Abstract

一种防盗油钢基复合管,由玻璃钢、三元共渗钢管、碳化硅、石英砂、水泥、石膏、凝固剂、水和钢基管组成,其特征在于在钢基管的外周设有碳氮氧三元共渗钢管,之间用支撑焊接,在两管之间的环形空间内灌注有由碳化硅、石英砂、水泥、石膏、凝固剂和水制成乳状液,在三元共渗钢管的外周设有一层玻璃钢。本发明是用三种技术综合制成,很好地解决了已有防盗管存在的问题,使不法分子很难实施盗窃手段,防止了油田油气资源流失,确保了安全生产。

Description

防盗油钢基复合管
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种石化系统用的防盗油、气水的专用管线,具体地说是一种防盗油钢基复合管。
二、背景技术
目前,油田的油气集输流程经常遭到不法分子的破坏,严重影响油田的正常生产,使油田遭受严重的经济损失。不法分子对集输管线破坏的目的是偷油田原油卖给一些小炼厂,从中发不义之财,偷气用于生活或用于工厂生产。不法分子盗窃油气的方法一是在管线上打孔焊接放油或放气阀门,再用胶管或塑料管把油放到偷油容器里拉走,或把天燃气引到家里或工厂里作为生活或工厂生产燃料,二是用强酸把管腐蚀穿孔,达到偷油的目的或达到索取污染土地赔偿费的目的。
油田为解决这个问题也研究了一种油气管线防盗监测仪,也研究了一种防盗管,但由于技术问题和油田油气集输管网面积大,区域复杂,未有很好的解决不法分子盗油盗气的问题。监测仪监测范围小,信号不灵,误区很多;防盗管的防盗层易砸碎,易被气焊割,不法分子愈来愈猖狂,光靠治安措施和现有防盗技术是不能解决现实问题,还必须研究切实可行的防盗技术。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防盗油钢基复合管,解决不法分子盗窃油田油气资源的问题。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:
本发明由玻璃钢、三元共渗钢管、碳化硅、石英砂、水泥、石膏、凝固剂、水和钢基管组成,其特征在于在钢基管的外周设有碳氮氧三元共渗钢管,之间用支撑焊接,在两管之间的环形空间内灌注有由质量百分比为30%的碳化硅、25%的石英砂、30%水泥和15%石膏搅拌掺和成的100份质量的粉状物与22份质量凝固剂和44份质量水搅拌制成的糊状乳状液,在三元共渗钢管的外周设有一层玻璃钢。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、玻璃钢层是用不饱和树脂与玻璃布涂刷而成,有很强的耐腐蚀性,各种强酸都不能腐蚀坏,防止了不法分子用强酸的破坏。
2、三元共渗钢管是用冷轧钢板卷制焊接而成,并经过碳、氮、氧三种元素共渗,硬度达60洛氏以上,钻头打不动,钢锯锯不动具有很强耐击力。
3、乳状液层是用碳化硅、石英砂、水泥、石膏、凝固剂和水混合搅拌灌注而成,具有很强的柔韧性,不怕气割和砂轮切割。
4、本发明是用三种技术综合制成,很好地解决了已有防盗管存在的问题,使不法分子很难实施盗窃手段,防止了油田油气资源流失,确保了安全生产。

五、具体实施方式
为进一步公开本发明的技术方案,下面结合说明书附图通过实施例作详细说明:
本发明由玻璃钢1、三元共渗钢管2、粉状物3、钢基管4组成。用1.5~2.5mm的冷轧钢板卷制成圆管,其直径比内层钢基管大20mm左右,放进渗氮炉中进行三元共渗,即把碳、氮、氧按3∶1∶2比例滴入炉中(体积比),在920℃高温下将三种元素汽化渗入卷制圆管的表层,经6-8小时的共渗,渗入厚度约0.4~0.6mm,将处理好的三元共渗钢管套在钢基管上,之间用支撑焊接,两管之间形成环形空间,将碳化硅30%、石英砂25%、水泥30%、石膏15%掺和一起(质量百分比),搅拌均匀,形成粉状物;再将100份质量粉状物内掺入22份质量凝固剂,44份质量水,用高速搅拌机进行搅拌,制成浆糊状乳状液,用泥浆泵注入三元共渗钢管与钢基管之间的环形空间内(两端带有活卡堵头),注满乳状液后停放1小时,再放进热水槽内,水温保持在80℃±5℃,保温8-10小时,取出放到阴凉处,凉干后再在三元共渗钢管表面缠绕玻璃布涂不饱和树脂制成的5mm厚的玻璃钢层即制成防盗油钢基复合管。

1、一种防盗油钢基复合管,由玻璃钢、三元共渗钢管、碳化硅、石英砂、水泥、石膏、凝固剂、水和钢基管组成,其特征在于在钢基管的外周设有碳氮氧三元共渗钢管,之间用支撑焊接,在两管之间的环形空间内灌注有由质量百分比为30%的碳化硅、25%的石英砂、30%水泥和15%石膏搅拌掺和成的100份质量的粉状物与22份质量凝固剂和44份质量水搅拌制成的糊状乳状液,在三元共渗钢管的外周设有一层玻璃钢。
