
C、方法:(载体法)
在将染有定量HBsAg的载体一片放入金属脱水盒内,并放入灭菌消毒器的消毒装载盒中的左上、左下、右上、右下位置,装好实施例1消毒剂,通电使该仪器处于工作状态一周期,取出金属脱水盒内染有HBsAg的载体片。另将未消毒的染有HBsAg载体置于室温下作阳性对照;阴性对照为含5%小牛血清PBS。待消毒试验完毕后将各组载体分别置含5%小牛血清PBS中洗脱,按试剂盒实验方法测定,计算各组的平均OD值,当S/N<2.1判为结果阴性,可认为HBsAg已清除。
D、实验结果:
乙型肝炎表面抗原破坏试验重复三次,结果取其均值见下表:

结果显示实施例1能有效地清除乙型肝炎表面抗原的抗原性。
5、取上述清毒剂于54度恒温箱放置14天后(有效期一年试验),杀菌率无下降。
实施例2
阿司匹林0.5克与0.5克过硼酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
实施例3
阿司匹林0.1克与1克过硼酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
实施例4
阿司匹林1克与0.1克过硼酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
实施例5
阿司匹林克0.3与1克过硼酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
实施例6
阿司匹林克1克与0.2克过硼酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
实施例7
阿司匹林1克与0.2克过硼酸钠及1.0克无机防锈剂硝酸钠,通过二元包装盒包装。
本发明的实施2至实施例7经检验显示与实施例1存在相似的消毒、杀菌效果,本发明不限于上述实施例。

Claims (5)

1、一种灭菌消毒剂,为阿司匹林与过硼酸钠的二元包装消毒剂,其中阿司匹林与过硼酸钠各置于一个包装中,两者的重量比为1∶1/10~10。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灭菌消毒剂,其特征在于二元包装的结构采用上、下分隔的结构或左、右分隔的结构。
3、根据权利要求1所述的灭菌消毒剂,其特征在于过硼酸钠用单水过硼酸钠代替。
4、根据权利要求1所述的灭菌消毒剂,其特征在于过硼酸钠包装中,加入无机防锈剂。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的灭菌消毒剂,其特征在于灭菌消毒剂的成分为0.5份阿司匹林与0.5份过硼酸钠及0.43份无机防锈剂磷酸钠。
